Mark and his team are a good-natured bunch and are very service orientated. Their integrity is spot-on. When my project threatened to be few days late, Mark called and asked if that was OK. Who does that? I found the reason was so that he could fill an order for another customer; turned out to be a friend of mine; that had a barge shipping deadline.
