My visit was fantastic and the guy that helped us was amazing!! I would come to the store again for sure! He was so friendly, patient, personable and so funny! The women that greeted us when we came in was awesome! She put cartoons on the TV for our 2 year old daughter and was so kind! Thank you for all your help and our new phones and service!

Megan is extremely helpful. Even though we had an error code on our account and weren’t able to get the issue solved, Megan still went above and beyond. Helped us as much as she could, got a big discount on our bill and was very patient with us. Megan and the assistant manager were very kind and understanding.

Great staff, Jaimie was wonderful onsite at the store location, and took her time placing my screen protector on my iPhone for me. Even though it was close to closing time, she didn’t rush the job or me, which was super awesome and kind! Nate helped me over the phone prior to to coming into the store, which helped save a lot of time and waiting. Thank you AT&T!

Dealing with both Nathan and Dixie was a pure pleasure! They made sure that we had everything we needed before we left the office. They were kind, they were fun loving, and they understood exactly what we wanted. In fact, they went overboard with making sure that they clarified everything we wanted to make sure that we would be happy. I can promise that I did not experience anything like that at the Verizon store a month before this change. It was important to us to not receive the billing surprises, extra fee surprises, etc as we did with verizon. I think people should deserve to be better informed by the cellular companies. I dont doubt that in many peoples minds AT&T can be just as deceptive, but it seemed important to both Nathan and Dixie that they were clear, and that we understood everything involved. It took some extra time, but they made us feel like we were worth it. Regardless of what happens with AT&T, Ill always give a thumbs up in the highest level of satisfaction for the service I received at this store. Dr. Ronnie Pace

With our old provider we would not get service in my husbands shop. We were so pleased. My husband said wow I didnt have to set my phone in the window to get service. Custom Rep had to ask countless times, about 10-12 times for help with multiple co-workers. Her reactions to very normal questions were borderline rude by displaying body language and facial reactions, often wrong, as being corrected by co-workers. She deflected her own lack of knowledge with excuses I didnt care to hear or have time for. I have spent over 3 hrs in the store, about 3hrs 30min. I was given false information about a promotion product and also had to drive back to town again a few days later, which took the best part of my day. (I live 60miles away from town). I kept my composure throughout this experience but was most certainly not impressed or happy. I do believe that most other employees are very much capable and so much more friendly, as the interaction of the multiples helping out in the process as well as the person who helped me the second time, were very positiv. I understand that the customer service occupation is a very challenging field and most certainly being under appreciated or paid. That being said, I spent a fair amount of time on my +1hr drive back to town thinking about changing providers. Obviously, I havent done so, but decided to take the time to share my experience.

Have had a cell acct with AT&T for many years. Three years ago my husband asked for a retired military discount since he is authorized user. The store clerk said he gave us a military discount. Recently found out the discount was never applied. Went in yesterday 8-10-21 to buy new phone and get the retired military discount. Was told this time that retired military spouses do not get a discount only active duty spouses get the discount. So to get the discount I have to relinquish my cell account and set up a new account with husband as primary and me as authorized user and he signs a new contract. We cannot be co owner. This really sucks. I am so tired of being my husbands dependent after 50 years of marriage. If something happens to him I am not authorized on his cell account acct.

Went to the Palmer Alaska AT&T store to get a SIM card My son had gotten a phone from a friend at school. The clerk put the SIM card in and said it was locked from a different carrier. He gave us the SIM card and said we wouldn’t be charged because the phone wouldn’t work.We found a different phone and went to the Wasilla AT&T store. Both Mena and Dixie help us there. They were great and deserve 5 stars.Turns out the guy in the Palmer store actually lied to us about “no charge”. We had been charged a set up / SIM card fee, plus he had set me up for a whole new line. The only thing I can figure is the guy at the Palmer store must work off commission. I’ve been treated better by used car salesmen ( sorry to any car salesmen reading this).Anyways I won’t step foot into Palmer AT&T again. They will lie and cheat to get a sale, don’t trust them.The Wasilla At&T had shorter wait time friendlier and more honest salespeople. ( Mena and Dixie are AWESOME). The one star rating is truly only for Palmer.I’ve been with AT&T for over 20 years and have been a loyal customer. I won’t give The Palmer Alaska store another minute of my time.Mark

I was gifted a mini iPad two years ago and went into Palmer att to get it set up. No cellular hook up. Went back was told call customer serviceAfter reaching my on hold limit I went back to the store. Again call customer service. Again on hold limit. Gave up. Today I went to wasilla attSaw Nate he changed the SIM card and all is good. Thanks Nate for doing what Palmer should have to begin with. Great job!!!

I needed a phone for my 12 Y.O. To keep in touch during after school programs, I went to AT&T to see what kind of deal I could get. I was greeted at the door immediately by a representative, she had me set up an appointment to be seen, inconvenient but it didn’t take long for my turn (I did a quick target shopping trip) she hooked me up with exactly what I needed to keep my son safe, while also equipping him with a mode of communication. I can’t imagine what those employees have to deal with during COVID, with all of the safety procedures in place, they seem to have managed to keep a sense of humor and lightness. One of my best experiences at a cell phone store!!! Also got hooked up with some direct TV which is soooo great!

I am a VERY satisfied customer of 20 + years and tonite just proves me right about my choice for AT& T! I went to print photos at a kiosk and my phone locked up on the “allow access” screen. I could not get messages, turn off my phone, or access Siri. I was devastated. I went to our AT& T store in Wasilla AK and Nathan came to my rescue! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to restart my phone within 5 minutes! I am so grateful for him taking the time and being so patient with me right before closing hours! I speak very highly of AT&T to everyone and recommend your service!! AT&T you ROCK! And thank you for hiring Nathan...he is an asset to this store !

As soon as i got to the door i said my name, the person greeting said “..ok” then i said my name again, pointing to the appointment board telling her that i had the first appointment when she said “yea, ok. I can’t do anything for you until you tell me what you need” the visit only seemed to get worse after that.I went in because i was previously lied to about what our first bill would be, after asking MULTIPLE times what the worst case would be to expect. Our bill was significantly higher than we were told you expect. My husband and i had to swap out, and while my husband said she was very nice to him, when i came back in i was met with the same attitude. The man who set up our bill broke down all the things in the bill right in front of me, then this woman does the same thing, but somehow came up with the more expensive price. As well as not clarifying our balance with at&t saying “I can’t MAKE you pay anything” rather than telling me the direct charges from at&t that i was trying to ask for.So, on two separate occasions, the price was broken down right before my eyes, as if they were talking to an idiot, but somehow both coming up with completely different answers, and using different prices in the explanation. The man told me it was 120+20 for activation, and 20 for an installment plan. Making a total of 160. The woman however, showed me 120+30 activation fee, +20 installment then + another 30 in extra fees.I would NOT recommend at&t for their phone service, or their customer service.

I dont know if the person helping me was new, but he basically said yeah idk how to help you the second I told him about my phone problem.Then I told him I backed everything up onto a different phone and factory reset it but it didnt solve the problem and his response was oh, we could try factory resetting it???He then asked if I had bought the phone through at&t and I told him yes.He then said Well IF you really DID buy it through at&t...???Also, (not his fault, but at&ts) ... they are currently only allowing ONE person to come in at a time. Meaning my husband had to sit outside in the truck and I kept having to RUN IN AND OUT across the parking lot to ask him questions since my phone cant receive or deliver texts/calls (the problem I came in for)🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️Super dissatifying AT&T visit in all regards.

Mitch met us at the door. He was appropriately wearing a mask. He helped us pick out a new phone, updated available discounts and updated our plan. He was friendly, had a sense of humor and was very knowledgable. We felt very happy about the help he provided. He listened to my worry of losing contact info due to having an old phone (8 gig) and made sure I got all of the contacts onto my new phone. The building was clean. Hand sanitizer was available everywhere. Every employee was wearing a mask and wore it correctly.

I understand that hours of service are changed during the current epidemic, but if you are still scheduling walk in appointments online even going as far to send text and email confirmation you are wasting people’s time. Myself and others were able to schedule appointments during working hours and were still sent confirmation for our appointments. Please don’t waste people’s time and call (customers give contact info during scheduling) to let people know their appointments will not be kept so I don’t drive the half hour to the store only to get told to call customer service.

30 plus minute wait time for the simplest of services. They treat you like an a hole, and whatever problems your having with their network, like calls cutting off randomly even with full bars, the password reset on the website straight up not working, ect are all your fault or the phone youre using. At&t has terrible customer service, and their network gets worse by the day. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Mitchell disabled the wrong line and blamed it on the system. had to deal with fixing his problem the next day only to discover he upgraded the wrong line, which he never bothered to mention, and he charged twice as much as he should have to pay off the phone and line that was being upgraded. A day later and im still dealing with his mistake. There are 6 lines off of the main account. His one error cost one person. over two hours of missed work and another missed a job interview because he disabled the wrong line. Not to worry, his mistake that has already cost me a over $500 resulted in the store manager offering me a $10 credit on my bill! Insulting.

I received awesome customer service from Haley, yesterday evening. She helped with through getting my contacts, messages, etc. moved over to my new device. It took some time (almost 40 minutes) because of the amount of data, so, I sat watching television during the transfer, but she came by from time to time to check on how things were going... and followed up once the data transfer was done. If you have all day to sit around and lounge watching TV while 3 associates stand near the door waiting for customers, then this is the place for you.If not, I suggest going elsewhere.I needed simple help with notifications, battery was dying while I was there and there was no expectation of time except for the statement..There are 7 people ahead of you.Went next door, got a smoothie, came back, waited, went let dog out for a bit, came back. Still helping same people. No sense of urgency whatsoever.Left after about 40 minutes of additional wait time.At home to call technical support now.Not happy at all.Phone is paid off.Maybe time to seek service elsewhere.

Im not sure if this is typical of every AT&T store but the Wasilla store is fantastic! Every time I go in there I walk out with a smile. It may be crowded at times but they usually get to you in a timely manner. The customer service is top notch and they usually go out of their way to help you get what you need. My last experience with a guy named Wyatt was awesome. Great store with a friendly environment. Highly recommend.

I am paying premium money for poor service. I got the BOGO deal. My free phone has shown up in the mail twice. Both time I returned because of cracks on the screen. I have had my Samsung Galaxy S10+ Terabyte for 1 month. Great phone I love it. The $60 otterbox does not gave a screen cover because the screen is supposed to be Gorilla Glass? I have a scratch on the screen already. I dont know how much more I can put up with??

Really nice store to look at great technology you feel like you’re part of the future in a way when you’re in the store. They always have the latest up-to-date new phones decent programs for each person to fit what you need whether it’s pre-paid or on a contract they gotcha they have little kiosks to make things easy.

I went into store to replace my broken iPhone and was met by attendant Kris. I could either buy new or start an insurance claim. We started a claim that would take a minimum of 24 hours. My only option was to get an iPhone 6s rose gold color. I did not want this color being a male customer. We told me to call myself and gave me the number. I called and was able to get the color I wanted. Very unhelpful and slightly rude service.

Trying to be like the Apple Store. Epic fail! Went in to buy a blackberry charger, found one within 1 minute of being in the store. Somehow no one was able to check me out. The greeters at the door just standing around. People in back standing around. I had to wait in line after people who were buying phone plans. Just swipe my card and let me buy the charger, Ill be gone in 30 seconds. Terrible system. I ended up leaving with no charger.
