They won’t give a rate unless they know the exact model car they’re towing. It’s not enough to know it’s a sedan or an SUV, etc. The only reason that could be is for them to charge more if you’re driving a nicer car. That pricing model makes no sense and the employee tried making it seem like it’s standard. Spoiler: it isn’t

Last night on February 22, 2021 I was rear ended on SR 500 as I was standing on the side of the road I typed in on Google tow services near me and a few different people popped up I tried calling the very top one and I struck out three people in the row. As soon as I got to PA towing he was the first one to answer the phone. Absolutely amazing service really fast and reliable. As soon as I asked him for a tow he told me okay I’ll be there in a few minutes. Absolutely no joke he was literally there within a couple minutes. Super friendly hooked straight up to my car and we were on our way. By far one of the best towing companies I have ever encountered. My husband, 2 year old and I were stuck on a busy off ramp for 4 hours dealing with a different tow company who kept telling us different times and adding more charges. I canceled with them after they kept us waiting and called PA towing, they were amazing! They immediately told me they would be there in 15 minutes and it would be $100, the other company was going to charge me $250. PA’s was so quick and let us head to the mechanic shop right as he got there and helped us get back into the road. He told us not to worry about payment until later. Seriously best service! If you need to be towed call PA towing I can’t say enough how much they saved us on time and money!!

Yes, I am the kind of customer that do not give or post reviews, but this time I believe it is absolutely necessary to share my review of PA Towing, but please bear with me as I explain the reason why I give a full 5 stars review.Heat breaking record at 116 Degrees on Monday 28-Jun-2021 , stranded at the departures terminal of the Portland airport with a SUV that got stuck in parking and refused to start. I called my insurance, called multiple towing companies just to hear they were too busy or simply not to answer at all.Luckily PA Towing was one of the few companies that answered me, they gave me a extremely reasonable quote (compared with the very few others that I received) and told it would take a little long for they to come as there were too many other cars stranded and their list was too long. Pabo (maybe I have the wrong spelling here) was extremely honest and told me to keep trying to get another tow company while he was helping other cars, but he promised to call me once he was done with the other cars he had already committed to serve.Another tow truck sent by my insurance came after two hours in miserable heat just to tell me I needed a wheel lift tow truck and they were... useless!!!.Pabo called me again as he had promised, right after the other truck had left and after hearing my explanation that I needed a wheel lift tow, he just laughed and promised me to be at the airport in 20 minutes.He came after 15 minutes and in a matter of seconds was able to load my SUV on his flatbed tow!!! My misery and the misery of all the other cars behind my truck at the busy airport was over.I have never had the need of a two company, but from now on I know where to go.Thank you Pabo and thank you PA Towing for the extremely friendly, honest, experienced and inexpensive service. After searching for a tow service, we decided to hire PA Towing to tow our pick up truck about 9 miles to a repair shop on Vancouver. Best decision ever! He loaded the pick up onto the flatbed without any glitches. They were prompt, friendly, and actually made it an awesome experience. My wife and I recently acquired a used Mercedes SL500 which became stuck in park shortly after purchase. The car was un-drivable and needed to be towed to a nearby shop for repair. I gave them 5 stars because that is all I could give them, I would give them 10 stars if I could!! This company is awesome!! My car died on the way home from work at 4:30pm. Every light on the dash that could possibly come on came on and then the car just died in a Fred Meyer parking lot. I needed to get it to the repair shop by 5:30 before they closed. I called PA towing and they were pulling into the Fred Meyer parking lot 5 min later!!!! I was in full-on melt down mode when the driver got there because a number of things had gone wrong this day and this was just the final straw. The driver was kind and patient and got my car on the tow truck in no time! He ended up getting my car to the shop at 5:10!! The driver was very professional and service was suprisingly afordable. If you need a tow I highly recommend PA towing!

So a car I was driving spun a bearing and this happened to be the number I called after googling towing. Car got picked up 15 min after the call and got delivered to the address requested. Operator was extremely professional and skilled/quick loading up the vehicle. His equipment is top notch and his truck is show quality! Best towing experience I ever had, and the rate was extremely reasonable. This happened at at odd time on Sunday and honestly expected to sit and wait for a while but the truck showed up so quick! this man means business and I’m sure you will not be disappointed!

We used PA Towing for a high end car tow at midnight. Pavel, the owner of the company, was quick to respond and made in to us in under 20 minutes. Pavel took his time to load the car and not cause any extra damage, also keeping his pricing even though I’m sure it took him longer than he intended. I text him the next morning to have the car brought to the shop not only did he respond within a minute but was at my house within 30 minutes. Upon bringing my car to the mechanic they turned him away and directed him to a body shop. He took my car to the suggested body shop and handled everything. He showed nothing but professionalism and care for my car. I will continue to call him back for my towing needs.

My car suddenly wouldnt shift out of park as I was in the middle of a lane in a parking lot! I was literally stuck and couldnt get into neutral to move it. PA towing was quick, polite and profession. Easy tow from I-205 Fred Meyers to rural La Center. My neighbor and I pushed the car backwards out of the parking spot and helped load onto flatbed. At destination unloaded off flatbed. Was quoted on the phone $115 total for a daytime, weekday tow paid in cash and once unloaded at the destination was re-quoted $150 cash. That kind of BS for that price the tow company should have loaded and unloaded all by themselves. HOOK and CROOK! Screenshot of call log added in response to claim that no service was given on September 2nd, 2020 approximately 1300 hours. I must add that nobody was rude or unfriendly from the tow company and the service was close to appointment time. Thus, I only dinged the star rating for the alternate price issue in my case and not the overall business practices. Will just need to record verbal or written agreements moving forward to keep everyone honest. There is no financial recourse as I paid cash and did not record the service call and just had to pay it to get the tow truck off my property instead of argue the matter. Moving on...just sweeping it under the rug... Stay healthy everyone.

I called 3 other places first and they were all busy. I started to call PAs but realized I need to look up an address first so I hung up after the first ring. The driver immediately called me back. He was very professional, polite, and provided quick service. I felt like he wanted my business and cared about my safety. He got my car safely off of the side of Hwy 14 and to the shop. Ive had some bad experiences with other towing companies before but PAs really impressed me!

The battery on my small business’ van had died so we had to either tow it or get it jumped, and Pavel was able to get it jumped and moved no problem! He was very kind and honestly super hilarious. Will definitely call them again!

My brother had a non-working vehicle that we were already going to have to tow. So when we were calling around for quotes it became apparent how expensive it was going to get. We had called several other towing companies as we went down the list, no trucks available, it will be 3 hour wait, etc. Then we called PA Towing, he was at our car in 20 minutes. He was so professional and kind and knew what he was doing as our car was in a precarious position. He ended up having to tow to our home. We were happily surprised how much everything cost too, thinking we would be paying extra for weekend, in middle of night prices. Pave was a bright light at the end of a very bad night, thank you so much!!!

This man saved my a$$ while on the freeway with a newly purchased 2000 lb cnc teetering on its side in my trailer and rain clouds approaching, my stress level was astounding . He shows up and my problems disappeared with a very reasonable price (I even tipped him I was so thrilled with his service),had another guy come out before him who got it up on its feet (140$) but felt afraid to tow it.This is who you want to call if you are in a pinch and I suggest saving PA Towing in your contacts.
