I’ve been going to Michelle for about 8 years now. I was a Jersey resident and now a CT resident and still make my way to Michelle’s. Leo is amazing when it comes to handling my nails and Jenny with my Pedicures and waxes (hands down they are great)

I have been going to Michelle’s spa for about 5 years. Michelle (Owner) is very kind and asks you questions to makes sure you are getting exactly what you want. There are some very good technicians who will take their time to complete your services. I RECOMMEND always making an appointment or walk in early.

This was hands down the WORST pedicure experience I have ever had in my life! An older Spanish woman did my pedicure and was extremely rough, she caused an infection in both of my big toes. DO NOT go there, EVER!!!!!!!! I think I am going to bring a lawsuit again them for pain, suffering and damage they caused. Be aware people! All I wanted was my toes to look nice and now they look like this…see picture.

Had appointment for 2 people. Showed up 5 minutes early and they had us wait outside for them to eat lunch for over 15 minutes. My friend waited over 45 minutes before leaving. Owner didnt care and was rude and didnt even apologize. Didnt do 2 coats and chipped after a couple days for gel. Gave lower price at first . When going to pay, they changed price and wouldnt honor original price. Dont go. Terrible experience

I love this salon !!. Leo is my nail tech, he takes his time and my nails come out perfect ALWAYS. Michelle is also very sweet, she remembers her clients and goes the extra mile for you to feel comfortable and seen .

This place depends who you go to. There’s 3 people here who do a good job. The owner is nice but when u call for appointments she doesn’t even write you down so if u come in for a appointment she will be like you don’t have an appointment. She kinda is all over the place lol... but some technicians do an amazing job for a fill in with gel for $35 it’s a bargain

Local place for inexpensive mani/pedi. Knowledgeable pleasant staff but very rude owner. Relatively clean space. Walk-ins OK but will have to wait a long time. Appointments are reccomended but still prepare to wait. The place had gone down hill over the years as well as the owners attitude sadly.

5 year old could do better job, the worse manicure I ever had in my life.

The lady who did my nails and feet was real unprofessional. She was just nasty🤮. I will never go back to them again 😒

Ive been going to Michelles for about two years now. Overall, its a clean environment. The prices are reasonable for the Westchester area. There is ample METER parking. Ive only had to interact with the owner and a few nail technicians. Theyre friendly and take good care of their regulars, but there is room for improvement when it comes to phone skills, greeting customers, and leaving a good impression on new customers. Just a tip: when you have an appointment arrive early or on time, and do not let them disregard your appointment time. After addressing it twice from personal experiences, theyve gotten better with it.

DONT GO HERE! Save your money and time.THEY ARE SO RUDE! I tipped my lady 10$ for a regular acrylic set with one color no design.Michelle the owner came up to me asking me to tip her more money ! That’s absurd and disrespectful. First and last time I go there. They were done roughly and they look fake and just bad in general everything about them. I also went in with a friend that spoke the same language they do. My friend translated everything to me and they were saying racist things! I do not recommend!!! Please do not go!

Michelles Day Spa is wonderful. I get my eye lashes done there and Michelle is an expert at making them look real. I have also used the Mani and Pedi services, not only are they affordable but there are enough people working that you do not have to wait long at all. I also appreciate that Michelle knows my name and is aware of certain things I prefer. Michelles Day Spa is clean and also very friendly. I highly recommend the spa.

Michelle is really rude. Never again. She was indignant when i told her how i wanted my nails done. Lucien was always nice but shes the boss. Never going in there again.

Its very nice also the hospitality was great i will recommend my friends and family to go there as of now i will be going there to get my nails done

I really like Michelle herself; she has great customer service skills and makes sure that her customers are attended to. Li is also great—she really knows what she’s doing and takes her time so that your nails come out looking great. However, my biggest issue is with Sandra. I got acrylics put on and unfortunately she was the only tech available. She rushed the job completely—left me with lopsided nails and she even forgot to put topcoat on one of my fingers (I got a gel manicure too!). One of my nails also had the brush strokes left on it; she was so inattentive and rude. She picked up a phone call in the middle of a session and stopped mid-job to text!! I hate how they don’t give refunds; Sandra did a terrible job. This is a good place if you’re not looking to spend too much money but if you do go here make sure to book an appointment with Li, Michelle, or honestly anyone BUT Sandra. Trust me on this...

Love the girls there, its best if you make an appointment since its generally busy there. Good prices on mani / pedi. Off street meter parking or lot on galleria mall.

Called around 1130am to make an appointment they assured me it would be no problem to come later in the day when I got out of work around 530. When I arrived I said I was there for my appointment and gave my name, they refused to do my appointment and said other people came in. They were rude, didn’t look me in my face when talking to me, didn’t even take the time to try to reschedule. Terrible service.

I will never go back to this nail salon. The owner Michelle is extremely rude. I walked in there and one of the nail technician told me the wait time was 15 mins and I waited there for over an hour. Other people were walking in and she took them before me and she said that they all had appointments when you can clearly tell that they were walk-ins as well. I was currently pregnant at that time too. This place is horrible with customer service from the owner Michelle to the nail technicians that work there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

If you are looking to get SNS Gel aka Gel Powder Manicure DONT DO IT HERE!!! THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT PROPERLY!!!Ive been getting this type of manicure for almost a year now and have never had 1 come off before 2 and 1/2 weeks (it last 3-4 weeks). Within 6 days of getting it done here 5 of them were lifting and 4 had fallen off. Went to speak with Michelle herself and all she told me was they could do it over but they would have to charge me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

The owner was extremely rude over a few dollars & screamed at me and made a scene over something so minor . I’m choice to go there was based on being walking distance from home . I will never again return to give her my money , I will go back to Cleo nails and pay 55 or 65 for a gel manicure & get great customer service . Sometimes ladies saving a few dollars is not worth the headache I received today .

This is my favorite nail salon, Reasonably priced, clean and always friendly to me. I recommend Michelles Nails to all my friends and co-workers.

The worst experience ever at a nail salon. The girl who did my nails took forever when i told her i had to be back at work at 1pm. So i left without my polish on. I went back to get my polish and they took forever to even do that. This the worst service ever. I will never go there again.

I always come to this place but last time I did I was treated horribly the customer service is poor and the manager is nasty!! They dont care if you have appointment or not they will make you wait and then give you something you didnt even want! I DO NOT RECOMEND!!!!!!! Needs to get shut down!!!!!
