Legally sold a vehicle in March, reported it as sold to the DMV in May, and because they couldnt auction the car, they are trying to come after me for the balance. Again, rude as usual. I dont owe you a dime, and youll never see a some from me. I was not legally obligated to that car the day I sold it. Regardless of when or if the other person ever registered it, regardless of when the sale was reported. Might want to check with DMV for the name and address it was sold to, and when, and go after them. Im not doing your job by giving you that information since you have now been rude to me multiple times over a car I have no legal obligation to. Have fun with that hunk of scrap.

Mothers Day. Right front walked out of the ball joint. Guy was really good to the car, 1998 but treated it like a new car. Did no damage getting it up on the back of his truck- I was sweating it. Thanks again and dont take it personally that I hope we never need one again but if we do well give you a call.....

We called to get my car towed from mid Portland back to Vancouver. They got there within 45 min and were very helpful. He got my car hooked up nice without much trouble. We had left earlier than he did but somehow he got to the mechanics before us so we didnt have to wait. The price was better than any other towing company Ive used/ called.

The tow truck driver was amazing and gave me the most information about my vehicle I had heard all week from anyone when I went to clean out what was left of my car.

Costumer service was well. They let me do what I needed to and let me know the condition my 🚙 was in before arriving. I appreciated that a lot.

It is wildly irresponsible for Clark county to rely on this company.I was pulled over and charged with a DUI (found not guilty btw) the next day was the Sunday before labor day and my charge to reaffirm my car was increased because its a holiday weekendOkay I guess sure. We were told to show up sometime in a 45 minute window. Not only did I write this down but I made the call on speaker and the two people in the room were listening. We show up in the window and when we show up nobody is around. call them a few times because apparently they cant be bothered to answer the phone (holiday weekend, right?) And when this lady finally answers she tells me that I was supposed to show up at a specific time and now they are adding an extra $100 for not showing up to my scheduled appointmentHer advice? WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULDNT DRIVE DRUNK (oh by the way Id like to thank the police for illegally disclosing the arrest info to a civilian. Washington is a real staple of morality)Couldnt agree more. Again, not guilty.I can sympathize with thanklessly running a business that likely deals primarily with hungover, irritated people. But if you read through the comments its pretty clear they think they have the right to judge the people that are forced to deal with their business.Heres some free advice; if your life is so damn miserable that you resort to extortion to afford yourself something resembling a position of power I suggest moving to Florida or perhaps a third world country.Like I said when you gave me my keys back, have a nice day.

Good service after an accident. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Their storage fees are insane! But not out of line with any other tow place. They were prompt to respond when I needed the car towed from their lot to my house and that price was reasonable.

Add a walkthrough 3 of mud to get my personal stuff out of my car and a lady at the customer service thing was very rude. In Slippedin the mud...

Fail. They did not honor a 10 a.m. appointment scheduled the night before as also indicated in other reviews. The excuse they gave was 2 drivers were sent out to an accident and would be 35 minutes late. This put a kink in other arrangements made with the repair shop and still showing up to work on time. Thats why I called to schedule in advance. They should only have sent 1 driver to the accident and kept one so as to not renege on a scheduled appointment. Custom Towing on the other hand came through last minute at a time when Langleys failed.

DO NOT give these heartless people your money. First there is NO COVID regulations. My sister was in a traumatic accident and had her car (which was totaled) towed here. They had the right to the title and were keeping the car. Obviously there is no way for a hospital patient to pick up their car but she was charged $700 which then turned to $2000, they also guilted her for not getting it sooner, as of there was anything she can do. Anyway karma will get this company that takes advantage of people in hard times, trust me these people are just con artists.

They went out to the car to get my garage door opener for me. They said it was a tight spot and pouring rain. Above and beyond care when they didnt have to do it.Thank you!

Arrived with friend to help move stuff from their car (that was totaled in an accident ). Attendant had an abrasive personality and was extremely rude.

THE worst service I have EVER received from a tow company, paid 267$ for my car (totaled) to be driven down the street to my house, it was then dropped on the side of my drive way but was left hanging out too far (on the way to ER). For a week we tried to work around it but for 3 cars to get in and out of the garage safely (we live right off a busy street) it wasnt possible. Called and spoke to the manager Sandie who right off the bat started with an attitude and hostility, said it would be an additional 40$ fee for their negligence. Ended in her yelling at me IM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU and hanging up.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. SAVE YOUR 267.10$ FOR SOMEONE ELSE

They are human here.... in other words they treat you with respect when theyre respectfully treated..... Ive seen them go out of their way for people and it cost them money.... I dont hand out 5 Stars easy!

They stole my car. Clark sheriff put notice on my car due to a call in from a woman beast named Connie Colby who lives nowhere near this neighborhood. Sheriff tagged it. Car was moved 3 blocks away and tag pulled. They still towed it. Whoever answered the phone and told me they can send me to collection for fees for a legally parked car in a neighborhood. Im filing a police report and better biz bureau. Oregon plates Oregon address. Obviously not abandoned. Civil suit in place. Dicks

Absolutely amazing group of people. Friendly, understanding and above all helpful!!! After our car accident Josh at Langleys was on the scene. He was not only compassionate but went way above the call of duty climbing into the car and pulling out our grocery bags. He treated our family like his own. When we needed to go release the vehicle for the insurance company the on-site staff was equally helpful. They were quick and efficient!! They took the time to answer a few questions that werent even related to their job. I cannot stress enough what a great group on people this is. They saw us on one of our worst days and helped make it easier.

My driver was Zack. He had excellent customer service. And his knowledge even better. Thank you for taking great care of my baby.😄

Your employees recorded us, called us names, and threatened us. I felt scared for my life. I have worked in customer service for seven years and I have always been trained to descalate any situation. You may want to review some aspects of your company.

May you never have the headache of sealing with these scam artists. I was quoted 3 different prices. It really felt like they were intentionally being shifty to scam me out of my car. The lady was also extremely rude and venomous. Horrible experience with this unprofessional company.

Got a letter in the mail saying our car has been impounded. It was impounded and they knew that they could not come after us for the bill because it said change of ownership but no owner reported. They tried to tell us over and over that they would take us to collections and that they could not release the car after hours. After calling Washington State Police and that was a lie. They said they can release a car anytime of the day and that there would just be an after hour fees...

Terrible service. I believe time is money and money is time. I had my vehicle set to be picked up a week in advance and the day comes and I call and the lady says that she will have the driver call me when they are on the way. Well I called at 915am and they did not pick my vehicle up until a quarter toll 2pm. I work nights and was expecting them to be there considering they were made aware and told me that it would be picked up after 9am. I never received a call that my vehicle made it to where it was going or to even let me know that it was going to be hours before the actual pick up. Very disappointed in their service and would not recommend them to others. I would rather pay a little more than wait and not be in the know with my vehicle or not having communication.

My buddys car got stolen and it ended up here. It was almost $800 to get it out. Kinda felt like bending over and taking it. The guy that worked there was actually really nice, but they got the better end of a crappy situation too.

Delivered my car. Driver tilted his bed to drop my car. Chain stuck under my oil pan and punctured it. They will except no responsibility. Horribly underhanded company. Typical low life tow company. Below review is fake as all get out.
