Went with my two younger siblings. Prices are crazy. Asked for a simple French normal gel manicure and everything was crooked. For the price I paid not happy with the results. Though they have lasted for a week now. The only positive thing I can say. Also I have gone to other salons previously and have never experienced the amount of burning pain I endured. They must have put like 5-6 coats of different things on my nails. (Both hands and feet) When it came time for the UV light I felt as though my skin was burning. Service was awful.

It was my first time there. I read many opinions that it’s a good nails spa but in my case I can’t say that! they made me gel manicures and regular pedicure. It’s been hours of that and my nails are like this ... sorry, but that doesnt look like it was done by a professional.

I went to get my nails done with my Mom and we both were satisfied with their work. We would definitely come back. They really did an amazing job. They have good communication skills. They were professional and kind to us.

I NEVER write reviews but today’s service shocked me . Me and my friend booked this place because the pictures on google looked great so it was a sure bet . When we walked in we told her we had booked appointments and she set us up : I previously went to a different salon so my nails clearly were done differently. I needed a fill in so they went from medium to long . They cut them down but made a whole show about cutting them getting the whole salon to laugh . I let that go . Then I soak and wait for my time . A lady comes over to tell me it’s my time and she sees the already CUT nails and still jokes on me about them . Now all eyes are on us. She huffed and puffed about them and laughed and joked and I was starting to be embarrassed. She used the machine to get some the acrylic off but went so long that the machine was spinning and burning my fingers. If she didn’t want to do the service she could have kindly said that because at that point I wanted to leave . Then once she gets everything off she starts a whole clap with her co workers saying finally . She started my nails and never asked what I wanted so I spoke up and told her I wanted short French and she said yeah that will look better on you . Girl if you don’t just do my nails . After every step she had to remind me that it’s better and ask for workers and compare me to other clients . More huffing and puffing later we were done and I wanted a pedicure and she started but she said something to a co worker and they switched and she danced away... literally she happy danced away . The next lady was a lot nicer in the beginning I felt better . But then she started with jokes as well to the point my friend texted me and said “you literally paid to get bullied today” . Which I did . I will never be coming back but the place is clean .

Jackie is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She’s attentive and so kind. Any design I want, she does her best to make it look perfect! My nails are so healthy and truly have never looked better!

Service was good, and the environment is professional and generally pleasant.I am sure this is a lovely place for other manicures, but I got a dip manicure and it did not quite live up to my expectations.After a week and a half, my nails started chipping, and by the middle of the second week, my actual nails started to crack.Perhaps my expectations are too high, however I also live in St. Louis and my dip manicures there can last me 3 weeks no problem, and often even 4 weeks.I will not be returning for a dip manicure, but otherwise this appears to be a reliable nail salon for other services.

Horrible service. Would have given them a Negative star if possible. I went for a Pedicure and they were done within 10 minutes. They never used the cuticle oil, they scrubbed my feet for 10seconds, massaged me for another 10seconds. My feet were better off before I went in. Not to mention $33 for a pedicure, $5 extra for the long lasting nail polish plus tip. They rushed my family and I out very fast and not to mention their drying machine was not working so we had to leave without drying our nails. Fast to take your money but horrible customer service.

My 1st time at this salon and I am very impressed with the service, cleanliness was on point.They are following the hygienic guidelines for Covid. Very clean . Its a bit pricey due to Covid, but honestly its worth the money . Staff was friendly and professional, very good work. Cant wait for my next appointment.

Really nice staff and can accommodate anything youd like on your nails. Their shellac manicures last longer. Always willing to take on walk-ins as quickly as possible, and great at keeping appointments.I highly recommend this salon for your nails in the neighbourhood.

I went in with long nails that I was proud of, just needed new dip powder because it had been a month or so. Only went here cuz my regular place was closed. Left with such short, uneven nails it pains me to look at them. I hate them so much. Somehow the color isnt even either. The place is clean but thats really all I can say. I told her I only wanted a little trim which she did and I said that was perfect but then she just kept filing and trimming until there are just nubs left.

My 1st time there since new Ownership, and I had an AMAZING experience!! Rebekah is awesome! They are very professional and clean.Atmosphere felt like I was at a Spa. The Massage Therapist is great!He is gentle yet effective and hits all the right spots through Pressure points. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!

This was my go to nail salon before covid-19. Just made an appointment today and everything was clean, they did a temp check, plus masks and clear partitions everywhere. Will be back soon!

I have never felt more uncomfortable for a long time.Went today to do my nails,and the “best” lady(how I was introduced to her) was waiting.Her name was Sherry. Very unprofessional,arrogant and full of herself.I picked a pink color and she said its similar what she had and I did not like it once she applied it on one nail.She was so unpleasant and annoyed that she had to go get a different color.She came back giving me “the look”,puffing and talking Chinese with her coworker,laughing and if I moved my hand she was even more annoyed.“Huffing and puffing Sherry”. I have never been treated this way,its a shame since everyone else is very nice and welcoming,even the manager. Not to mention that she did not do a good job at all.I will not be back for sure. *very disappointing*

I was very disappointed with my experience here yesterday. I went to get a manicure and first had to get my gel nail polish taken off which cost me $10!! Absolutely ridiculous. I could get a manicure somewhere else for that price. Then i received probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. There are bubbles in every nail and 4 have already chipped!! In less than 24 hours!!! I spent $22 for the WORST manicure i have ever gotten. Will definitely not be coming back here. So disappointed and such a waste of money.

Its clean, but they will cut corners doing your nails if theyre busy (which is a lot of the time). Some of the workers could also be nicer. Just seems like they dont feel as if they have much to prove anymore bc they have a loyal clientele. Ive been here multiple times either for myself or with other people, bc its clean, but have more recently been disappointed each time (its also a little expensive). I dont see myself going back.

It has beautiful and high end renovation looks like brand new salon.So the salon is very clean--they wrap the foot bath with a plastic cover AND clean it out.

I had done SNS and a pedi here, my nails looked 2 weeks old the very next day, see photo. I paid $65 for this poorly done job, and I normally pay $50. They didnt want to lose my business, as I was in a rush and I had already been there for 45mins before they started with me. This is the end result of rushing. Save your money, time and frustration. Find a better place.
