They were booked out for weeks but said if I could leave my car there for a few days they could probably squeeze it in. They got to it 2 days later and got it done, radiator no longer overheating! Very friendly and professional, would recommend and will come back next time

Was on my way out of town for a 4 hr drive and I heard a clank in my wheel than extremely loud screeching for a few miles. Stopped into Bachman’s and the gentleman came out to inspect my wheel (in the rain mind you), then put it up to scope underneath for extra reassurance - he inspected everything, then let me know all was safe! Even after that, he did 1 extra check to be certain, then sent me one my way! That type of reassurance from a trustworthy source is absolutely priceless! My car was fine and had a smooth trip out and back (including some romps in the sand ;)). I will absolutely be using Bachman for any car issue or questions from now on; it’s so rare to find a place you can trust!

I’ve been a DIY mechanic my whole life and got stuck when working on my old 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. I was replacing the ball jointed links that connect the sway bar to the struts. The nut on one of the balls would not come off because of corrosion. Thankfully the ball fell out of the link rod so I could still drive the car. Bachman quoted me 1/2 hour work to get the rusted bolt/ball off. I dropped it off and picked it up 40 minutes later just as they said. I installed the replacement link and my ol’ van is riding much smoother and quieter. Thanks Bachman!

It took a while, but they spared my neglected car from needing an engine rebuild. They were able to diagnose the knocking noise and replace rod bearings without disassembling the entire engine. That would have required more time and money. I intend to return again for routine maintenance.

Since they keep you informed of of all necessary repairs and cost while working on your vehicle, there are never any surprises when you get your bill. Charlie Bachman is one of the most honest people I have ever done business with.

Replaced timing belt and etc. and looked it over. Sons car has been great low mileage for us at 110K+ versus most of our other cars at 200k+ to 300k. Since hes a trucker he doesnt drive it a lot.

The vehicle had severe vibration when braking. Bachman took care of the problem.

I serviced another vehicle years ago here. My office recently moved to this area so I decided to bring in my new vehicle for some minor repairs and diagnostic work. Cliff was very professional, the process included an in depth record of what was being done, what the techs were finding and when. Quick turnaround for a work vehicle. I like to do my own repairs when possible, in order to save a few bucks, but sometimes its just not possible. Its good to have a place you can trust and is willing to work with your time schedule (as much as possible).

A few years ago I was recommended to come to Bachman Auto for auto services. A friend explained to me how this auto service and repair shop was ran by some of the most wholesome, professional, dedicated employees who put all vehicles and their owners on very high priorities. I have never given another repair shop my business since I met Bachman Auto, simply because theyre honest, quick, dedicated employees. When I bring my vehicle in they of course ask me what I think the issue is, then theyll do their own tests to figure out what the issue truly is. Once they figure out what the issue is, the mechanic working on the vehicle will call you and tell you what the issue is with pricing. They wont move ahead onto pricy repairs without having your verbal permission first. Sometimes they find more issues and give you the option to have it fixed then or at a later. They call you when your vehicle is ready, they dont beat around the bush with pricing, they dont hide fees or treat you any better if you have a nicer car. They will also text you after the service has been completed and you have driven away, asking you how your vehicle is doing since its been on the road in your hands for some time. They dont treat you like youre a value, youre a person with a vehicle that means a lot to them.

The individuals here have always been honest and detailed about what needs to be and what has been done. I will be honest and say I have found places that cost less but choose this place because of past reviews and a feeling that this place is honest. I was right they are. I took another vehicle to a different place before I found this one...they were cheaper but guess what every time I got my vehicle back something else went wrong, that ended up costing another thousand plus. So in the long run the others were the ones that cost more. I have a 2 year warranty on the vehicle I took elsewhere on a rebuilt engine from a company I no longer trust at all. Guess what? I am foregoing the warranty and taking my vehicle to Bachman!

We needed our 2005 f350 with a v10 motor spark plugs changed. I did a lot of calling and research before I brought the truck in. My husband tells me what is needed and I give businesses the 3rd degree, because, well we all know how the consumer can be taken advantage of. I made the right choice. Our truck has a notorious history for mechanics breaking the spark plugs off, because of the extreme difficulty involved, which would add around $2, 500 to the final bill. Bachman has a history of doing things right the 1st time. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and YES HONEST. They had no problem sharing how the work was done. Bachman is the only place I am going to and I am one tough customer, just ask my husband.

I felt like i could trust these guys from the get go. They explained things the dealer and prior service people should have years ago.They changed several filters i didnt know i had and they did not gauge me. Id been quoted twice and even 3 times s much for the air filter they replaced for 20 bucks.They fixed the ac and did it for almost half of next bid. They also found an pre warned me of a couple things to watch for..I will be going there from now on. Very impressive group and job well done!!!
