The best nail salon Ive ever been to!! Such a nice environment and my nails have held up so well. The gel manicure really lasts if you take care of it and is worth every penny.

Phenomenal experience. I didn’t know what to expect from a waterless pedicure. It was fantastic. My feet are very ticklish and a typical pedicure is sometimes hard to tolerate. This was the complete opposite. And the spa pedicure massage was so good I passed out. Can’t wait for my next one!

Moving from the city up north I really struggled to find myself to keep going into the city for a decent manicure . I had tried a couple of places in Westchester area and was never pleased. Super overpriced and always hastily done. Also as a woman of color , to get friendly service up here is a struggle .But then I came to the Nail Concierge . Super clean and friendly . Had the most amazing conversations and the individualized attention . It was so realizing and the minute you walk in Lexi literally tells you I am here to take care of you ; welcome to the family ! Like what ?! Who does that ! Just felt super amazing and then shes just really good at what she does . I had a pain in the arse color on my nails from a previous job but she was so patient and took it off and schooled me on nail care . Its been a week since the service and there is no chip , lifting , or bubbling !Cant wait to go back :)

I was quite pleased with Lexi. She was on time and professional. She is friendly and pleasing to talk to. She let me know what she was doing every step of the way. I like the one-on-one service. I havent had my feet done in awhile and I felt very comfortable with her. I will be back!!

I have been going to see Lexi for about 5 years now and highly recommend her - shes the best. Soooo much better than my local nail salon - her pedicures are top notch (she does wonders for my cracked heels With this fancy machine she has), her gel manicures are epic (lots of colors to choose from), my gentle skin loves the natural honey based wax she uses for her waxing (I’ve done eyebrows & lower lip) and I live for her overall positive vibe. I started seeing Alexia as a regular client over a year ago. She pays attention to detail and takes the time to go over the proper way to care for your natural nails. She is welcoming, warm and inviting. She engages in conversation with you so your time there always speeds by. The gel manicures last well over 2 weeks and there are a lot of polish options to select from. I recommend the pedicures if you are in need of one.

Loved it! Professional and friendly small business! Can tell that the gel was very good quality, because I could peel it off after a period of time. I’ve done some in the past that it’s very hard to get rid of even with tools, but this one just feels much healthier to my nails.

I cannot even begin to express how wonderful Alexia AKA The Nail Concierge is. I have been visiting Alexia on a regular basis for a good four or five years and I would NEVER go anywhere else for nail care. I have never — not even once — left disappointed in the quality of her service. She runs, by far, THE absolute best nail salon in all of Westchester and (very, very likely) beyond. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her passion for her business is admirable and contagious.Before I became a regular at The Nail Concierge, I had visited a few salons in the White Plains area sporadically. They were nothing to write home about as even their basic manicures would chip within days — or less. That all changed when I visited Alexia for my first normal manicure. Even using normal OPI nail polish, she has perfected her craftsmanship (craftswomanship) such that a normal manicure will rarely chip in two weeks’ time. Incredible. Since my original visits, I have upgraded to gel nail polish and am always impressed by how long the polish lasts. I am now incredibly proud to say I am a “regular” at The Nail Concierge.During quarantine, I attempted to learn how to apply gel polish myself but it rarely lasted a week. Alexia has once again perfected the art of manicures and somehow works magic so that gel polish lasts for three weeks (or more!). The salon is also one-on-one, which is the absolute most ideal situation I can imagine during a world where COVID-19 still lingers. I know she goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are safe. (She has a baby at home, too!)Without a doubt, she is a proud female business owner who takes significant pride in her company and her brand. She is also an incredible colleague and friend and a beautiful person with a loving heart. Alexia has been doing my nails for at least 2 1/2 years now and I wouldnt even think about letting anyone else touch them at this point! Alexia is talented, meticulous and extremely knowledgeable about the latest trends and products. The products she uses are of the highest quality and when she brings in something new I know that she has thoroughly researched it first. I also love the fact that her space is private and Im no longer getting my nails done in a crowded noisy salon.

I started going to Alexia before job interviews since I knew gel polish would last longer - although I was worried that it might be bad for my nails. Now I’m a regular since I love chatting with her and my nails have never looked better. I’m hooked!COVID update: The Nail Concierge is the only salon I will go to post-COVID because it is the only salon with a completely controlled environment. I am 1:1 with Alexia so that no one else is walking in or passing by me, etc. In addition she provides an expert pedicure. At other salons, my toenails don’t get cut as much as I want, and if they do, I’m risking an infection. With Alexia, I get a SAFE pedicure that lasts for a month without me having to do any maintenance in between.

So happy to have found this place! Made an appointment the day of after searching online for local nail salons. This place had amazing reviews and now I know why - Alexia is the best! This was my first time trying a gel manicure. Alexia answered all my questions and helped me pick out a gorgeous dark purple color. She is very meticulous and thorough in her work and it shows - my manicure is perfect and beautiful! After she was done answering all my gel manicure questions lol we had a very pleasant conversation about pretty much everything! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Honestly the best nail experience I have ever encountered! Not only did Alexia teach me about why my nails were the way they were but she told me what to use on my hands and feet to make the skin smoother, we engaged in some wonderful conversation and she was extremely educated in what she does. I was in New York visiting family and didnt have an opportunity to give myself a mani/pedi (Im a salon owner/nail technician) prior to my trip. Given what I know about the nail industry, Im very particular about just going to any nail salon. I goggled and yelped nail salons in White Plains and looked for a nail salon that has excellent reviews..and I found it..The Nail Concierge.The Nail Concierge exceeded my expectations! Alexia is very personable, professional, and licensed. Her nail salon is impeccable and organized. She walked me through every part of the service and answered any question I had about the service. I did not let her know until the end of the service that Im also a salon owner and that I run my salon as she does hers. It was a great feeling knowing that I didnt have to question whether the nail implements or files are clean..they are! I love that she uses a disposable liner in the pedi bowl and I love the zero gravity pedicure chair.Thank you for a mani/pedi equivalent to what I would have done to myself!
