Called ahead of time to make sure Id have an appointment. Walked to my appointment on time and they increased the price looking at my nails. No kindness just business. Take it as you will, I was so unhappy.

Lisa is very unprofessional and refuses to do the nail designs you ask for, her co-worker was even explaining to her how to do the design and she still refused, I was left with something I was not happy with and will not be returning.

The atmosphere of the salon was calming, clean & peaceful.

Prices are ridiculous, charge $7 to remove my nail polish from last manicure and after 2 days every single one of my nails is chipped.

Nice place to get your nails done. Very clean! A little pricey but worth it.

I got my nails done there (SNS powder) and the next day, two of the nails were cracking under the top coat. I’ve never had this happen with the powder gel. I called them to see if they would fix it and the owner told me to come in so he could look at it before saying yes or no. When I went they were skeptical and not sure if they wanted to fix it. It wasn’t crazy noticeable but powder is supposed to last at least 2 weeks - cracking after less than a day is not right. Instead of taking it off and fixing it the right way, they buffed it down and just added another layer of powder because it was quicker and they seemed to want to get me out. Less than 4 hours later it has cracked again. Really disappointed with the service and the job they did. I don’t often get my nails done so to do so is a treat and it sucks they did such a poor job. Would not recommend this nail salon.

Clean salon. Love that they put a plastic bag to line the tub for a pedicure. Rating it 2 stars for 2 reasons; not the neatest manicure. Got a pink color (not sheer) and see some color near my cuticles. Also see clear top coat on the skin of almost all my fingers. Second reason is, I was a little turned off when time to pay. I gave my credit card and the girl asked me if I was putting the tip on credit card. Kind of presumptuous to assume she was getting a tip. Of course I was going to give one but... AND she didnt even thank me!! Not sure that Ill go back.

Awesome clean busy fairly new shop that has some great Manicures and Pedicures, they also do intense Facials with Masks and are a bit more expensive but soo worth it!! Cant find a calm time to go so try to make an appointment but be prepared to wait anyway. I have beautiful new feet, got the green tea wrap, skin scrub, and no polish. I go back next week for the finishing touch and looking forward to it!!.

By far the WORST experience Ive ever had while getting a mani pedi French gel manicure is expensive, I understand that, The problem was not the price, the problem is that I was clearly told that I would only pay 40 and once I was finished they brought the ticket over and the ticket showed $50. I explained that thats not what I was told. He then proceed to insult me by asking me if i knew English really??????? Youre asking me if I speak English.... Anyway, I was stunned by the lack of disrespect on their end especially because I calmly explained that I was not told that price nor was it on their chart of prices. I was too shocked to even reply as I have never felt so insulted by an employee before.Now, the place is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. But I will not return because of the disrespect from the employees, they were rushing me EVEN though I called and asked if I can come 2 hours before closing. If they were going to rush me, I wouldve came another day, simple. And it was NOT a job well done. When I looked at my french gel manicure, the nail beds looked scratchy as if he did not buff them enough, (again rushing) there was a hair inside the gel so I have this hair visibly inside my nail and Im honestly not happy with the job. I will be seeking another nail place in WP.

If I could give this place a no star, it could accurately describes this establishment. Horrible service, incompetent staff. Wondering how they earned their licensure. Much more to say but simply not worth the effort nor the time.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would, had David the nail tech and he had no time nor patience to even be doing my nails, my pedicure left with me crooked nails and having to ask for a third coat because you could see the streaks, even the nail tech next to me said I needed a third coat, when it came to my hands, he argued with me about color and then slopped on the paint, with missing spots and he cut me three times. But the topper was when I showed and complained to the manager/owner, he made every excuse in the book for him, its the polish and your toes and skin are crooked thats why your feet look like that. I have been getting a mani pedi every two weeks for over 20 years and have never seen my feet and hands look like this. But to actually nicely complain even after tipping David 20% you would think the owner would have done something to make up for the lack of customer service, the rushed job and the horrible mani/pedi. HORRIBLE!!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! I got a manicure done my a male employee ( not the owner). He was rushing, and had a very bad attitude!! I regret even giving him a tip he didn’t deserve it at all!
