We were in a BIG bind, driving across the country when water began pouring out under our passenger side dash. We talked to an employee named Taylor at, approximately 5 minutes before they closed. He offered to come out an look at our HVAC drain line and see if we would need service. In about 5 minutes he had cleared some leaves that were causing the problem and my mom and I wanted to cry, we were so relieved. He saved us a lot of discomfort on our trip and I will be going back to pep boys for services on my vehicle in the future. Thank you!

Arrived @ 1:30p for a SCHEDULED oil change. Didnt leave until about 3:50p. Overall affordable and friendly customer service. Too time consuming for me. Literally took 15 minutes to change the oil when they finally did my car. Idk what the hold up was?

2 hours waiting for an oil change? Not acceptable especially when you have an appointmentI am revising this from one star to 3 stars because of a great employee. Taylor went above and beyond to get an oil filter from a neighboring business when their warehouse didn’t bother to deliver. He is the reason I got out of there in 2 hours not 3 or 4 or who knows. Thank you Taylor!

Quoted me $89.99 for an alignment, which is already high. I did it because they are open on Sundays. Had me sign on the work order right below the price of $89.99. I go to pay and get a bill for $98.99 plus tax after their shop fee... when I go buy a shirt I dont pay a hidden cotton fee. Undisclosed fees are dishonest. Furthermore, they scuffed my front bumper. It needs to be repainted from a poor previous paint job, Im not looking for anything for free. Its a matter of principle. Im a fleet manager of 15 vehicles, you lost a great customer.

Never ever ever come here!! I brought in a Champion car battery that was bad. It was less than a year old and had a 30 month free replacement warranty. I contacted Champion and they confirmed that is was less then year old and take it to Pep Boys to exchange for new. Pep Boys REFUSED to honor the 30 month free replacement. I have spend many 1000s at pep boys on tires etc for many years. BUT I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER PEP BOYS AGAIN IN MY LIFE! Stay away from here!!

Ive been going to this place for years even though its out of the way. Went to get oil change yesterday. Today while working my car started smoking bad. Open the hood, they didnt replace the oil cap. Now my engine covered in oil and the oil is low obviously.Their response, to walk does the street to get an oil cap at Autozone. Im at 38th and Sheridan, the Autozone is at 38th and Kipling! Now Im not able to work today until they get to me with the cap and get it in the shop to degrease the engine and add oil. Thats it? So I lose money and still had to pay for the oil change? Ive been loyal for over 6 years.... never again will they do any work on mine or my family vehicles. This is ridiculous. And if it cause any engine damage, they probably wont take responsibility for it. Horrible!

Stop to buy wiper blades, thats it. Well after standing in front of 3 registers where 3 employees and 1 manager stood deadlocked on there screens. I gave up. Very polite and respectful staff, they gave me all the information I needed and more. They offered me a discount to become a rewards member which got me 20$ off not 80$ oil change. I was in and out due to the staff starting and finishing the job quickly. Well I waited I was comfortable because there lounge was clean & spaceish. They offered coffee & magazines to read ( or a large TV to watch). I recommend this location for any car needs, I definitely will be returning for any needs my car will be needing in the future.

These guys have done GREAT three or four times for me now! Made Appointments helps! They got a SRT 10 rolling great on new tires and shocks, and took care of some fuel issues FOR FREE one time. Needed a new tire because of a puncture, all I had to pay for was the new warranty on the new tire, and it was in stock, Bonus on 20s! Glad this location is keeping their service department!

Isaiah and Danny were very helpful. Two very nice and amazing people! I really recommend going to go see them. They went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Danny is the manager and I can tell why. Isaiah was very friendly ever since I walked into the door. He greeted me once I walked in asked if I needed help and then from there both Danny and Isaiah did an amazing job with me. GO THERE PEOPLE!!!!

I can’t even believe how bad my experience was at this place, well, bad enough I will never go back! We get helped by a gentleman by the name of Matt, we are looking for a few things, one of which is a custom order item. We get what they had in the store that we needed and they shipped something from another store for us, and that I will not lie was completely awesome of them! He tells my brother and myself that he will need to ring us up in two transactions, fine, no problem, I get it. Keep the special order on it’s own. He’s ringing me up and my brother goes to the restroom. After the first transaction he says, we’re done here.... uh, yea, what about the special order. He tells me well like I told him I can’t order that. So it looks like we’re done here. Needless to say I was beyond shocked because I never heard that and neither did my brother. He gives me a receipt with his signature on it to give to my brother to come pick up the part that is being sent over from the other store. My brother then proceeds to go there two days later to get it. And the other employees are telling this poor guy he did it all wrong. And they would let my brother pick it up this one time but never let it happen again.... My brother never gets upset and I actually heard my brother yelling at them as he was leaving when he called me on his cell. You NEVER EMBARRASS AN EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!!!! If he did do something wrong, you let them know after the customer has left. PepBoys, you lost yourself any further business from my family.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Purchased tires and scheduled installation appointment online. Show up to the appointment, and tires are no where to be found. Emily at the front desk has to call another shop and have them picked up. She says they will wave the road hazard warranty fee. Took about 30 mins to go grab the tires, as I watched the guy who picked them up come back.Appointment was at 3pm, now it’s 5:30pm. They had enough time to do an inspection and tell me there’s other things wrong with my car that are not true, but can’t get my tires on. Car is in the bay, tires have been sitting untouched next to it. Keep being told it will be done soon, but nothing changes.Guy sitting next to me has been here for FOUR HOURS for an oil and filter change. Will never give this place my business again. AVOID!UPDATE: I asked Emily for an ETA on when they would be finished with my car, as it still sat in the bay untouched. She went to the garage to confer with the mechanic. Comes back to say tires will be on in two minutes, and it will be about another hour for the alignment. Emily ensured me the alignment would be performed while we waited for the tires to be picked up. Never happened. I ended up telling them to forego the alignment, as I would take it to a different place I trust. She also told me they would wave the road hazard fee. When I checked out, my pricing was higher than what I paid for online. I brought this up to her, and she informed me it had to do with kits they used (?). Once I got home, I looked at my receipt - they never waved the road hazard fee.

I had been coming here occasionally for years because they always had availability, but this past brake service was the worst, I showed up to my Fri appointment, only to be told we cant accommodate you today...a call before hand wouldve been nice. Rescheduled and they screwed the job up, missed doing a secondary repair, and had my car for the entire day to do a simple brake servicing. That, and they lost any sense of reasonable pricing. Im done.

They never reset c hange oil light even after I told them to make sure they did it the last time , had to take my car somewhere else where they changed my oil also told me the oil filter was dirty how can that be they didn’t even change my filter yet I got charged for it who knows for how long .

100% of the time I have made an appointment, they confirm and then call back 1-2 hours later saying they cant go through with the appointment. The excuse is always, sorry but I only have one tech. STAFF YOU BUSINESS WITH MORE EMPLOYEES AND MAYBE YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR APPOINTMENTS. IF YOU CANT KEEP A STEADY STAFF, RE-EVALUATE MANAGEMENT. SIMPLE.

I bought a car battery last year that stopped working. Took it in for a test and was told it had a bad cell and was not salvageable. It was under warranty, they looked up my purchase history, and replaced it very quickly. I was very happy with the transaction.

They screwed up an oil change. Overfilled it and according to my Subaru service center, it looked dark and they couldn’t believe it was a recent oil change they were looking that. When I went back to ask them to fix it, they refused to take care of it “because someone else had touched it.” They were focused on blame rather than fixing a problem for a customer they’d serviced less than two months prior. Really terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Dont expect to get anything done during your lunch break -- a tire changeover took them 2 hours. They essentially told me it didnt matter that I made an appointment online. One service guy I worked with was quite rude. The other was much more polite and helpful.

Brought my company Equinox 2011 in on a whim after my tire was extremely low. I needed an oil change any way so I had them do that as well. They patched and filled the tire, rotated, and oil change quickly and for a great price (without an appointment). Such a great experience upon picking up my car I decided to drop off my wifes car for a tune up.

Walked in 30 min before closing on 6/23/19..Walked up to Service counter..Guy said he’d be right with me...Walked back and forth with boxes for 10 minutes... Finally got to me, and at 20 min before closing I asked if I could get an oil change, he said no... I asked him, couldn’t you have told me that when I walked in, his exact response.... “sorry I had stuff to do!”Since when is the customer second to other duties.... Horrible Service, extremely rude.If he would have just said sir can I help you, and then explained he couldn’t do oil change I would have had no issues...Would give ZERO stars if I could!!!!

Made an appointment for 5 PM for a simple oil change. It is now 6:05 and my car is just now being rolled in. Go elsewhere.I only give two stars because it is cheap and you can book online. Though, obviously, booking an appointment doesnt do any good.Grease Monkey will have you in and out in 30 mins.

Went there to get my rental car to drive for Uber. The people who work at this Hertz location are simply the best! Even tho the process itself seems complicated, they are making your experience enjoyable and fast! It is the only place where Im calling with a pleasure and I know I will get all my questions answered. People there know what they are doing and are keeping it friendly, yet professional. Terrible service. Extremely rude. Not helpful AT ALL. My boyfriend dropped off my tire yesterday to see if they could patch it. The man who was helping him said it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait and that there was another tire place we could take it to. My boyfriend said we could drop it off wait since we were already there. The man made it obvious he was extremely annoyed to help us. A simple tire patch.....They called back later telling us there was nothing they could do for my tire and when we went back to pick it up, we were told to wait for a mechanic to help us. We waited just about 10 minutes before anyone came up to help us. (They only came out when the phone rang, and they would help them before us) terrible customer service. Wouldnt recommend this establishment at all.

I called asking for help with my sons car. He was moving from Boulder to Portland and had to be out by the weekend but his car didnt pass emissions testing. They were very helpful and got him in the next day. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. It coast less than the quote from another shop. I live in Santa Rosa, California and had been very impressed with Pep boys here. They deserve their good reputation!

We tried to schedule an appointment to get new tires put on that were on their website. We waited 10 days to get them in (driving on a spare in the meantime). We sat there for 3 hours while they put the tires on. The next day the right drivers side tire lost pressure. We filled it up. Woke up the next morning and it had lost pressure again. Schedule an appointment to go get it checked out. Had to wait two days to get in. Took it in and they took all the tires off and put them back on. The next morning the front passenger side tire was flat. Filled it up. And woke up the next morning and it was flat again. Called and scheduled an appointment. The gal at the desk tried to be accommodating saying we could bring it in anytime to get it fixed no appointment necessary. Which sounded great until we had to wait for 3 hours for our (NEW) tire to get fixed, for the second time. Got home and checked the pressure and they filled our rear tires up to 45 pounds of pressure (average is 32-35 pounds of pressure on our tires) and they left an oil cloth on our engine. Worst and most unreliable service Ive ever received at an automotive shop. Ill never go back here and Ill tell my friends and family to not go here also.

Well i wanted really bad to give this place a good review but unfortunately all i can say is ive been here almost 2 hours and ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS LOOK AT MY PASSENGER SIDE FRONT BRAKE thats literally it. They told me this service would be done in about 15 minutes. Had a appoitment at 10am and showed up at 10:07 its 11:50 now. Ill be looking at the reviews first next time

The last time I used this place, I got an oil change done. Within days, my oil light came on. I looked under the hood... wrong size oil filter! It was so obvious! And it was crooked! That was almost a year ago. I never wanted to go back, but I had an issue the other day that I needed to get fixed ASAP. Pep Boys was the only place available on short notice. Long story short, they told me they did not accept my extended warranty company, when indeed they do have an account with that company. After talking to my warranty company, I asked another Pep Boys employee why I was told they wouldnt accept my warranty.. and I quote- extended warranties are such a hassle and require extra paperwork. This place has the laziest employees who lack basic mechanical knowledge.

While traveling from Missouri to Utah our front tire was wearing off quickly from an alignment issue. Called service manager from an hour and a half away east of Denver. Instead of just telling me he was booked for the next 3 days solid he said he would ask a tech if he would stop what he was doing and check our van out when we got there. Drove through Denver they got us right in told us about the online coupon to get$30 off our lifetime alignment. When we went to pick up the van in front of there shop it wouldnt start. Went back in and the same service manager and Tech were standing inside and the service manager ask the tech if he would mind doing a free code check. The tech was brand new hired a day before and with his nap on scanner he gave us a free Mercedes-Benz Sprinter code check. He also gave us a trick to starting the van after a stall which got us the rest of the way to Utah. A good diesel mechanic let alone a Mercedes-Benz mechanic is hard to find but thanks to this Tech in this Pep Boys we were on our way for no money spent. One of the best auto parts and service experiences weve had.

I can only speak to the tire sales. Long wait, only to be quoted prices higher than most people in town for tires. They have great sales if you want small car tires. If you want truck tires, look elsewhere. They couldnt get most tire sizes I wanted, even though they sold the brand and model. The prices they could find were about $40 higher than other shops. I will say staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. Overall, Im disappointed and will look elsewhere.

Its really unfortunate that I have to write this review for I was hoping the recent changes here would have helped them pick up their game. Not so. Costumer service is great but that doesnt change how poor the work service was.I took my car in for a standard oil change and brake inspection. Easy work on all accounts. I needed the work done so I could go on a road trip to visit a friend I hadnt seen in forever (my mistake for giving a poorly rated shop a chance). I dont make it 10 miles before my engine light, traction control light, and 4 wheel drive light turn on. This has never happened before so now Im stuck in town, needing to go back to them the next morning.After a trip back to the shop to have my codes reset to see if it was just a computer error, I only make it home before the same error occurs. I decided to open my hood to see if it was anything obvious.It was very obvious, for my air intake hose to the engine was disconnected.When I brought it back to have my codes reset, I asked does the air intake hose need to be touched for an oil change or brake inspections. The answer was no, the explanation was that they had trainees in the back who werent putting things back the way they found them.Im going to consider it a coincidence that this happened after I turned down a $650 brake job from the brake inspection.Pep Boys, I gave you a chance and this review would have been much different had the job been done properly. I appreciate your obvious desire to help customers but please, if you have trainees in the shop, have someone watching what theyre doing.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. This place is an absolute joke. My check engine light came on, I bring my car in and they tell me it needs this and that and this. I take my car, leave it over night. Pick it up the next day and pay $274, dive it home and the next day my light comes on again. I call them and they tell me to bring it back. Now they say oh well last time we just cleaned this but now we will have to replace this part. Itll be $165. Its a special order part, I wait and wait for a phone call that never came, I called multiple times until finally someone who kind of knew what they were doing said it was there. I make an appointment for the next day and specifically ask the man who helped if I need to leave my car overnight so I can make arrangements, he says no itll be ready in a couple of hours. I call at around 430 since of course their lack of communication is superb and they tell me they have not even gotten to it yet. Whats the point of an appointment? Why tell me itll be done in a couple of hours and then a couple hours tell me they will get to it first thing in the morning? Next morning I call at 11:30 because I once again have not heard from them, Danny tells me itll be ready in half an hour! I drive through rush hour traffic from aurora to wheat ridge show up at five and guess what?? My car is not done. They tell me they are just finishing up, but it looks like it is not that part thats causing the light to come on. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Their lack of communication, readiness, employees and ability to fix a car deserves an award for worst car place ever. Now Im back at square one, broken car and $274 out. I wish I would have read these reviews first. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Worst service ever! All I had was an allotment and my tires rotated. They tightened my lug nuts to where I couldnt get them undone on one tire then it seems to me the other side was hand tightened. Not only that but the time quotes are complete bullshit tell me the correct time so Im not sitting in your waiting room 3 and a half hours for an alignment and rotation. I dont know how you guys are still in business but you can count on me to never be back and to make sure everyone I know knows that as well.

I waited 8 hrs to get brakes fixed .but asked me to make an app. 2 days later, which I did and waited 2 more hrs.to realize they didnt have a clue about the thumping. So$400 for brakes, 10 hrs waiting and I still have to find a mechanic!

I had inquired with the manager about catalytic converters and was told since theyre closing the colorado stores they would be 70% off. when I went back the next day the guy at the counter told me theyre not 70% off I asked to speak with that manager but she wasnt there. Even with a reservation oil changes take over an hour? Or did they just forget to call me, even after confirming that they would call upon completion, twice at drop off? Was also told 3 different prices over the span of calling, dropping off, and picking up. They are to busy to have more then one person to work the counter. Thats why i had to wait about 10min each time to pick up and drop off due to phone calls. Whatever this review will effect nothing. Try harder please.

Awful, terrible service. I stopped in to find a couple of replacement struts for a topper I bought and the gentleman said I needed to have the old one with me or have the length and pressure measurements. Fair enough. I called the next day with the information just wanting to make sure they have the product since its a fairly long drive for me. The guy that answered the phone essentially refused to bother looking for me even after I explained what the clerk the day before had said. Told me it would take too long for him to look. Im not sure what he was so busy doing but I can assure you it isnt cleaning the store or maintaining the parking lot.

The brakes were done timely, but when they called to tell us the new price the price for what I was quoted for both axels was really for only 1. The Manager miss quoted me and then double the cost on the roters. When I called him on it he agreed he had miss quoted me but I still had to pay double. NOT GOOD ... NOT GOOD AT ALL! Im surprised at some of the ratings below, but my experience is hands down the best experience Ive had at a mechanics. I needed a set of 4 winter tires installed including alignment, and since the alignment takes a while, they offered to drive me to work in the morning, and from work in the evening even though I work far away (south of Interstate 6). Both individuals who drove me were real, down-to-earth guys who showed what true professional customer service is about. There was one hiccup in the tire installation: the tires I ordered were not in stock. Pep Boys (Albert and Ray)worked it out with me by agreeing to put on an equally-good set of tires and threw the alignment in for free. These guys know their products, showed great customer service, and showed they arent just in it for a quick buck, so they get my 5 stars.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had with an auto maintenance shop. This was my first time coming to pep boys and will definitely will be my last. I took my vehicle in for a basic oil change a head and tail light replacement at 2:00 pm with a scheduled appointment and didnt get a notification that my vehicle was done until 9:00am the next day. After being told it would only take an hour and a half. I DO NOT recommend coming here.

I am boyond blown away by the positive experience i had here. The staff was exceptionally genuine and honest with what was going on with my car. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail and were happy to do so. They went above and beyond in fixing my car spent extra time on it, and ended up saving me over $800.00 in repairs that were initially thought to be required. The amount of time and thought spent on my car was absolutely oustanding and meaningful, and was all done in a timely manner. They even threw in a free oil change because they noticed i needed one. I have never had such a positive experince at any auto shop in my life and feel very valued as a customer. If i could give 10 out of 5 stars i would.

My first time at this pep boys was not fantastic. I felt I was being talked into buying parts that I did not need and that they were trying to just get money out of me. But I spoke with the manager about this and he was fantastic!! I took my car in a while later to have the struts replaced and they did just that. My car was finished up in a timely manner and everyone was great.

Terrible place to go. After taking my car there over a few times I finally had enough. Dont get me wrong the service is friendly but the way they leave your car is terrible. I took my car to another mechanic and he showed me everything they screwed up. They left bolts missing and not screwed all the way in and some parts missing. The second to last time I took it there for an oil change they didnt put the sticker on my windshield for my next oil change, so I called them and they put one on. Then the last time I took it there they ripped it off my car which made no sense. They would also keep my car for 2 days no matter what kind of service I would get and they would tell me they were short handed or they didnt have time.

Went here to get an Uber rental. We made an appointment through the app and then called to let them know we were running late and they hung up one us. Then we arrive and have to wait an hour because of their lunch break, only to get back and be told they don’t take same day appointments, even though we made it through the Uber app. They insisted that there was nothing they could go and that it’s a “glitch in the system”. The older woman working was so rude to us for no reason. I have a lot of words I could use to describe her but the fact that she still has a job being so rude to people trying to make a living is unbelievable.

Made an appointment for brakes, was told the inspection would be done within an hour, 3 hours later i finally find out what I had known needed done and was told to make an appointment and come back another time despite making the appointment to get them done that day. Ended up taking it to a few other places and this was by the most expensive and most incompetent. Better off going somewhere else.

The other day my car wouldnt start, I turned the switch and nothing happened. A few minutes later I tried again and it worked. I wondered if it was the battery or something else and I heard that Pep Boys does free and/or cheap diagnostics. I took my car there and it took 10 minutes for the guy to figure out how to get the diagnostics machine to work.In the mean time two mechanics came over and were helping the guy figure it out. One of the mechanics said that the battery was less than optimal and should definitely be replaced. The other mechanic chimed in that the cables were corroded and needed to be cleaned, to which the other mechanic said no, they definitely need to be replaced. They quoted me over $230 for everything.I felt uncomfortable with them so I took my car to a trusted mechanic in Boulder, who said the cables did need to be cleaned, but not replaced and that the battery was fine but the starter is going out.Thanks Pep Boys mechanics for lying to my face and trying to charge me over $200 for unneeded services. You are disgusting.

At this point, this has been the worst experience we could have asked for. Overcharged, in the first place then drive away from Pep Boys and about a day later my tire all but fell off, locked up and the entire braking system that had been put on was falling off. Almost was rear ended because I had to stop so fast. Had to have it towed back to Pep Boys. What ever happened to a good strong work ethic and doing a great job for the money brought in. They wonder why the mechanics and any car maintenance employee has a bad rap. Its because of you Pep Boys. Cant trust the work you do at all. Step it up and be proud of your work.

I called about a gas cap. They said they had two: one regular and one locking cap, both in stock. I said that I would prefer the non- locking one and Id be there in a few minutes. The man offered to set the regular one up at the front for me. It literally took me 5 minutes from when I place the call to when I got to the store. I browsed for about 5 minutes selected some other items. By the time I made it to the counter they had no idea about the gas cap had no idea who had answered the phone and werent very enthusiastic about finding it I ended up buying the locking cap because the one I was promised, the non-locking version vanished into thin air along with the man who I talked to on the phone.

Asked to borrow a continuity tester because both bulbs went out at same time. Was treated like a second class citizen by the guy at the parts counter and sent to the service desk. That guy just said no NO.Walk 100yards to Oreilly’s which shares the same parking lot. Long and short..... I just spent $26.00 for bulbs at Oreilly’s and had excellent customer service.Thank you Pep Boys for turning me on to Oreilly’s.

Pathetic. Made an appointment Monday for Wednesday 8am to have my vehicle worked on while it was still cold. Delivered Vehicle the night before just so they would have to work on at 8 am. Went to pick Vehicle up Wednesday evening at 7pm. They had not even started working on my Vehicle. Thats 11 hours after my appointment. What was the point of making appointments or delivering the vehicle the night before? I took my key and vehicle and left. I will never be back to this pathetic shop.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I went there for a tire repair due to a nail puncture. It took 30 minutes to check in, and an hour for them to tell me that my tire wasnt repairable, despite the fact that I had shown the salesman the tire when I checked in. They claimed that the nail was less than an inch from the outer wall and that CDOT wouldnt allow them to repair it. They then tried to sell me an entire new set of tires. I was so annoyed that they had no respect for my time that I decided to take it to another, (reputable, name brand, licensed) shop, completely expecting and willing to replace the tire. When I went there, they showed me that the end of the nail was bent and had been turned 90 degrees, so the actual hole in the tire was far enough away to repair it (we measured it). Furthermore, they showed me an indentation in the tire where the nail had originally been, and that the nail had been turned (possibly by Pep Boys). So, $700+ for entire set of tires at Pep Boys vs. free patch and honest evaluation elsewhere. Tough decision. Dont trust anything they tell you.

Waste of time. Had a 1:00pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. My car wasnt taken in still by 2:15. When I asked for my key back to leave the manager got snippy with me instead of trying to right the situation.New management is terrible & so is customer service since the old service manager left. I will not be back, and have been coming here for over a year.

I rent a car through the uber program, every week I have to call in to renew my rental, and I literally have to call minimum 40-50 times before someone answers the phone! Then I get placed on held before someone talks to me. It is a 2 second process to renew the rental, but you guys turn it into an hour long process because of the phone lines. Now every week I have to stop driving for an hour just to call pep boys. Its not fair. Im losing money bc I cant drive for an hour.. Please get them more help on mondays.

They sure like to take their sweet ass time to getting around to helping you. It seems as though they were tripping over themselves to help everyone who walked in as apposed to us who had been standing by the counter for 30 mins. It shouldnt take an hour just to buy a tire.

I came here for an oil change and to find out why oil was leaking from my engine and they did a good job taking care of it. Customer service was great and pricing wasnt too bad either. The last oil change I got was twice as much and they didnt put my oil filter back on correctly and I went to Tires Plus off of Wadsworth the time before that and they were the WORST! Id come here again.

Went into the store on 3rd and Broadway In Denver. worst customer service i have ever encountered. not helpful at all talked to me rude. and could not solve my issue.. bought tires a year ago top of the line and they are already bald. i had a 50k mile warranty and have driven 20k since. they will not replace my tires and were rude about like i was askingfor a hand out, i will NEVER shop there again.
