Fastest and most professional tow truck service in Vancouver, WA. The dispatcher was very helpful and nice. The driver was prompt and polite. It can be a bit scary on the side of the road at night so it was a relief to have a towing company that cares just as much about the customer as they do for getting the job done right. These guys are courteous professionals! Living in Vancouver for four years I had yet to find a towing company I trusted, until these guys helped me out! I thought I needed a jump start so I called them to come out. The owner actually came to jump start me and when it was clear I would need a tow, he set up a tow for me and did not charge for the jump. The tow was definitely reasonably priced. I was really pleased with the kindness and professionalism of both Steve and the driver who ended up towing my car. Thank you so much! Hopefully I wont need to use their services in the future, but if I do, I will be calling this company!

I had an employees work truck break down on I-5 at about 9pm last night and was thinking it would cost me a lot to get it towed to a mechanic. I called All County and they answered right away, quoted a price far less than I expected and had a tow truck on site within about 40 minutes. The driver was very nice and everything went smoothly. These guys are definitely my preferred towing service in the future for my business!

Perhaps the longest tow of our driver Chriss 15 year experience... Our car broke down just outside of Vancouver, WA. My friend and I were pretty much stranded and in need to getting not only ourselves, but my car, back to Issaquah, 18 miles east of Seattle. My husband wasnt too thrilled with not knowing who was driving his wife and friend back home. Chris was awesome. He arrived on schedule and efficiently went to work putting the car on the flatbed. I watched carefully as he worked around a gas truck filling up the tanks at the station within a few feet of where we were stranded. Our Z-3 BMW has a very low frame and Chris took care to use extra boards so the car didnt scrape front or rear. He cleaned out a few things from the cab giving us extra legroom. When I was concerned that my phone was below 10% battery power and I needed to stay in touch with my husband Chris offered to let me plug it in and recharge on the drive up.Our experience was perhaps different in others in that we then spent the next three plus hours in the cab with Chris. Hes such a nice and decent guy. Great sense of humor. Added some insight on what likely happened to the car that we could pass along to our mechanic (things hed seen in his years of towing experience). He was patient with us and the length of the trip (over 160+ miles), even though he knew hed not get home until well after 1 or 2 a.m. Chris joined in on our conversations, adding his own views and humor too. Plus a few stories that kept us entertained. He obviously loves what he does for a living and we were all the more lucky for that.We both felt quite safe in Chriss able hands. He unloaded the car at our mechanics. We said our good byes and wished him a safe drive home to his wife. He was kind, professional, helpful and skilled at his job. Id highly recommend All County Auto Towing. Consider yourself lucky if Chris is behind the wheel! - Julie O

I called them up tonight and..- They arrived within 20 minutes- The locksmith Mark was extremely helpful, quick, and friendly- Excellent customer service/Very professionalI will definitely continue to use this companys services as well as recommend them to any friends in need. I had to get my car towed to a mechanic today, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I usually dont recommend businesses, but I felt like the service was so good that I had to give them a 5 star rating online so other people can have equally positive experiences!

I moved to Portland from Texas in November. Not knowing anyone or any businesses here I randomly picked All County Towing to unload my $40,000 matco toolbox out of the moving truck. Im sure you guys remember( big yellow matco box). Im lucky they are who I called. They took their time and were very careful unloading the toolbox. You cant go wrong with these guys. Thank you.

They werent able to help in person but made arrangements to get me help very quickly by another company and to me thats better then not being able to serve

I was broke down on the side of the road on I-5 in Vancouver and when I called All County towing the owner answered immediately and was very prompt in showing up and getting me and my car off the road and on the way home and his rate was waaay better than anyone else in the area for towing sercives!
