I brought my car for a diagnosis to Henrys after having a terrible experience at a dealership in Wayne. The service guy at the dealership was incredibly rude and they were going to charge me $300 just to diagnose 2 issues. I asked them just to diagnose the one issue. I called later to see when my car would be ready that day and was told its a 4 day wait to get diagnosed, which I was never informed. I picked my car back up with no diagnosis. I called Henrys and was able to bring my car in Thursday 3/18/21. The whole process was extremely stress-free and I trusted they wouldnt screw me over. I got a call around 12pm with a diagnosis and estimate if I decided to get the work done there. I went into this situation very stressed at the dealership but Henrys gave me a great experience. The lady at the front desk was incredible.

I cant say enough good about this shop and the people there! If I could give more stars I would. Had a broken tie rod and ball joint, they had it done in a day plus alignment and oil change, even picked me up as I had no ride to get there. Ill never take my 03 trail blazer anywhere else!!! Price was very reasonable too

Horrible experience. Was told I needed a synthetic blend oil change from the manager for around $30, so I set up an appointment for the next day. Then when I show up, the lady says I have to get a full synthetic oil change for almost $60. I called the dealership and they say it calls for just a blend. On my way out the door the lady says its going to cost that much anywhere else anyways How rude!DO NOT GO HERE!!! Thanks for screwing up my whole day! When I called to talk to the manager he wouldnt even offer me an apology..he acted like this is my fault. Was not apologetic at all. Hope you go out of business

Great place to get your car-truck repair -ed and back on the road again

During the polar vortex, like most cars mine didnt start. I thought it was the starter. Called for a tow to take it to Henrys. Turns out it was just the battery. Drove it straight to Henrys once it started for a new battery. They didnt have the one I requested so they ordered it. It was there the same day and my car was fixed within hours of it arriving. Also found out the last place I went didnt do an oil change like they said. So the mechanics and Henrys did one for me. Have had nothing but wonderful service anytime Ive taken my car or a family member has taken it to Henrys. You can certainly trust them and you wont be sorry!

Had a great experience at Henrys Service Center. They are timely, efficient and completely honest. They really worked with me by keeping in touch to update me on condition of car, work to be done before charging me.

I have had the unfortunate opportunity of using Henrys on multiple occasions now...I say unfortunate, because no one wants there vehicle to be in for repair. From the first phone call to the last, they will keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. They are competitively priced, and even if they were slightly more expensive than another shop, I would still and will still use Henrys. They dont try to oversell what is wrong with the vehicle making them trust worthy. I have never had to bring a vehicle back in due to something being not fixed right, or due to them missing something (which happened at another repair shop before I started going here). If you want fast reliable repairs, excellent customer service, and a trust worthy shop, then Henrys is the place to go; I promise, it will be the last time you shop around for a good mechanic.

I took my car here after having a ongoing problem with my vehicle for months, after going to two different mechanics with the problem still unsolved. I cant remember the name of the mechanic that serviced me , but he was great. I felt he was honest and solved the problem in just a few hours with no appointment . He was very polite and gave great customer service. I believe the price was very reasonable after researching average cost for the service I received . I will absolutely use this shop in the future.

My family has been going to Henrys for 30+ years for all our car needs. They are honest, friendly and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

They dont go out of their way to charge you for unnecessary services. Vehicles always come back repaired.

Very polite and Reasonable prices.They call u and let u know what the issues are and ask if u like to proceed with the job and only fix what u need. And they note what needs fix in the future ,they dont rob u like other shops.

Scammers. Said my rack and pinion needed to be replaced. 2 months later makes the same sound happens and its leaking even more steering fluid. Quted me for a whole new exhaust. Had a new muffler put on by someone else and everything was quiet again. Absolute liars and cheats.

They couldnt even make the right diagnosis on my handicap mothers vehicle. They said it was the battery, so they replaced that. The car died again not more than a day later, and it ends up being the fuel pump. They didnt even give her a break. A fuel pump costs 100 dollars, not 500. This place is one big scam. Its not the place it used to be 25 years ago. They also took advantage of my 85 year old grandfather. I am writing this so no one else gets taken advantage of.

Their kinda rude and didnt understand what I was originally asking for I cam in for a blower resister diagnosis but they are fair they didnt charge me as later tbou I ran out if gas down the road and I filled up my tank to the ⅛ mark before I went in maybe they just kept it running the whole time idk

Prompt service dealing with what I understand was a very difficult rear end overhaul on an 08 Dodge Nitro. I will be back for all future repairs.
