Doug was so nice and explained everything that was needed for the car. The honesty was refreshing. Fix what needed to be repaired and told me some things that could be up-and-coming. It’s so nice to get the car back feeling like new. Just want to have a shout out to Doug thank you so much.

The suspension installation that I had done was particularly tricky, however Doug took the time needed to complete the job and make the final adjustments required to make it absolutely perfect in every way. Doug is the man! Never any pressure to use a service and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. He is honest and instead of performing unnecessary work on my car, he gave me helpful insight. Most mechanics would NOT do that. Also helped me out by inspecting the new vehicle I was interested in. Most mechanics do not care about honesty and trust- they just want your money. Went today to get my nieces bent rim repaired. Though I called only an hour before, they managed to squeeze me in. Thankfull to Rich who gave me a very good price and did a very nice job with the repair. Did a few extras without charging me (load air on other tires, balanced the repaired wheel, and helped load the spare back after remounting repaired tire). I really appreciated that they gave me good service.

Rich did a wonderful job on replacing water pump and Thermostat for my bimmer, in addition, he noticed that there is a cracked pipe near by, and replaced it, and clean some unexpected debris in inter-cooler pipe. He and Doug even walked extra miles try to find out the cause of such debris. Very professional. I highly recommend this shop!

I am very pleased with Rich as he took the time to figure out the problem for my CEL on my BMW X5 diesel using the cheapest mean possible. These guys seem to like what they do. They are not there to make a quick buck out of you.

Had what I thought was a minor leak. Turned out it was a major problem. They told me my options. Never pressured me one way or the other. Got a major amount of work done for a great price. I will be taking all my repair work here going forward. They even fixed things I had no idea were problematic. Definitely saved me a towing bill and more.

My car was parked for 2 years and I was scared to start it on my own and scared to have the wrong mechanic attempt to get it going and kill the engine. They got it up and running and its in great shape. They also gave me an honest estimate and the rates were really good. Give them a shot.

Highly recommend this shop. Knowledgeable mechanics and great prices. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to get my Infiniti serviced here because they do not cut corners. Even with simple oil changes they make sure to check out every detail on the car.(Ive had Pep Boys miss worn out brakes, even after I told them they were squeaking.) The guys at Elite pointed it right away when I was getting new tires. I also saved about $200 with discounts and rebates they told me about.The place is hard to see from the road though. Needs a big sign out front. ( kinda makes it a hidden gem)
