My wife went in there to get her ombré acrylic nails done, old man did her nails super roughly. Throwing utensils as if he was throwing a tantrum. Was angry at her for looking at her nails. They came out super lumpy with bumps all over them. Will not ever be going back. So unprofessional and rude! Do not recommend.

They took my mom & I like 20 minutes before they closed. They did a good job. I also got my eyebrows waxed and I love the results

The men was rude, like if he didnt like his job and he didnt la ai attention to what he was doing, bad service

I love the owners of this shop. They are husband and wife and I’ve been going to them for years. I’ve actually become good friends with them. Cindy usually always does my nails. She can do lots of good designs and bling. And if you don’t like something, just tell them and they will fix it with no problem or bad attitude. Everyone is very friendly and nice. They even let me come in to get serviced and pay later. But only because they trust me as a long time customer. These are good people. I love them and will continue to go there.

The staff here is very amazing!🥇😁My fiance💍, mother, and sister got full sets done. This was for my wedding this week and they done an amazing job! Pricing was great👌🏼. My mother got her fingers and feet done and the lady who did her nails had a great conversation and gave her a ring as a gift. 💅🏽💣💖

I will never go back to this place again I went to take my nails off today and I had fungus grown on 6 of my nails I never had this happen to me before idk what to do about my nails now I’m just so disappointed with this nail place they obviously do not clean there thing well like really ppl!!!

Went and had my nails done yesterday. I was not sure what I wanted done, so Lynn discussed my options, very helpful. I chose to do Gel Nails instead of fake nails, Lynn did a wonderful job.

DO NOT GO! THEY RIPPED ME OFF! I PAID WITH CARD AND THEY CHARGED ME 25 DOLLARS MORE ! I DIDNT SEE THIS UNTIL I GOT MY BILLING STATEMENT! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE AMOUNT BEFORE SIGNING BECAUSE CINDY WILL SAY YOU ARE WRONG. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY PERSON. SHE DENIED EVERYTHING.

I told them I wanted my nails similar to the photo and had agreed too. But as the person started doing my nails and I has shown them the photo several times and replied okay will do it that way but failed to do so. Towards the end it was different outcome. But ehh the work on the nails was good.

Gel nails lasted a whole month!With my job, constant washing hands,that was a pleasant surprise.Nail tech was great.The facility needs a face lift.

I feel that I need to let you ladies know about the experience I just had at the lovely nails salon on Mooney in the walmart shopping center, I called to check the price of a fill and also told them that I had glitter tips and that I would also like to change the color of the tips I was told that it would be $14.00. To start off, he wanted to take off the set I already had on and put a new set on when I told him that I wanted to get just a fill he got rather upset, he was very rough and he kept burning me with the drill, ever time I told him that he was hurting me all he would say is I told you it would have been easier with a new set. After all of that and he was finally done he charged me 40.00 that was more then a new full set, when I told him that he was way to high and he had quoted me a price of 14.00, he then told me that was for just a little fill in the back and if he had to drill the whole nail and take off the color on the tips that he charged for a new set, and that he charged me for the gel topcoat which I was told was included on the price of the fill. Ladies before you go there and get your nails done by these rip off artists you should make them give you something in writing with what the price is going to be before hand. There are a lot of nail salons in Visalia my advice is to go to one of them and not to lovely nails and spa. Thank you very much and good luck to all of you.

I only got gel polish and they charged me $17! Then the lady talk to the guy that works there and came out telling me I owe them $10 dollars!! For gel polish! And to make it worst my nails didn’t look great. They look horrible !! Worst place I’ve ever been too. They tried to steal money by doing this so if u decide to get your nails done here please ask for the prize first. I wish I had. Smh.

Not happy with the service i received the last two times I have gone in. The first time the gentleman who did my nails did my nails all different lengths... I thought Id try it again with a different person this time around for the benefit of the doubt and nope i was wrong. The lady was super sweet and super talkative but sadly her work is just not very good. My nails are super bumpy and she even put gel over a lint and now there is bump. My nails look so very amateur. I should have figured when both times i have gone that there is never anyone in there.Sadly I will not be a returning customer. Very nice people who work there but their skills are just not good.

I called for pricing. When I arrived the price went up. When I was done the price went up again. The service was not worth any increase. Polish was mediocre. Over all not a place to go, will never go back

My sister and I went in and got gel polish. They said it was going to be 32 in total so my sister paid and she waited while the lady finished up on my nails. So then I finished but then the lady said it was going to be 34 because my sister got a manicure so the guy added wrong but the lady said 17 and 17 but then the lady went in the back and talked to the guy, she came back and said it was going to be 42 and that we owed her 10 dollars more ! DONT GO they raise the price more and more

I asked for a manicure and the lady left my nails crooked and the nail polish was all over my skin and they’re very clumpy. She didn’t take her time either, it was less than 5 minutes.

Worst experience ever. Save your money and go somewhere else.

These people are rude and try to charge you for changing the shape of your nails. Who the hell does that. The front window says 19.99 but they tried to charge me 41 dollars. Super crappy nail work , not worth it.
