The team here is great. They gave me a free tire rotations so they could get a solid look at my brake pads and rotors. Also made sure to get me a discount at the end of service. I like that they made a point to show me everything (filters that needed replacing, which caps were touched, where my oil level was at after service). All around a great crew!

Super nice, professional guys. I feel this line of work is under appreciated and they work super hard. Also, they work is crazy weather conditions, which I would never be able to do. Just got an oil change, but I’ll definitely be back for another one and additional tire rotation. They also tried unclog my windshield washer pump thingies (no, I am not familiar with car parts). This place had me in and out in a Jiff ;) and it really did seem like they enjoyed having the work. I would recommend this particular store because the staff were very professional and attentive. And honest !!! Not trying to sell me on a bunch of extra things I didnt need. Only complaint is I brought my own filter and oil and it was still the normal price. But it really didnt matter it was worth the money and I left feeling like the work was complete and had integrity and care behind it.Special thanks to the whole team for all finding something to and not standing around. Its nice to see her working peers !!!

The mechanics were extremely nice and informative throughout the whole process and they were as quick as I could hope for. They went over what they did on paper while showing me on my truck. I’ll go back here for sure.

Been going to this location for oil changes for a couple years now. Great customer service, fast, and employees are knowledgeable about your vehicle. No rip off charges or up selling. In fact they made things right when they didn’t have the conventional oil I usually get and gave me an upgrade. This is a great team of managers/technicians!

Great experience... Just frowned at the cost.. $119 for an oil change is the most Ive ever paid... Even being full synthetic. Tried to sell me a cabin air filter for $50. Lol. $9 on Amazon.

Well, what stood out was the employees’ professionalism. From the manager to the pit-man, I felt like I was in some company’s Human Resource Film Short “teaching” the proper way to conduct Customer Relations.The bottom line is this site cares and they take pride in the work they are performing.Most noticeable was a “twenty-something” year old employee (Barlow is the name, I believe), who showed a work ethic that is very, very, difficult to find in that age group’s demographic.In closing, I was a first time customer and I will be using this facility -exclusively- for my vehicle’s future general maintenance needs.

I was in desperate need of a quick and inexpensive oil change. From the moment I pulled up as 3rd in line I was greeted and it took less than 15 minutes until it was my turn. Daniel assisted me and was so incredibly kind and upbeat! I knew I was in good hands. That was the cheapest but best oil change I’ve ever had!! Everyone here was professional and friendly. I received an honest opinion regarding an oil change which saved me a little bit of money. The service was quick and saved time without the hassle of waiting until the end of the day for a walk in/drive in oil change.

I was driving by when I noticed a terrible crunching sound. They were so kind and took a look. Turns out it was my break pads! They were very honest with me and the price wasn’t too bad. I was back on the road again in an hour! It’s hard to find places that will squeeze you in, especially on a Sunday. Being a femme, I was treated kindly and equally which I greatly appreciated. I’m new to the area and needed an oil change. Pulled into jiffy lube expecting a simple oil change. Everything they did was explained and they took the time to show me everything as they were performing the service and after they were done they pulled my car up and showed me all the caps etc were on and tight. Great job and didn’t take too long either. Highly recommend.

I have a rental car that needed to have an oil change so I tried Jiffy Lube and it was wonderful. They clean the windows, checked every one of the fluid levels. ready to continue my trip

Not all Jiffy Lubes are created equal. I needed a single ignition coil changed and checked out a couple of locations. At the Montview location in Denver the scammer tech tried to charge me $100 for the part I already had and then an additional $140 for labor since “he charges $140/hr and it would be a minimum of an hour.” At the Leetsdale location they told me they’d use my part but it would be 3 hours of labor at $70/hr. I finally went with the Wheat Ridge location. They were friendly, quick, and competent, and only charged me $75.Moral of the story? Don’t ever work with those scammers at the Montview store. Drive to Wheatridge. They’ll give you better service at a better price without trying to scam you.

Super friendly staff! They communicated well what to expect and what was going on with my vehicle. They were very thorough and made sure to show me all my caps were on and tight before I hit the road. I also really appreciate that their oil change reminders are the window press on plastic and not the stickers that always leave gunky residue on my windshield.

I went in for an oil change and while waiting for my car to be done, I was waiting outside and I could hear the only female worker there cussing and being rude to the other employees there. Not ok and very unprofessional! I’ve been going here a long time and will not return if she is still employed here! She needs to be addressed according because it is not ok to talk to anyone like that. I felt bad for the guys that have to work with her. Other then that the guys there are super friendly and got the job done.

I went today with my Chevy Silverado 5-4-21 and this was my first time going for an oil change and they were super sweet. I drive here from east Denver for all of my oil changes because they’re the nicest, most helpful people. Service is usually pretty quick, and you can tell the employees work well as a team.

The staff were super friendly and very informative without being pushy.

Theres many fluid service shops out there--why risk it? These guys did my differential fluid, didnt use a washer, overtightened the drain plug and cracked my transfer case. I went back twice for them to address the dripping fluid, but they didnt resolve it and the general manager even hung up on me when I called about it. Eventually Jiffy Lube corporate accepted fault and replaced my transfer case, but this cost me dozens of hours to deal with and could have destroyed my transmission.

I like the fact that Jiffy Lube tops off ur oil if low. The staff are professional and get the job done quickly.The staff also treats Veterans w respect

The team at this Jiffy Lube location were friendly & got my 5-tire rotation done quickly and efficiently. 35” tire rotation is not typically done by all of the auto shops but when speaking with them they had me come in and had the job done in less than 30minutes and was very reasonably priced. I’ve just moved to the neighborhood and had called a few places to make inquiries - this location was the first to let me know they’d handle it - and my experience was really good. I value loyalty and with the great service and pricing they’ll be seeing me as a repeat customer. Note: I’m not friends with nor related to anyone who works there in any way whatsoever.

Dirty,parking lot dirty seats outside wet. I read my reciet the next day it said my oil plug wouldnt took to spec,I check my old plug an the washer for the plug was broken needed to be changed. Should have been changed at time of service. Now I will have to replace it my self.
