Hey Everyone, came to this business today for a diamond car wash, met the owner. She was kind, offered compliments coffee, water. The service was excellent, the employee’s did a great work. Will repeat. The prices are fair too. Everyone there Is friendly, helpful. They do oil changes, brakes too.

My wife and I both have the exact same car (year, make and model). I brought both cars there today, 15 minutes between each other, for full service washes. I was charged two different prices. When questioned, the cashier told me “I don’t know why that happened, but there’s nothing I can do about it.”

Tony was so great and helpful willing to drive me home or pick me up unheard of today. My husband’s car looks brand new two years of traveling with our dog in car had definitely taken it toll, dog hairs and crumbs were every where but now it’s sparkling.Definitely recommend this company.

Tried this place as I was not happy with the place I was going to since it changed owners. I will preface this review by saying my car desperately needed a thorough cleaning. I got the Diamond package and have never been happier with the job done. They spent a great deal of time on the interior of the car and I left the parking lot extremely pleased. I will definitely be using them from now on. It was money well spent.

Have been to this car wash a few times and always had a good experience. They do a nice job of cleaning the exterior of the car (and interior when I get that done too). Met the owner a couple years ago and she was very nice. Would come back again.

Went there to get my car washed. The work was very inconsistent and of POOR quality. I went in there with some smudge on my front windshield and left there with the same smudge on my windshield. Worth driving and extra couple of miles to other car wash facilities!

I came here to get a car wash. I had bird droppings on the car and after getting the car wash, the bird droppings remained on the car and after making a point, I was rudely asked by the manager if I expected the car wash to remove the droppings which left me puzzled and angry. Do yourself and avoid this place at all costs. Drive the extra few minutes to another car wash and get what you paid for. Never returning and urging all my fellow Wayne residents to not waste your hard earned money and time here.

Brought my car in for a whole bunch of services: new brakes, oil change, tire rotation and alignment. (First, I didnt know that Pristine Auto Spa & Service Center did oil changes and brakes, etc. I always thought they were just a car wash place.) While I waited for someone to pick me up, I was able to hang out in their waiting area. It was clean, comfortable, and people there were very nice (I think the people I spoke with that worked there were named Joe and Linda). I was offered coffee and water multiple times. Kris, the mechanics manager, was extremely pleasant to work with. He would explain to me each issue and provide to me the options and solutions; he did it in a way that was in laymans terms, but not in an arrogant way. Hes very knowledgeable and transparent. The important thing is...after my car was serviced, everything seems to be running smoothly. All in all, I had a very nice experience there. I will go back in the future for car washes and regular car services.

Had my car washed here. Got the gold package. They spent about 45 minutes. Did a beautiful job! I will be back. The owner was so friendly offering water or coffee.

I have been to many car washes before and I have to say from the outstanding customer service to the car wash itself, I had the best experience. I have a black car and I constantly worry about swirl marks due to dirty towels and poor handling that many other car washes use. Farri assured me this would never happen and all the products used after each car wash are clean, new, and top quality. A complimentary cappuccino later and sure enough my car rolled out of the wash looking better than ever without a swirl mark in sight. Pristine auto spa is impeccable with their auto services, cleanliness, and customer service!

The detailing of my car was excellent. They accommodated my crazy schedule too.

They always try to make you get other work on your car done (my mechanic said something didn’t need replacing like they said it did) and the free car wash is so bad it’s not worth waiting around for it. I’ll be going somewhere else and I suggest you do also.

This is the best Car Wash in town, they have great prices and excellent work! The customer service is amazing, they are very helpful and generous. They offer free water, candy, and much more. They also do my oil changes very good and efficiently. I never have to wait long to get an oil change or car wash they have a good amount of workers so that you never have to wait long. The owner is a very cool dude and always there making sure his customers are always satisfied!

The absolute BEST car wash. I choose the Diamond package which is pricey at $35 but they spend 30-45 minutes inside the car detailing everything, it is worth every penny. Car ends up looking better than new. I would highly recommend !!!

This place has gond down considerably. Brake dust left on wheels, interior windshield not cleaned, door jams and trunk lid not wiped dry. For Platinum service, a big disappointment!

This was my first time coming to Pristine Auto Spa, I came all the way here from Clifton and I have had the best experience. I have been here two times. First time I got platinum and the car was not well wiped down and the vacuum cleaning was not done properly as there was still a mess under the Matts, everywhere else on the floor and garbage still under the seats. Unacceptable for what I had paid.Second time I decide to get gold and the same thing as the previews time happens and also I had a little action figure about the size of a human pinky mounted onto the dashboard with Velcr (not easy to come off) and it was ended up being unknown about what had happened to it or where it went. TERRIBLE services and will definitely not come back. Pathetic. Would never recommend this place or will make sure to tell people not to come here.

After oil change, had the car washed(comes free with oil change). The older gentleman, at the beginning, asked if I would like to upgrade car wash when I told him no, he said you know we don’t clean the mats unless you upgrade. I asked since when because they had always cleaned my mats in the past(approximately 10 years). He pointed to sign and said we never clean mats without upgrade and then proceeded to not clean mats or vacuum the trunk of my truck.The owner is very nice and generous, but current staff is not up to standards.

My family and I decided to have our suburban washed today 24 October 2020. My wife and I decided it would be fun to take our 3 little girls with us since they have water guns inside. We went on a Saturday morning in order to avoid crowds because we try to be very careful with social distancing especially because we have young kids.Our experience was not a pleasant one starting from the young girl at the register who didn’t even greet us. I noticed that the girl at the register wasn’t wearing her mask, along with a bold man who appeared to be the manager, perhaps it was because they had a plexiglass. I decided to take our newborn outside just to be safe. As I sit outside I notice our vehicle was being pulled up from the washer to get the detailed started. This is were I clearly noticed the driver did not have his mask on, the workers who immediately approached the car to start cleaning the inside were inconsistent with the masks, some did but the majority didn’t have it. What worried me was that the ones cleaning inside didn’t have it fully on and instead it tested on their chin.I went inside to explain to the manager that they didn’t have their masks on, he went outside to address the situation. I observed a young guy shake his head and seemed upset that he had to wear it, others didn’t have a mask so had to big back inside to get one.The lack of safety concern is disappointing. They did a bad job cleaning my vehicle because most of them left to get masks and did not come back to finish. I will not be going back.COVID is real and is on the rose. Please be careful out there.

As a car enthusiast I really hate taking my car through the car wash. I always prefer to do it myself, but I had to make an exception because I was in the area and my car was filthy. For 30 bucks this is the best car wash I have ever paid for in my life. Really cool place too. Thanks guys! Will return if im ever in Wayne!

Stay away, the machine scratch your car and the owner will argue with toy to the end, i spoke with 2 recent employees from there because i live near by and see them all the time, they made it clear that this is the norm for them, they get over 30 complaints a week about damaged and scratched vehicles. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.Update on Reply!!As you can see from the picture my vehicle is not BLACK, it is BURGUNDY. The employees are NOT members of my family, one was the manager of your shop, the other a cleaner. And finally, one of the managers from Noveli restaurant of hamburg turnpike also informed me that he stopped going there because of scratches your machine did to his vehicle. As per your current employees you dont maintain your machines, instead of fixing you patch things up. Be warned, this is not a reliable car wash.

The best place to clean your car

I can Hereford the first time to get a car wash and the people in the inside left my driver side window open and water got into the car, 1/10 do not recommend this place. After I told the manager or owe other establishment he stated that it would all be fine and it’s only water. I didn’t even get a discount or anything. On top of that they did a horrible job cleaning my car as it was still dirty after the “gold” car wash.

Staff is very careless when it is about luxury cars. The guy so called did vacuuming in the trunk, he was completely unaware that vacuum hose on contact was scratching the body of the car. I have warned him, but it was too late.

The windows are always streaky. Not a great job with the interior either. Worst was dropping my truck off to be detailed and getting it back with the paint chipped (consistent with what happens if someone isn’t experienced with the buffer). The staff is very friendly and courteous but for the prices you’ll pay and the service you’ll get, there are better options.

I visited to have my Sienna washed and cleaned. I opted for the diamond package with spray wax at a cost of $50+. Jimmy did a great job cleaning the dash, 3rd row and any area the kids would have left a mess. I only visit when Jimmy is working because of the detailed service he provides. Very attentive and listened to any area I thought needed additional cleaning.

My car probably hasnt been washed in a couple of years, and the interior looked awful. I decided to splurge and go with the Diamond Package. I could not be happier. My car looks brand new. The interior came out so immaculate, that I was left speechless. Jimmy did an amazing job. All my washes will be at Pristine Auto Spa

Great service at this place, as the people are friendly, especially the hardworking crew. My car hadnt been washed in months when I brought it here for a car wash. I got the Gold package and the car and the came very clean, with the exception of the windshield, which was still a bit dirty on the top (where the windshield wipers dont reach). The inside was extremely clean, thanks to the crew. If my windshield was clean on the outside, Id give this place 5 stars.

After being a loyal customer for years, bringing my car, my pickup truck and sons car for oil changes, they suddenly dont stock the regular oil for my car anymore but for an extra 20 dollars they can use an upgraded oil. Sorry, Im not spending $59 for an oil change in my 6cyl Ford Escape when Im used to being charged $39,They just lost another customer and all my business. I go to Major League Auto Spa in Pompton Lakes now and theyre $8 cheaper.

I have a luxury SUV with special custom made mats. I have explained the car wash team to make sure to secure the caps in the liner in place during high pressure water wash, sometimes they may fall off. I have noticed couple of them are gone with wash after Im home, why does it happen? Because it is not their car, thats why! Who cares right?? Secondly, my package contained tire shine, but the guy with no English insisted not to do it!! Amazing!

My girlfriend and I went to get her car cleaned, chose the platinum package. When we recieved the car back the back seat and trunk werent vacuumed. The person who took the car asked if she wanted the trunk vacuumed to which she said yes. We are both very disappointed with the end result, especially since it was a $30 package.

The outside of my car and inside floors look good. However, the windows, dashboard, and steering wheel area were left untouched. So basically I paid 25 bucks for a shiny exterior. The previous owner and workers were much better and I never had a complaint.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I come here, ask for the highest service (Diamond, $35) and they say it’s unavailable because they are short staffed. Fair enough. I settle for (Platinum, $25) mind you I am the ONLY customer here. 20 minutes go by and my car is still not down the tunnel to be dried. I walk back to the entrance and 2 employees are sitting on their phones, they never hit the button to send it down mind you the 4 employees who are assigned to dry are looking down the tunnel waiting for the car to come down. An absolute joke. Will not be coming back nor referring this “express wash” to anyone. Every single employee on their phone instead of working, welcome to 2019

Got a gold service , and the only thing cleaned was the outside of my car. Windows were dirty, cup holder was dirty , not vacuumed. Your place needs new workers that will actually work.

I see some of the negative reviews and first hand witnessed how some people pay for the cheapest service and expect to get a full detail job. Then when they are not happy, they go and post negative reviews. Its unfortunate because I bring my vehicle here for wash and oil service and they do a fantastic job. No business is perfect but the owner and management are very customer service oriented and want to make sure people are happy with the services they are paying for.

Been using this car wash for 10 years. Most recently, I had my wifes Subaru detailed. Amazing results! Felt like it came out of the showroom. We have a baby, so the back seat is (was) stained with spills. Theyre 99% gone now! After patronizing this business for a decade (2007-2017), I can genuinely say I have no idea what these 1-star reviewers are talking about. Try it for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

It was a beautiful day to take out BMW for a much needed car wash. Car was cleaned on the outside but when my family and I got inside to sit, it was still dirty and dusty from the winter storage. My wife and I are extremely upset that under the circumstances the full detail cleaning service we purchased was a complete joke. This cleaning service is horrible and the vacuuming was not done properly, mats not washed, door jams not wiped down as stated, rear trunk was never cleaned, tires were cared lousy, so on and so forth. We are beyond disappointed and never returning back to this place!

I paid almost 40 bucks for the worst car wash I’ve ever had. My interior was not wiped down and windows were barely cleaned. Left all the bird poop on my passenger window, which was the main reason for my visit. My last experience was bad and I thought I’d learned my lesson. I won’t make the same expensive mistake again. Don’t waste your money there!

Total scum. Obviously scratched my brand new rim and wouldn’t accept any responsibility for it.The fact that they didn’t clean the interior well is besides the fact. Horrible, horrible place.Better off washing your car at home, or trusting pretty much anyone else. Awful. Refused to service my wifes car without purchasing the Plattium full synthetic oil change claiming they have seen problems with putting conventional oil in cars. Then why offer it? Every oil change since 2012 for her car was at this center, including 2 with the new owners, whom did not bat an eye at the silver package in the past. Claimed that prior owners, Used to do very shady things all the time, and that they were right. A quick reference to our owners manual shows that, Your vehicle is designed to be used with 5W-30 conventional oil. Also in my last oil change they improperly removed the plastic under my car, leading to a repair at Ford for $100 due to it hanging off my car less then 2 hrs after being serviced. I did not bring this up to the owner during our last talk, though Im sure Im wrong on that as well.We decided that Mavis/STS up the street is better for our business.Service wise, they are fine despite the above pricing issues. Free cookies and coffee, waiting room and bathroom are clean. Just be very careful with being sold something you absolutely do not need.

Caution! This business steels customers money.Pristine Auto Spa was known as Wayne Auto Spa under previous ownership. Wayne Auto Spa sold 10-wash cards. My wife and I bought two of them (for each of our cars), but did not use them completely before the change of ownership. The new management honored these cards at first, but then stopped accepting them without any warning or notification. We had the total of 7 washes left on 2 cards ~ $140 value.Update: the owner contacted me and said that he would not negotiate because of this and other social media reviews

The highest level wash is basically a mini interior detail, well worth the money.

Recently purchased a unlimited washed for one month to feel it out. At one wash costing $15, a monthly pass is $35 so its a no brainer. Free coffee and cookies are a plus. A quality car wash and service.

Ive used pristine auto for years and never had an unpleasant experience. Employees and Management are great, owners are friendly and attentive, and all the free coffee, cookies, and candy youd like!

I was really hoping that the new owners would provide an improvement, but I was let down. The car wash is the most important aspect of your business. Focus on that and you will succeed. I drove my car home and had to spend another 20 minutes cleaning all the glass inside and out as it had a film from dirty rags. Then I had to re vacuum the front and rear as they was still debris left on the floor. It is not worth pointing these things out while I am there as that never leads to better service nor is it my job to supervise ones job. I will not go back until I see a new sign under new owner again. I expect a clean car even if I were blind. Dont be fooled by an increase in business as it is from people expecting a great car wash that stopped going because of the last owner. If they dont receive an exceptional wash they wont come back, like myself.

I was a client for a very long time and always happy with them. Past 4 times they do horrible horrible job!!! My car is never very dirty inside. I pay for clean inside and outside. Inside part is not done at all. Dust on dashboard dirty windows etc etc past few times I told them to go back and fix it but this time I was mad! Horrible job again I will never go back and i strongly recommend to not waste your time and money on them!

The car wash was decent but there are streaks of soap remaining on the car body. The vacuuming was almost non-existant. I had to get vacuuming done again at another place. Not returning.

The trunk of my SUV wasn’t even touched! The windows still had dog nose prints and nothing was vacuumed. Why am I paying for interior when the interior isn’t even touched???

I thought new owners would do a better job but thats not the case. After the car wash the inside was still very dirty. I commented about it and they fixed it but there was still a bunch of other spots in the car I didnt point out because I was so annoyed by the service. I left and I will not go back or recommend them to anyone. Dont go unless you want to spend time at home cleaning your car after you just paid to have it cleaned.
