My phone was having issues and it was a muti day process. Jordan helped me for 2 hours the first day and Ryan the second to ultimately get me a replacement phone overnighter.They bother were knowledgeable and diligent until I was able to get what I needed.

I am very up set with this location!!! The screen on my phone just stopped working but still makes a sound when ever i get a notification I immediately head in to the closest verizon store and the open sign is on there are people in the store sitting at the tables and desks and they were shooing me and other customers away now I dont have a phone to get a hold of people unless i am in my car connected to Bluetooth and know the number to dial on my screen of my car or i have access to someone elses phone. because of this I possibly could be fired or miss a call from my medical providers pertaining to very important information!!! WORST STORE EXPERIONCE EVER!!!

Horrible customer service. They’ll make you wait for hours and people will get helped ahead of you. We waited 3 hours and it took 2 minutes for a simple return. Well drive to Anchorage to avoid this place. Never ever again.

Trina did an outstanding job assisting my teenage son and me. We had damaged phones and she was able to replace and upload our old phones’ data and apps as quick as I possible. The store had the most modern iPhones in stock and in the colors we preferred. Courtesy was appreciated; so was customer service.

Terrible terrible service! We came to pay a bill. They put us on the waiting list and when asked about how long it would take the lady working there (short black curly hair) was very rude and send us out. We waited very long for a phone call got tired and walked back In. We waited inside for 2 more hours. One employee was working while the other was sitting and talking to another lady about non work related stuff for two hours! (The same lady that was rude) only after the guy working told her that we needed help a few times she actually helped us. I’m definitely switching to a different company after such service to your customers. What kind of company expects to keep clients after treating them with such disrespect!

Horrible customer service. Always understaffed, and the staff that is there isnt interested in helping. We recently ordered two new phones. We saw that fed ex had delivered them earlier in the day and thought we would get them connected after work. When I arrived there were two employees, both helping other customers. Neither employee greeted me or let me know how long the wait would be. They both ignored me and continued helping the customers that they were already helping. The vibe I got was hopefully youll realize were busy and just decide to leave. After waiting about 15 minutes one employee finished with the customer they were helping, and the first interaction I had with anyone that worked there was Sorry, I cant help you. I have to take my lunch. The other employee finished helping the customer he was with, and finally after about a 20 minute wait I was helped. He looked for our phones and was only able to find one. I showed him the delivery confirmation. He then told me that, both phones had arrived but, because one of the phones hadnt been checked into the inventory system he couldnt connect them. I wasted 30 minutes of my time. Additionally, I was frustrated because I had tried to call to see if the phones were there before I went in but was never able to get anyone to answer. The feeling I got was that nobody cared about helping me. The store was understaffed and the service from the employees that were there was poor. Being busier than expected and understaffed is understandable, but have the courtesy to let me know if Im wasting my time and when you do finally get around to helping me, at least act like you want to help.

Horrible customer service. All I needed to do was purchase a charger and was told to put my name down and wait in my vehicle waited for 45 minutes then I decided to go inside to make sure they had what I needed and I wasnt wasting my time I once again said all I need is a charger and I was again told to wait outside the store. This is unacceptable for the fact that I was even not allowed to see if they had what I needed. I went to AT&T had great customer service and was in and out within 5 minutes all while still practicing social distancing and following Covid mandates.

Terrible. I was there to upgrade my phone and was there for 3 1/2 HOURS. I still don’t have my new phone. I was locked out of my account, I am now dealing with the fraud department and my bill still says I owe money for the phone I did not even get. I’m beyond frustrated. Do. Not. Go. Here. Better to make the drive to Anchorage to go to a real Verizon store.

Maybe the service is good if they get around to you, which wasnt my experience. Even basic information for some phones wasnt visible. Maybe they expect customers to Google the specs while waiting? Also, if youre interested in accessories for half the phones they carry, which was limited to begin with, tough luck. I wont be going back.

Easily, I give these guys 5 stars! I have shopped here twice and all the staff, besides being very patient, knowledgable and professional, are VERY hard working. Yes, you may have to wait sometimes because they are giving great service to a customer ahead of you, but you will get the same quality service.I had a very unique issue with Corporate Verizon not properly activating a phone I had purchased, and the staff were so patient and had to call the main company being placed on hold several times. Trina was so great and determined to get my issue resolved and it was.THANKS, GOWIRELESS!! Keep being awesome!!

In my experience, this Verizon store was top notch and easily is 5 stars! Absolutely lovely service and great selection. Sarah, who assisted me, was a very cordial and professional representative for this store, and she was immensely helpful with getting me set up. All the other staff members, seemed very polite as well. I would recommend shopping at this store for your new or existing phone (the store is around the corner (same building) from the Tesoro Gas station in the Fred Meyer Parking lot in Wasilla).

To be blunt I’ve had less than stellar customer service from Verizon via phone reps. I went into this store to upgrade my phone after not wanting to deal with them on the phone. After a lot of back and forth, a few days worth actually, the rep named Ryan was really awesome from start to finish. There was a mixup with the via phone rep and Ryan was patient and helped me get it sorted out (long and short if it).
