Thank you so much, Your Party Center, for an amazing and flawless event. We rented a tent, table decorations, and service ware for a small backyard wedding in August. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the planning, delivery, quality of items, and pick up after the event. We couldnt have been more pleased.The office staff did a wonderful job helping me to figure out what and how many items we would need. They even came out to the site to help us with the lighting in the tent. Communication was prompt and helpful each time I needed to contact them.The crews that set up and tore down the event were very professional and responsive when we had questions. Having never planned an event before, this was very helpful.The quality of the tent, and table ware was exceptional. It was very well organized so we could find each item when it was delivered.I would highly recommend this company to anyone preparing to host an event outside.Julie

I was planning a baby shower and needed to rent out a few things for the big event. I contacted Pauline for assistance and she was super friendly and helped me out last minute. She delivered everything that I needed for the event and made sure I had everything for the baby shower. I 100% recommend them!!

Would not recommend this company, unless you like raggedy tables and faulty chairs. Rented tables and chairs from them. Tables. Were gross. One of the chairs had a bent leg and broke when a guest sat in it.( Average size guy around 200lbs). Good thing they werent hurt. Explained this to the manager and they denied sending bad chairs and tried to charge me for the faulty equipment they sent me. Poor management. Late for pick up also. And charged a ridiculous delivery fee of 90$ for 4 tables and 20 chairs to be delivered less than 4 miles away. As someone who has worked for party rental places in the past, this place is a joke. Do not recommend

I am a caterer who has done business with Your Party and Event Center since they opened in Vancouver. They are the best. The quality is always great, they deliver on time, but most of all they are a business that takes care of their customers. Yesterday I got a call from them that rentals hadnt been picked up by my client as requested It was 4:25 and they were getting ready to close. I was on my way to the event and several miles from the rental company. They immediately delivered for us- thanks Ceci! Also Jennifer with whom I have worked with for many years, thank you for always taking care of me and my clients.

BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am never one to leave a negative review, but I feel that I have been treated very unfairly by Your Party Center. I rented 30 chairs from them. When I set the chairs up, I realized there were only 27. 2 of the 27 were broken, and 4 were very dirty, and I had to clean them. No big deal, I figured they would just take care if it when I returned them. Not only did they not take care of the issues, and give me a discount, they CHARGED ME for the missing 3 chairs, that I never got! I have never seen worse customer service! I hope they realize their mistake, and treat other people better than they treated me.EDITEDAfter I left the above review, Pauline reached out to me and made things right. I appreciate that. They get 5 stars from me.

The customer service at Your Party Center is fantastic. Jennifer was prompt and attentive to all of my needs. There was some miscommunication about where the tent was set up, so I had a wonderful conversation with the director after the wedding. She was open to my suggestions for some things that should be communicated to customers before tent set up, and hopefully she will add the information to their website. I recommend this rental center. They will definitely work with you to accommodate your needs. Just know that tents cannot be set up in an exact place. Be ready to allow for variance by as much as 5 feet to where you would like your tent located.

I have used Your Party Center dozens of times for event rentals and have yet to have anything other then a fantastic experience. Their dishes, linens and flatware are always sparkling clean and delivered and picked up on time. My rental contact, Jennifer is so quick to respond to rentals requests, make changes and answer questions. I have had some horrific experiences with other rental vendors and havent used anyone else since working with YPC. Couldnt recommend them more!

Your Party saved the day AGAIN! Our company has had to put together some last minute events over the past few months and without skipping a beat the team at Your Party has made miracles happen! Most recently, with only 2 days notice and over a weekend Your Party was able to accommodate a 400+ meeting which included chairs, a stage and pipe & drape. This isnt an easy task when the meeting was held out past the Gorge. We have come to rely on Your Party for all of our event needs as they always go above and beyond to make sure they take care of their clients.

As a professional event planner, I cant begin to say how much I appreciate the professionalism and customer service that this company offers. Their team is top notch and always willing to go above and beyond. The product they offer is continually renewed and of good quality. They make you look good!

Was very disappointed in the customer service. Misleading information given by this business made my wedding reception much more stressful than it should have been.It was my first time ordering chafing dishes, so I called ahead to make sure I understood what I was ordering. The woman who took the call answered my questions about the heat sources for the dishes, explaining that I would not need to provide my own gas and that they were very simple to operate. I asked her if I would have everything I needed to heat food if I ordered the chafing dishes from this business and had the food in aluminum pans. She told me yes. I placed the order and believed everything was ready to go.The online pictures of the dishes included heat sources and there was no way to order them separately on the website, so they appeared to come with the chafing dishes. The woman on the phone never told me that the heat sources she was telling me about were not actually included with the dishes. Since I received the dishes wrapped in plastic, it wasnt until we were ready to put food inside the dishes that we realized we had no way to actually heat the food. A family member had to leave my reception and spend $50 at party city to buy something that would work. After I expressed disappointment in this extreme miscommunication, I got the excuse from the woman in charge that the woman on the phone didnt know the specifics of that end of the business and that it would be brought up at the next company meeting. She told me that she usually tells people to go to the dollar store to get them for a dollar each. If I had known this it would have only cost $5 and we wouldve had them ready to go. I am extremely disappointed in the attitude of this company, who either suffers from miscommunication or mismanagement.I did get an apology, but it is my opinion that if your event is important to you, then you had better rent from a business who takes customer service seriously. This is not that business.

Your Party Center told us that they would provide heat sources for our food trays for our wedding reception but they never did so we couldn’t hear our food. So DURING the wedding reception, we had to LEAVE the event and spend $50 on the food tray heating equipment that they promised to me they were going to provide but never did. Your Party Center told me they would provide the equipment but then never did and when I complained, all the woman on the phone said was “oh sorry that other woman didnt know what she was doing Ill bring it up at the next company meeting”. She said they never gave out heat sources and she tells people to get them at the dollar store (wouldve been $5). They are extremely unprofessional, they never offered me any form of financial reimbursement compensation despite the fact it’s their fault that they told me they were going to provide the proper heating equipment for our food and then they never did.

Absolutely THE best around! I have used Your Party Center and Pauline for several events and have never been disappointed. They pay attention to every details, small and large, and are so easy to work with. I will not go anywhere else and trust me, you shouldnt either.

Terrible customer service: after weeks of planning for a wedding the day of they screw up. Which wouldve been fine had their response not been oh well. At least act like you care. Oh well I guess 1 star is good enough.

UPDATE: We booked this company under Vancouver Music Academy, for our grand opening of our Woodland location. We even have a receipt of our original purchase, after being told there was no reservation. This was a big event for an independent company, and having YOUR PARTY & EVENT CENTER fail us was a major letdown.ORIGINAL REVIEW:WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! THE OWNER IS BEYOND CONDENSING... HAD A RESERVATION FOR ITEMS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND TURNS OUT THEY DONT EVEN THOSE ITEMS!!! THERE COMMUNICATION IS BEYOND HORRIBLE, THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS NOR FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS. THE STAFF TRIES TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING THEIR COMPLICATED RESERVATION PROCESS .....
