My personal disaster happened during weather. That had many homes w/ freezing issues. Dry Out had to pull people off other jobs to come take care of me. No other company c/d get to me for days.

Christina did an outstanding job taking care of us during this catastrophe. She was very responsive and professional, taking the time to explain and answer all of the questions we had.

I feel that i must say thank you many many times to this company! when my house flooded they came within one hour, they worked tirelessly for days to secure and disinfect the premises, sometimes until late at night disregarding what time of day or night it was. The boss and staff, all of them, promptly came whenever i thought i needed their presence, also during the week end. They even encouraged me when i was desperate and panicking because of the mess in my house. I must say that i have rarely met such great people, they are so nice, hardworking and professional. I must congratulate the owner for choosing such great people to represent his company. Got here quick and got right to work. Took time to explain and help us understand what and why they were using equipment and dry out strategy. Very satisfied with respect, knowledge, and professionalism of crew.

I came home to a soaked basement carpet, and immediately started humming a catchy little tune, and knew immediately who to call. I called Andy first thing the next morning and his first comment was why didnt you call me last night? Talk about service!!He came right over and got things taken care of my family and reassured us that it wasnt bad as I thought, and helped get us back on track and Dried Out.

We called Andy with dry out systems in the evening when our washing machine decided to flood our home. He was very helpful over the phone and had mentioned that he would contact us the next day, and provide a free inspection of our damage. When we tried to contact him the next day he said that he would return our call within 30 minutes. It has now been 10 hours and still no response. Im sure that this company is very good at what they do, but the failure to respond in a timely manner is frustrating. I am very understanding of a busy work load, but if that is the case I might suggest better planning and time managment.

Pat was professional and informative. He was conscious of our belongings and furniture. We appreciate the effort put forth to keep our home as dry as possible until the repairs were made and the effort put forth to dry out the floors after the repairs were complete.

I had a water loss in 2016. I called another company but they didnt answer, so I called Dry Out, they were at my door in about 35 mins. I called the insurance company and they had someone over the next day. A crew member from Dry Out and the insurance adjuster showed up at the same time the next day. The insurance denied the claim. Dry Out said it should be a covered loss, and if it werent they would dry it for free. They were honest and took care of it. When they pulled the fans out of the house, it wasnt covered yet and they were fine with it. They did inform me that it should be and I would have to fight get it covered. Also, there looked like there may be mold in the area that was wet. Sure enough there was! I listened to what Dry Out said and after a month of fighting with the insurance we were able to get it covered. I would recommend these guys to everyone!!!!!!!

Thank you, you guys are great. I had about 5 inches of water in my crawl space due to a issue with my wash machine. I made a call to Dry Out System of Alaska on a Friday morning and a few hours later Andy showed up to access the damage and had Gerald and crew out within a few hours later to start the cleanup. Very quick service and all the workers were very professional. Because of the extensive amount of water it took a little over a week to complete the work. Gerald dropped in almost every day to check the fans and de-humidifier to make sure everything was working properly. After the crawl space was dried out they installed new plastic and everything looks like new. I cant thank you near enough for all that you have done. Thumbs up to Andy, Gerald and all at Dry Out Systems of Alaska.
