Horrible Im never going back this lady with the glasses and short hair she did a horrible job my appointment was 12:00pm left 3:00pm everything was horrible she just did a horrible job the first picture was what I asked for and this is what I got 😠 and have the audacityto charge me $90 for this never again and for a first time customer it was horrible she rushed my hands not professional at all

Very professional! I love this place and it’s conveniently located. I was hesitant about getting white but they did a great job. I did a refill here and regret going to the previous place. Here they are patient, professional and do anything you need. I would definitely come back!

I give Nailport Spa Salon two stars out of generosity to the lady that does my nails. On the positive end, Maria is good at her job and she takes care of her customers pretty well. She has taken care of my nails for a few years now, starting from the location she used to work for. However, with that said, a good technician is only part of the review process.Nailport loses stars because they lack in time management and overall customer service. If you allow your customers to make appointments, then honor their appointment and show (even if you dont) that you value their time. Its disrespectful and shows a lack of care for your customers. This is specifically important to the owner. As the owner, it is your responsibility to make sure that this is implemented. Secondly, make sure your technicians inform their customers of any additional (hidden) fees prior to doing the work. Believe it or not, if you dont, and the customer is not aware, the customer has the right not to pay the additional fees.However, if your goal is a high turnover in customers, and to not maintain a loyal customer base, then continue doing what youre doing ;-)Do I recommend? Defends. Work wise, yes, only for a select few technicians. Customer service wise, no.

So i really really loved how the guy did my nails!! I was so happy with the results and my nails lasted for 3-4 weeks! The last time i went i heard the guy no longer works there so i went with another lady who did my fill -in acrylic.. it was a very busy day for them, and i totally feel like she rushed on my nails. Since it is not shaped good and my pointer is not the same on both hands.. also i was not happy with the gel color, but since they were so busy, i didnt say anything.. its been 2 weeks since i got them done and the acrylic is already lifting up.. i am a little upset.. i wish i knew where the guy(i think Tony is his name) went... he did such an awesome job! :/

Please note they are located inside Sears. Its on the left if you enter Sears from main street entrance. You can also come through galleria mall but cross all the way through Sears to get to this nail salon. Its very crowded so please be prepared to wait. I did not like the pedicure as I felt the lady who did it was rushing it through but I did like the gel filling I got. See the pics attached for a better reference.

I highly recommend this salon if you like quality service without an overprice! Pedicures here are awesome and Lee the owner is very sweet and willing to accommodate just about any request. They always leave me with a warm & fuzzy feeling and my nails look great! They pay attention to the small details and make sure you are satisfied before leaving.

Came here for my daughter to get her nails done. Upon walking in they did not greet me even though they saw me standing there, after a couple minutes someone came over to me. At first she told me it would be 15mins. 15mins turned into 45 minutes. I complained because i saw a woman get in before us, i asked why she went before us, the woman by the front told me she had a appointment ( yea right). So total wait time was 45minutes for just a simple color and design. But what is more upsetting is that my daughter told me that the woman doing her nails wiped her nose and then preceeded to keep doing her nails!!!!( i was beyond disgusted). I will NEVER go back to them. How dare she wipe her nose with her hand then touch my daughters fingers. I wish i would of known when it happened but unfortunately i didnt know until we already left. I would avoid of all costs!!! However my daughters nails came out nice. But not worth the poor service and disgusting behavior.

I went to this nail salon as I had done many times before. I got $73.00 dollars worth of services done. I paid $100.00 in 20s and only received $7.00 in change back. I waited for the technician to break to the additional $20.00 so I can leave her a tip and the pedicurist as well and to my astonishment she proceeded in helping another customer instead of giving me my appropriate change. When I spoke to the manager I told her I paid $100.00 and she told me I only paid $80.00. Now I know for a fact that I had paid 100.00 because earlier I had gone to the bank and took out $200.00 and I only had$107.00 in my wallet because She never gave me all of my change. When I addressed the issue of the $20.00 discrepancy with the manager she told me that I had only giving her $80.00 I showed her my wallet and bank receipt stating I only went to the bank (which is right across the street ) and to the nail salon I did not stop anywhere nor did I spend money because I was on a time constrain and had wanted to get my nails done. Anyway after a 5 minute heated discussion the manager Lee gets loud and says that I was harassing her and her customers and threatens to call the police simply because I asked for my money! At no point in time did I threaten or harass her or her customers. I ended up calling the police myself to resolve the issue once I left the salon. Now, the manager Lee tells me earlier that she will give me a call once she counts the money at her home, Her home ? And that she doesnt count the business money on premise. She took down my name and number and said she would call me if there was additional monies in the register. How am I go know whether or not shes being honest she tells me to trust her but did believe me when I said I had paid $100.00 smh bottom line is do not spend your money here they do not value nor appreciate their customers I will not be returning ever!!!! I never been so disappointed in the treatment of a long time loyal customer. This is a zero star rating***** I will leave this posted for 24 hours in hope that Lee will do the honorable thing and call me and furthermore I would like an apology once its discovered the money is there and return my $20.00

Got my nails done there 4 days ago and had to come back because whatever polish they used on my nails had lifted all of a sudden.I been coming to this place for years and Lee knows me very well. Because I complained about this she had a very horrible attitude about this. Tammy fixed my nails and said the polish was sitting for a long time and its too thick. So common sense would be is to not use the polish....correct? Not understanding the logic there.This morning one nail broke and Im thinking its because Tammy didnt put any acrylic on she just sanded off the old polish and put new on. So now I have to make a trip again to have this fixed.I have decided after this trip I will no longer be a customer at this salon.

0 starts the lady cut my toe when taking cuticle out and my two got infected and they didn’t want to pay for medical bill and had to take antibiotics and they are too strong so I had to stop breastfeeding my baby he is having trouble since he was only breastfeed. They said that they could only say sorry and they said it was an ingrown and I never had that problem I only went for a pedicure. I should have never gone back I went there years ago for a gel manicure but didn’t reven last a week I am sternest upset. I saw this last time how they work so be careful if you go just see that the don’t sterilize all stuff that they have to. Most people don’t work well except one or two

They constantly ask you to make an appointment, but then they double book you. And then expect you to wait. Not only don’t they apologize for wasting your time, but they expect you to be patient. They are highly unprofessional and disappointing.
