Nice people and great service! Loved my nails for college graduation and got many compliments -- the salonist adapted a design of a rose to my liking. Fashion Nails and Spa is definitely my go-to nail salon :)

They are wonderful. I got the full service pedicure and dip nails with a salt scrub and warm towel wrap. GO HERE & GET PAMPERED!!!!

Susan was not very friendly and rushed the entire time. The water was already sitting and cool by the time I sat for my pedicure. Can’t speak for others, but going in for a mani/pedi should be relaxing and this was anything but. When I tried to make conversation about maybe playing some music in the salon she responded with “we don’t care”. Definitely won’t be returning.

I got a fill on the 18th, on the 20th I noticed a lot of air pockets under nails. During full, I told the lady to please make sure my nail under the acrylic is filed down because my nail always separates from acrylic. I thought she did what I asked, but I guess not. 6 out of my 10 nails are separating from the acrylic. Not happy with my results, and unfortunately I wont be going back to them.

Tony did a great job on my toes (just reg polish)and my 9 year old loved her Mani Pedi, ok place to bring your mini mes. No wait on a Saturday evening

Terrible job on my gel manicure. Polish chipping right away and weakened my nails with grinding and polish removal.

Been helped out by a few different ladies here for my pedicure, and all have done well. Massaged, smooth and clean feet.

I go here to have my nails done by Tammy. My nails always look great when she does them. Very even, not too thick and very symmetrical. I dont have a problem with lifting with the acrylic either. There are lots of different gels and rock star designs to pick from. Tammy also gives a great pedicure.

I went yesterday for the first time. It is a busy place so I made an appointment. I was there for gel polish replacement. She rushed through the process at warp speed and spent a total of 15 minutes on my nails. They looked very sloppy. I suspect they are more about volume and not so much about customer service. It seemed really dirty in the shop too. Makes me wonder if they ever disinfect anything. I won’t be going back.

My first time here was okay but then I booked Laura and I fell in love. Been getting my nails done every since from her. She’s amazing and makes you feel comfortable with conversation and the process.

Long wait.. guy that did my nails was in a hurry to leave, i felt like i was bothering him. & my nails weren’t at an even length at all. Laura was a nice girl, but i won’t go here again.

Great customer service! I Was tended to attentively and was assisted in a timely manner. Michael specifically took care all of my requests for a fill and did an amazing job on measuring the length of each nail on both hands making sure they were similar to the way other hand.... in other words, I did not have any uneven length of nails!He did not rush and took his time. I would recommend.

Beautiful atmosphere. Great people, very nice. After search for years for the right nail shop that not only does top quality work but also have good attitudes, my search us over. If you want nail shop good people, nice atmosphere and place that does top quality work your search is over.

•Low-quality nails (my nails and nail polish were chipping within 3 weeks)•Bad sanitation/hygiene (found black/green fungus under my nail when removed)• Premium price ($50) although website said $20•Didn’t clean my cuticles and do other things that my other nail salons didWhen I went to get a refund, she refused and offered to grind away the fungus until my nail was tender, brittle, and then broke.I’m overall not happy.

The red head girl did an amazing job with my deluxe pedicure. She took her times, asked questions, and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely a good spot to come for a pedi.Busy on Saturday, but friendly and professional.

I just went here for the first time and was very impressed with the quality of their service! And not only do they have great service but theyre inexpensive compared to the other shops in town. The only thing I wish they had was more options for acrylic nails like ombre and the silver dusting Ive seen at other shops. I definitely recommend this place.

Tamara just restored my trust in nail techs! I had a horrible experience a few weeks ago at another location & decided to try Fashion Nails based on reviews. I was not disappointed! Facility is clean, people are friendly & Tamara was great! Worth the drive from Kingsburg to Visalia.

I don’t know how this place has such good ratings. My experience wasn’t the best. I visited this place when I was around 7 months pregnant and in desperate need of a good pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure came in smelling like cigarettes. Didn’t remove my ingrown nail. He did literally a 2 minutes message. The polish looked so sloppy and bumpy.The place was busy and he was probably trying to rush to get to the next customer. Not okay I came in to feel relaxed and came into a stressful environment. The only reason I gave a 2 star rating was because I also got a gel manicure and it was the only good experience!

So this place sucks. My boyfriend and I came for pedicures and it was an awful experience. The gentleman doing my pedicure did very little other than polish my toes. I got gel polish and my gel is already peeling. The polish job looks rushed and amateur.Now my boyfriends experience was even more strange. The woman working on his pedicure cut and left his cuticles bleeding. She kept going on about how she was falling asleep while doing the pedicure. So unprofessional !Overall the salon was dirty and the service they provide is subpar. we both had a poor experience and will not return.

I went in with my 5 year old daughter and my aunt, 3 different people working on us and we were each happy with our experience.

Im upset, I broke a nail within 3 days. I told her I wanted them thicker and she ignored me the first time cause she kept having conversations with other people and then her client came in so another person finished my nails. So unprofessional I told them and I got a text I need to set an appointment for their mistakes later on in the week. I expected better customer service .

Will not return. The place was busy I get it but I called at 3 oclock and made an appt for 2 pedicures at 4 oclock and we sat there until 4:20 before I asked the lady how much longer it would be. She said 10 minutes and there was only one chair available... uh.. whats the point in making an appt if we have to wait AND not get our pedicures at the same time. Ridiculous. Thats just plain bad service.

Thought Id try a new place.. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. I made an appt, which was ok, only waited about 10 mins until someone was available. However ended up with a gel pedi, which I did not ask for, so of course was going to cost me more. Then when it was done, I was completely ignored after he moved on to wait on someone else. He never came back to check on me, didnt help with my flip flops or belongings - nothing. Just never came back at all. I finally decided on my own that I guess I would go up front to pay. I stood at the counter for 2-3 mins & then decided well, I guess Ill sit down. The chairs are literally 3 feet from the counter and there was a girl working on nails also right there. FACING ME. I sat.. & sat... 15 mins, then 25. At this point I had decided that apparently they didnt need my money & was seriously considering just getting up and leaving. However, I know thats just not right. After another 5 mins I finally got up and asked if ANYONE was going to tell me how much it was so I could leave. She says, oh I thought you were waiting for a ride. Well, she would have known that I wasnt, if she or anyone had EVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME standing and then sitting there for 30 mins. Worst customer service ever!
