He was calm, pleasant, reliable that he quickly assess the issue and found a way to get it resolved to tow. So smooth. Recommend with 6 stars.

My family was locked out of our rental car at a pull-off overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge last month. We were waiting on AAA to come and unlock the doors when I struck up a conversation with one of your drivers, Danny. He had stopped a moment to enjoy the view after delivering a vehicle from Washington. He was so kind to get his tools from the truck and after a few minutes, was able to grab the keys lying near the console and pull them out of the small space he had made.He did not charge us and I only had a $20 bill (we rarely have cash) but I gave it to him with thanks for making our day. Ive been using Asap Towings services for about two years and my experiences with their services have left me totally satisfied and confident that my car was in competent hands. My car is old and has had many problems since I got it two years ago, and Ive even been stranded more than once because it broke down while I was out doing things. Where do I start, could I give them 0 stars? They never showed up, never contacted us, and when I tried to call them, it went to voicemail OVER and OVER again. No clue how they have 4.6 stars, considering I read many other reviews echoing the same issue. AAA couldn’t even reach them and had to dispatch another service. Jesse’s Recovery showed up ahead of schedule and helped quickly. I would never recommend ASAP to anyone or count on them myself when I’m in a bind.

I was in hood river when the tire blew on my BMW i took it too les schwab they couldnt do anything since they are run flat tires. So i called bmw they dispatched ASAP, Nick got there super quick and was super friendly. Then when uber couldnt get me a driver back to portland he asked if i needed a ride. Called these guys late night after finding are car tht had been stolen weeks prior when nobody else would show up they gave me a timeline of when the could arrive and the driver kept me informed up until arrival towed car home extremely happy with the professionalism of the driver definitely my go to if I need a tow in the future hopefully on better terms tho.

Lets start with the negative - the only negative was that they ended up being an hour later than their original ETA. I get it sometimes stuff happens, but I do wish that they had contacted me to advise that they were running behind.On the positive side - when I called them to check the status, their dispatcher sounded genuinely concerned that the driver hadnt called us yet to let us know when he was going to be there. She told me she was going to text him to have him give an update. Not even 2 minutes later the driver called me, informing me he was almost there, and should be there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in 10. Once he got there he was friendly, polite, and professional. He was also extremely efficient, having my truck up on the flatbed in minutes.Other than the delay, I couldnt have asked for a better experience with this company.

I left a light on in my car so my battery died called insurance and Nick showed up was very polite and jumped my car for me.

I was lied to repeatedly - we’ll be there in 10 minutes, then; our driver is stuck on the 1-5 bridge, then; traffic approaching the I-5 bridge is at a dead stop (even though Google maps showed green); then, they simply dropped the job after I waited 2-1/2 hours. Just tell customers the truth. Good business is that simple.

Great communication and on time! Lance towed my car without a scratch. My car was particularly a bad situation because it was six stories up in a high-rise parking garage. Lance and Boris came out with special equipment and were able to get my vehicle out of the garage and safely load it onto a flatbed.

I called because they advertise 30 minutes in Vancouver and it took over 2 hours to get there I called twice in between and was told 20 more minutes twice. I’m fine with waiting and understand some delays but 2 hours compared to 30 minutes is just poor service and horrible planning/ dispatching. 0/10 would not recommend

Dont trust these people, or at least never give you full responsibility for your vehicle. they only think about them. The will charge a crazy amount of money to your car insurance, they will not pick the phone and also will delay all your process.

After 6 long hours of loading a 20 U-Haul truck, then driving 23 miles from Oregon to Washington, I miscalculated a turnaround about a mile from my destination, and ended up with the back 2 tires off the payment & stuck in a steep ditch. ASAP Towing & Recovery came to the rescue quickly. First the owner, Alex, came and assessed the situation, Bella soon arrived with the tow truck, and then Lance arrived to help. While Bella was on the phone with U-Haul about the situation, Alex & Lance went to work figuring out the best way to pull out the truck. The 3 of them did an Amazing job - they got the truck out of the ditch, turned it in the correct direction for me, and even followed us down the street to complete the process. And to my amazement, helped us unpack the truck, and then took the truck to the local U-Haul service center to be checked out. What a glorious outcome to what could have been a bust...and the truck was unloaded within minutes - with the help of additional amazing people who witnessed what happened & showed up to help. I highly recommend ASAP for any towing needs - they are the ABSOLUTE BEST: friendly, professional, & they know what theyre doing! Id give them 10 stars!

I locked my keys in my car and didnt know what i was gonna do. i called my insurance and about 20 min later Nick arrived. he had my car open in under a minute then my trunk wouldnt open so he figured out a way to open it and i got my keys. I would use ASAP Towing from now on.

I needed my car to be towed and they never showed up. They lied that they were there or on their way and then stopped answering calls when confronted.

This company does not even remotely live up to the name ASAP. They picked up a call to tow my husband at 618a today and said they would be there in 5 minutes. Two hours, 10 min later they still had not showed. They sent text constantly extending the delay until the final text 2+ hours later declining the call. This company picked up a call from our insurance contractor where we filed a formal complaint. If they could not do the job they should have returned it to the queue where my husband could get help sooner in 39 degree weather. When I called the office, I was told by the individual who answered they don’t open until 8a, yet they say 24 hour service. She was uninformed on how the company takes their calls and runs their business. We have the texts with their posted phone number backing up what my husband experienced. TWO HOURS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I would never recommend this company to anyone and I am not typically someone who leaves a review anywhere, one way or another.

On February 3rd my family and I ran out of gas on fourth plain Boulevard in our motorhome, which happens to be our home due to us losing our jobs in the Covid crisis. A police officer from Vancouver PD pulled up behind us and was telling us that if we don’t move the RV immediately he would have it impounded by the city. A few minutes later Alex and Lance were driving by in an ASAP tow truck and stopped to talk to the police officer. We thought for sure our home will now be gone. Thankfully that wasn’t the case, Alex and Lance offered to the police officer to tow the RV into a parking lot just so traffic can continue to flow. They pulled in front of the RV and asked what was wrong with it, I told him it was just out of gas so instead of towing it into the lot next-door they towed it to the nearest gas station which was a block away. I explained several times to both Alex and Lance that we did not have any money and would be scrounging a few bucks to put in the tank. At that point both guys told me that the tow was on the house. THANK YOU again ASAP TOWING & RECOVERY it’s good to know that there are still good people out there!!

Called from a different number and they said “we are not doing service at this time” we asked why they blocked my husbands phone and they hung up. Unprofessional and will keep you waiting!

Had an excellent experience with this company. Mark was the driver for my situation. Friendly, professional and an all around good guy. The dispatcher, (can’t remember her name) was friendly and completely accurate with the arranged time I requested. Alex, the owner, runs a great company and has been there for the community and his employees during this odd time of “essential workers”. Very fair rates. Sent my truck in between two boulders and a tree up on larch, and they came out after business hours and gave me a tow with no issue what so ever, very amazong group of people, will for sure use them in the future very pleased with their work!!!!

Office was great, my insurance had trouble finding a provider being Memorial Day but luckily being open and available the driver Mark was efficient and on time. After being denied at the tire place and being 230 miles away from home. With Marks help we got everything approved and got towed from Portland OR to Pasco WA. Alex, Brandy, Mark and Lance all know how to deliver top notch customer service. I dont think that anyone expects to end up in the situation that theyre in when they have to call a towing company. Realistically not having the right people can really ruin the whole experience. But Brandy was super communicative and made sure we were kept in the loop the whole time when Mark was on the way. When he got there we did run into a hiccup and couldnt get my car out properly. They made me feel safe and waited for my friends and I to get a ride back and said theyd handle my car. Im not going to go into details because Im still in a claim with my car insurance. But they got my car out safely and Alex really advocated for me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car and what I should expect. He promised me that I wouldnt have to pay anything to them as my insurance should take care of it. They got me out of a really bad situation where it could have been a lot worst and Im super grateful of that. Now Im hoping that the dealership and insurance can take care of the rest.

Our truck broke down around 1:00pm. speaking with them about 140pm we were told a couple of hours. Crazy hot day and all tow companies are busy. Sat with vehicle for over 3 hrs. Finally called to be told they arrived, tried to call multiple times (they didnt) then were snotty on the phone.No thank you. Might have been a bad day but customers shouldnt be lied to and then treated rudely.

These guys saved me twice today. Probably the fastest service Ive gotten from a tow company, and when I had to get my car towed to a tire shop to get a new rim to replace my busted one the owner stayed until he was sure Id be able to get out okay. Unfortunately my car was in worse shape than I thought, and wasnt able to drive it home, so I had to call a second time. The next guy they sent out was also quick both in getting out to me and getting me where I needed to go. Really appreciate all your help ASAP!

I bought a Hyundai Genesis Coupe, it’s had a few warrantee malfunctions needing repair. I was tired of paying for a tow I called road side assistance then they appointed me to ASAP. My driver was Daniel, he was so incredibly respectful and aware of all the possible issues when towing a die hard car guy’s pride and joy. He is a amazing worker and very diligent of what his duties and tasked were. I wasn’t put on hold or constantly having times adjusted by his work ethic. While having our bmw, we have had to use a couple different towing companies, and A.S.A.P Towing And Recovery was by far was the best! Fernando did an amazing job recovering our car from a difficult terrain. He was very proffessional and had to be very creative to come up with a way to bring our car up on the flat bed, as the keys were lost in the lake and the back tires were locked in due to the car being on the break. (Not to mention the car being next to the lake, and down the hill.) This guy just did not give up! . .even the park ranger was shocked at Fernandos skill!After a great experience of getting our car out of the area we found out our insurance decided to decline the service and saying we arent covered for the tow and leaving the responsibility on us, even after their approval earlier.We ended up going to A.S.A.P Towing next morning to see our options and were greeted by very friendly staff that clearly cared about our situation. Bella, in the office was very patient with us, even though my wife and I were very frustrated with our insurance and were not happy that the car had to go to their yard instead of the drop off location provided. We then spoke to Alex who was very proffesional and understanding and helped us by giving us advice and a couple options on what we can do. This is by far the most unprofessional, worst towing company/business ever. Kim Chaira called me and said he was 45 minutes away and I have now waited for 3 hours and he is a no show. No one will answer my calls or texts. Now I have to contact another towing company, all they did was waste my time.

A.S.A.P was the second towing service my insurance company sent, after the first guys left my car on the side of the road overnight. They were there when they said they would be, were incredibly quick in hooking up the car and getting it to my house.
