Took my mother n law to get her nails painted. The female worker was extremely pushy and rude. If they were busy I would be more understanding but she wasnt.

I’m from out of town and i came to this place to get my nail service BIG MISTAKE I should of just kept what I had. I asked for an Almond shape nail he gave me a round deformed shape it was no where near almond. He kept telling me it was almond shape so I showed him a picture and told him my nails do not look like the picture.

No scrub or massage , did not cut back cuticles. Was specific about clear polish, got a nasty pink globbed on my fingers.Waste of time and money.!!!

I kept asking for round and did not get round! They push you constantly to get things and I was asked right away if I wanted a pedicure I asked how much I was told $25 I said no I better wait then the guy grabbed the color I liked and said come on we will paint your toes the same color I said ok it probably look good. All they did was paint them and charged $25 for a polish how insane!! Then I got a manicure and asked for Rounded off nails I got a bunch of different ended nails sooo disappointing and you can see the nails through the sun ugh just awful!!! Not worth $65!!! I need somewhere to fix them now!:(

Lady who did my nails is very polite and very understanding. Will go again to get my nails filled in 2 weeks.

My daughters both went to get their nails done. I had dropped them off. When I picked them up I was so disappointed. One had a pedicure the other got a full set. My daughters manicure was horrible. Glue all around her fingers and her nails were all crooked. My other daughters feet looked like a 3 year old painted her toe nails. They told her it would be $28.00 then charged her $40.00. My daughter was told $28.00 and the guy said he used gel that it was $40.00. My daughter never told him to use gel. I went in and complained about both. This place is a joke. The lady said for them to come back and she would fix the issue. I told her if they couldnt do it right the first time, why would I have them go back. Do not go there. Spend your money somewhere else.

Worst place to go get a pedi or a manicure payed 90 for a gel set manicure and pedicure my jell paint started coming off the same day not even 5 minutes later from walking out I’m very upset and my toes look like a 5 year old did my pedicure never again will I go there !!

Alright so I got my nails done here and I’m NEVER coming back. The elder man I got was not gentle with my hand and was rough and also on top of that the result was not even good. It was a tad lumpy and weird looking. The worst nails I’ve gotten and my cousin didn’t like her nails either because they were lumpy ( done my an elder lady there). I DO NOT recommend coming here!!

Not as nice as expected for price.

I’ve been there multiple times each time explaining and showing pictures of what I would like and shape and not once has it came close to it , my last experience was so rushed an poorly done. I do not recommend this place what so ever. The workers are very unprofessional an rude

Not a placeIll be going back tooo😡 the worst service.Not friendly. I wanted a full set ; this was my third time their I went there only because its down the street from my home and I really like the OWNER shes great but her employees Lazy..& dirty one of them dared to argue with me about something that I was paying for.left me waiting with my nails halfway done and then by the next day my nails are broken because everything that they use powder nails was all old. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I visited another nail salon first. They told me a 10 minute wait but after 30 minutes I walked out.This was my first visit to Blooming Nails. I got right in and was very pleased. He took his time shaping my nails without any sensitivity to the nail bed. He also did artwork from a video I showed him. It was perfect! This Is the place to go ladies.

Im having a difficult time finding a great and affordable nail salon in Visalia. I like the service but it bugs me that cuticle trimming isnt done here when doing gel or powder gel manicures. They dont even provide a decent hand massage.

This place is terrible!!! I asked how long the wait would be for a manicure/pedicure. They told me 15 minutes....its not 40 minutes later. No one has said a word to me, one lady took on a wax and another lady took on a new client for a full set. Im ready to leave. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Just experienced the worst pedicure of my life, courtesy of Blooming Nails & Spa. Lets start from the top, there were four people working today and only one client when my mother and I got there. There was one woman working who had her toddler with her. I tried to be patient because having a job and child can be difficult and maybe a sitter fell through, just bad luck. The tub water was cold, the chairs are uncomfortable, and theres a child yelling. Not the most relaxing thing, but I decided to carry on even though my gut was telling me to get the hell out of that place. The mother was doing my nails, she had no idea what she was doing, the whole process was extremely uncomfortable. Her son was chewing on the block that was supposed to rub my foot. My moms nails werent even filed. All I heard for an hour straight was the workers talking, no music or tv, the workers would stop doing out nails so they could talk. Once I had finished I had sat down by the door and two women just stared at me... so uncomfortable. Okay, worst of all the overcharged my mom and I so they could get a tip..........................WHAT. We were charged 22 for a pedicure and 13 dollars for gel. This whole place is just twisted. Its a failing business, the workers arent good at their craft and Ive never wished for a business to be closed down but I hope this place does soon. If you would like to experience the worst time of your life then visit this place!

Got a pedicure and she didnt even scrub my feet hard enough to even remove dry skin. Then she finished said sit there and went to another customer. She didnt even paint my nails good. The sides didnt have polish. She can back and did another coat. But still no one used a dryer on my toes. I left with wet toes. Absolutely ridiculous place. Never had a place not dry my toes. Do not recommended young lady.

I heard great stuff went in and the lady was rude you can’t even understand them and they get upset when you ask them too repeat themselves. The lady cut me and just laughed then she was talking bad about my sweater. Don’t recommend and they also cut my friend. Terrible customer service

I got a nasty rash after a back wax please go elsewhere and the lady burned me and wouldnt listen when I told her the wax was too hot plus she missed some areas. This place needs to be inspected.

They used the same tools for everyone and didn’t sanitize them and didn’t even sanitize the bath for your pedicure wouldn’t recommend at all for nail (pedicure or manicure).

Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE!

If I could, I would have gave this place a -10 they are the rudest people I have had the misfortune to meet, they talk about you in their language so that you cant understand them, and if they hurt you and they always do and you say anything its twice as bad from then on or they just tell you to find somewhere else to go so I did, and they charge for every little thing by the time they are done you will pay a fortune.

Terrible result, the man took great pains and lasted a long time to get my nails done but the end did not turn out pretty, I did not like also page in total $ 42 dollars I raised 5 dollars to the price they had given me at the beginning, then I had to pay $ 20 dollars why theyll fix me somewhere elseI will not return
