Very very happy! Just bought a car very stained and from a very heavy smoker. You could smell it even with the windows up while standing outside next to it. They got out all the stains and used the ozone machine for the smoke, its like a new car! I was told $115 and it would be a couple hours, but it was so bad they had to keep it over night. Even though they kept it overnight he kept the price the same which was awesome. I was only able to tip $25 that day, but had I had more they would have got it. Will definitely use them again!

The place is a bit hard to find but their service is great. I went for detailing in June 2021 and my car was neat. The people working here are very polite and did a neat job. They even gave me a good deal for the exterior detailing. I would surely recommend them any day.

Best spot ever!! I live in Georgia and was in Michigan for work. I purchased a product for my rims and went through the auto wash. When the truck came out I thought the rims were trashed. I contacted Pristine Detailing, they had me bring the truck right in. The rims now look like new. Very happy with the service and professional experience. Thank you again!!

I had a filthy car that I used for work that I wanted to sell. John took my car in on a Friday with no appointment and just 4 hours later had worked miracles with it. Tire, shine, windows clean, rims bright and shiny, carpets as clean as new. And they got all the little places like glove compartment, console, change tray, cup holders. Great job!

Very disrespectful, unprofessional business.I called a week ago to set up a detail done on my car. On a Sunday. Manager stated it could be done from 1:30 - 3pm, mind you, he did not ask about the condition of the interior or for a photo before confirming he can absolutely do the job. I drive over 20 min to get there. He looks in my back seat & says, “I can’t do this in 90 minutes”, because there’s dog hair. Not stains, no damage. Just .... dog hair that was there a day prior to setting up the detail. I informed him before even setting up the time that there was dogs in my car.He said he didn’t feel the need to ask if there was dog hair on the seats cause his own dog doesn’t shed ...Like what?We argue back & forth. He states it’ll take hours to remove only the dog ... hair. He wasted my time, my gas, my mothers time, my mothers gas. I call today to set up another appointment & the manager immediately stated I was suppose to be there today at 10am but he did not call me to tell me I was scheduled for today or sent an email. He stated he told my mother but felt he didn’t need to inform me or send an email confirmation. He then said, “go somewhere else, I don’t want to service your car, I don’t care.” & hung up on me. The experience was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Will always inform people about this business in the worst way.

Lies about prices then when you confront him about it he blames you. Do not come here unless you want to get in a fist fight with the owner which i was tempted to do.Response to Owner: Owner only asked for car type over the phone he did not ask anything else. It is not my job to tell him specific information that he needs to ask for. There was only minor staining in the passenger seat in a clean car other than that the fact that you charge extra is ridiculous. Still no excuse to be disrespectful to a customer

Will not go back again to this place they ripped me off. The only reason why I chose this place is because of the reviews. Sir You are mistaking me for some other client because you told me when I called that it was $129. You never talk about different prices and that was 3 days ago well that’s is a lesson thank you so much for the lousy job your employees did in my car. They didn’t even use a vacuum to soack up all the water from the seats or on the floor and the mats were placed in the back seats on top of plastic bag with dirty water that was dripping from the mats I had to take mats put them on the floor and dumped the plastic bad with dirty water. Shame on you.

My experience with Pristine Detailing was amazing I couldn’t believe they turned my 2006 Ford Fusion into a brand new car. John knows exactly what I wanted done and made sure that it was done. He told me he could get me in the next morning if I was available, and I picked my car up a couple hours ago and it was very clean and professional. Awesome experience here, highly recommended. I had an interior cleaning and they did a great job. They even mentioned some of the stains may come back to the surface and to reach out so they can re-clean. The stains did come back and they were happy to fit me in on a Saturday to fix it.

Called in the morning, they were able to do an interior detail that day. The office and work space was very nice. The gentlemen that helped me was very friendly. Total detail took about a hour which is what he estimated at the time I dropped it off. The interior looks brand new! I am very pleased with the job done! Will be using this business for all my detailing needs!

Had a great experience with Pristine. Called last minute and the day of with two vehicles needing to be done, after just having had a negative experience elsewhere the morning of, and they took care of me quickly and at a better price than anywhere Ive been in the past. Excellent friendly customer service from John and both vehicles were taken care of quickly and looked great. One had been in storage for a while, that was my dads vehicle that i had inherited and dont trust many with it anyway but felt it was safe with them, and now it looks great. the other had wear from the winter and now looks brand new again. Their office was very clean. Would recommend and will return!

Amazing service and super friendly people! Their front office waiting room is super decked out with snacks, a Keurig, and a Roku TV. Theyre very fast but if you have to wait a minute during longer service (like for a heavy-duty detailing), it makes the time spent waiting very comfortable. Had a great experience with them and its an awesome supporting a local business.

Cant say enough great things about them. I just got my husband a gift certificate for the total clean package that they offer. I seriously cant wait to see them work their magic on his truck!

All I can say is John is the best. He has great prices(which include specials) and very nice when talking to. Ive been going to him since the spring for both my car(Focus RS) and wifes car(Focus ST) and we both are just plain happy with his work.
