I’ve been going here for 20 years. Since I’ve moved away I still make the drive here. Yesterday I was horrified and disturbed by the utter disregard for other people’s lives. I pulled up and before I entered the bay I asked to employee to please wear a mask . He responded without any regard that he has no mask. In the middle of a pandemic! At this point everyone has know someone whom has been ill or died from covid and they do not care at all!!! Words cannot describe my horror for their lack of human lives.

This place ruined my oil pan & bolt then blames it on “the last shop” that change my oil, I (a certified mechanic) was the last person to change my oil which is the only reason I can without a doubt confirm it was not ruined during the previous oil change! The entire convenience of having a quick lube change my oil was destroyed along with my car!! Definitely will be following through andfiling a complaint with the State!!

Brought my 2011 Ford focus in for the 2nd time yesterday morning. The team here gets the job done in just minutes and is fun to chat with while your oil is changed. I did chat and joke with them about the negative reviews theyve gotten and those all came from people who were just naive about cars. The staff can be trusted here.Also, thanks to them for pointing out my power steering fluid status... Will be back again!

This place is awesome I was recommended by my brother 2 years ago and have been coming here faithfully every since. They offer a variety of services but the full service oil change is like no other best money well spent I must say. Please go and check them out because once they change your oil the service and friendliness of staff will change you life for the better. Great family owned oil change joint that doesnt gouge you.

There may be cheaper places around, but they are honest and when I came in for a radiator flush, they let me know that I didnt need one yet. I didnt know these new cars were good for 5 years. Any other place would have just taken my money. Im definitely coming back.

I get very nervous pulling in to get oil changes, the people that work at this location are always very nice and helpful. They answer any questions I have and explain everything to me. I dont ever feel like they are trying to sell me unnecessary items.

Great place! I have been going there for years. I get the full service oil change and it is money well spent. They dont pressure you to get additional services done like other places Ive been to. Customer service is top notch.

I had been waiting in line for a little while then a car pulls in, cuts in front of me and they still serviced him first even though I was there first. Once it was my turn I mentioned to them what happened and they insisted that he was there first. No he wasn’t I replied, I wouldn’t be complaining if he was. It looked as if he was because by the time they went to open the garage for the next customer he was already there in front. I didn’t receive an apology nothing. They just insisted on arguing with me.

Awesome service here and good prices. Most places will get you to change your air filter when its really not needed but these guys were honest in saying that its in good condition and I drove 30k miles without replacing it. They also checked the entire car and I did the basic oil change for $27 out the door.

Ive been coming here for years and the staff is alway nice. They have never tried to sell me anything I dont need and have always been patient with me since I dont have a great understanding of cars.

This place is absolutely horrendous! When I come in to have my oil changed dont question me on whether Im using the recommended oil or accusing another location of damaging my vehicle or its components! I hate lack of accountability! But it doesnt matter if I tell you to pour whiskey into my engine! Your job is to do! not question or accuse! Talking down to people or treating them as subhuman is not a great way to keep customers coming back or to acquire new ones! Ill be sure to spread the word that a YouTube video would be far more respectful to change my oil before I recommend anyone go here.

This place takes advantage of women who look like they dont know what theyre talking about. I used love coming here. I got my oil changed everytime it was supposed to here. Fast friendly service and reasonably priced. Until I went in WITHOUT my husband. Then suddenly Im told my car had 3 major oil leaks. But for an extra $20 they could put whatever in it to temporarily fix it. I dont like being taken advantage of. My car was fine. No oil leaks. Im never coming here again.

I was told to start engine before they added the oil. Luckily I caught it and asked if they put oil in first. Cant trust them now.

This is the only place I go for oil changes, wipers, etc. They’re very friendly, honest, and fairly priced.

My brother got an oil change here not even two months ago and drove less than a thousand miles, but his engine recently went out because the engine ran out of oil. How could the oil possibly be out IF an oil change was done less than two months ago and the car hasnt been driven more than a thousand miles since then? Shop is taking no responsibility for the issue.

They used the wrong tool to try and take oil filter off, chipping the oil cap in the process then blamed the previous mechanic. Charged me for the oil filter they didnt replace.

If i could rate zero stars i would. I went in for an oil change here and drove home less than a mile away, car was parked for two days and i noticed oil on the ground under the oil pan. I then drove right back up there and told them the issue and gave them a chance to fix it whether they didnt tighten the drain bolt enough or just made a mess to just wipe it up. They then proceeded to drill out my threads to put in a save a pan plug which failed and drained all of my $90 oil they charged me. Which they put the oil in the car before they told me a price on it. After all of my experience with them i was in the hole another $500 in parts, i did the labor. for a new oil pan, oil pan gasket, turbo oil return gasket, new filter and once again new oil. They took no responsibility for what they have done. I warn everyone not to go here, you may get a few good oil changes but if they mess up, you will have to take them to court for it.
