Where to begin? Ive been here many times but wont go back. I think the worst part was when the lady (Hannah) insisted I pay her in cash. When I told her all I had was a credit card she told me to go to the ATM around the side of the building, meaning Id have to pay withdrawal fees, first of all. I told her its a credit card and doesnt have cash withdrawal. She made me take it out and show her!I dont know how this facility works. If the people rent the space or if theyre hourly employees. However, having someone insist I pay cash and then watch as they stuff all the money theyd received from customers (Im not talking about tips, it was everything for the full price of the services) into theyre purse makes it seem super shady. At the very least, its an attempt at tax evasive and at the worst its both that and stealing from your employer.On top of that, they were so rushed to get me out that she didnt perform the whole of the services I paid for. I got the $40 pedi which is supposed to come with a massage. She rubbed oil on me, literally smacked my legs a couple of times, and had me wash off. It also comes with callus removal. Her version was to take a metal grater to my feet without any of the callus removing gel. She scrubbed on them for so long it ended up causing my calluses to split open and now I have these huge craters in my skin.I wont return.

I went for pedicure and the guy who performed service was highly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.He refused to use equipment which is present in the salon and citing that it will risk him a fine of 10000$, however it was present in another customers cart. I always gets the pedicure with that particular scrubber and has never had any issues and always gets it done at this salon.He then started to bring up politics and covid vaccine topics imposing his opinions on me even though I was least interested in participating in this conversation!Overall, it was a terrible experience and would hope that workers at this place learn to provide better customer care!!

Anna gave me the best detailed and caring pedicure I’ve ever had. Was absolutely amazing! I had Gina at the same time working on my nail removal with manicure . So nice , talkative, and relaxing ! Hands down best service I’ve ever had and to top it off they are very affordable too! Thanks ladies !

I get acrylic toes, every single time I do they judge me and almost question me why I’m getting them. And embarrass me. Rush and just don’t give a sh!t. Came back three times cause I was able to get in and that’s my own fault. But if I’m going to pay for what I want what’s the problem?

I love to go here. My nails stayed on for 3 months, I just had to shorten them. I am so glad I was able to get my nails done last Saturday. I was comfortable and felt safe every one was wearing a mask. Im hoping they will be able to reopen soon.

Worst place EVER! So dirty and they use same gloves all they do is flip them over. Also they do not sterilize any of their nail clippers or anything. Definitely do not recommend this dirty place...

Went on a Saturday to get a set put on. The next day 2 fell off clean while I was doing the dishes. Today all but 2 are on. I will never get the gel again. Worst experience. Do not recommend. Wasted money. I wish I could have a refund.

HORRIBLE! My mom and I came in for simple manicure and our nails looked worse than before! I’d love to post a picture but I don’t know how. Jagged nails, polish that didn’t cover the entire nail, scratchy nail bed due to the haphazard way she “buffed” them...the list goes on...

If i could rate a zero i would. Didnt get what i wanted. I always get gel nails and filled down for almond shape. But she said she couldnt do it cuz it my natural nail . she filled the top which made my nail kinda square. funny looking square with sharp edges. Never going back to that place just stopped cuz close to my moms house. Rather stay on my side of town.

I love this place. I came here to get my nails done before my wedding, then again as a bridesmaid for my sisters wedding. Both times, the service was excellent. They have a large selection of colours - regular and gel. They do manis, pedis and waxing, all for a very good price. I highly recommend coming here for an affordable experience.

The older/ more experienced employees do much better than the younger/ less experienced staff. The younger staff rush, skip parts and are just trying to get it done. Then you still have to pay full price, for poor quality and little effort. Which really sucks because it takes away from the staff that actually do a great job. I cant even recommend this place now because no telling what kind of service you will get for the amount they charge. Got a basic pedi ( nails clipped, feet soaked in water, polish) for 20 with a gel polish which cost me an extra 15? Soo.. 35 bucks for a horrible pedicure. Very disappointed.

Honestly horrible. I never review but I cant believe the service or prices they charged me. The wait was so long, they started my daughter before me so leaving wasnt an option.My daughter (5yrs old) got a pedicure. While I got acrylic put on my real nails. While I was at my station the lady asked my daughter if she wanted flowers but never asked me.. the guy who did my nails shorted my real nails a whole bunch and then left them very bulky and thick very uneven. They charged me $30 for my full set and $10 for my daughters pedicure plus an additional $5 for the flowers. $30 for some acrylic is crazy!! Not asking the Adult for permission to add ons that cost money is ridiculous!!! I paid before examining my nails and was shocked at the flower was was okay with it because I hadnt seen the full extent of my own nails. First and last time. Would never recommend!

I usually have a good experience if I have Ann today she was really busy so had someone else never took any callus off was to focused on eveything else. Asked her to not use Clippers to cut callus off she did it 3 different times. Learned my lesson

I have been going to this place for years and they never disappoint. Michelle is my favorite, she always takes her time and is also very nice.

The worker told me I was “too young” to get my nails the certain length I wanted them. This was a couple months ago but I’m just now writing a review. Very unprofessional and just overall rude. they also charge for length of nail which is ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend.

Ive had numerous pedicures and the one I got here was by far the worst one. The nail technician did a terrible job and a couple of times I had to tell her what she needed to do. My fault for going to a place that I wasnt familiar with. I looked at the reviews after I was halfway through🤬

My daughter got a gel manicure for her birthday yesterday and already half of the gel polish fell off her nails. I will never be going back!

This place sucked got a mani n pedi by a guy who literally just scrubbed my foot for a second and did my nails . he cut my hands TWICE and ignored me and made my nails to short be cause it was almost seven and he wanted to leave.to top it off he argued about the price and was so rude about it ,the lady gave me ten dollars off tho.NEVER GET NAILS FROM THE GUY WTH LONG HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Went to get my nails filled she did them way too short and I wanted them longer then she cut me in three different places once with the drill twice with the file and then she yelled at me because she thought I was going to mess my nails up when I put them closer to the fan when they were drying will never ever go back they were very unfriendly and rude also got mad because I wanted to clean file because she was trying to use the files that she had used on the person before me if code enforcement goes in they will Fine

I went in and I was getting my nails done she speed through them I guess she was in a hurry because she had a Client that was coming in if she didn’t have time she should of never asked to help me if she didn’t have the time while doing my nails she cut me left glue on the back of my nails she didn’t even cover my whole nail she really did a bad job and it was really bad service
