Their staff are so friendly. I have been here several times and they never overcharge me. The staff members explain what is going on with my car, tell me what they plan to do and an estimated cost. I take my truck and my sedan here whenever I need some service. Earlier today I hit a median, it gave me a flat tire. I changed my tire quick then took it to them. They said my tire was fine and changed the rim. It was inexpensive and they took care of my damaged rim. The photo is before I took it to them.

My husband and I had the best experience here. We had been calling every tire shop around town to get some tires and we couldnt find anything. We came in late Friday afternoon to get 4 35 inch tires for our newly lifted jeep. The manager showed us so many different tire options and said he could get any of them next day. We were able to get some very nice mud terrains at a very fair affordable price. He told us that the tires would fit so we didnt get new rims. The next day we dropped the jeep off at 11am to get the new tires put on. Around 12pm we got a call saying that the tires were going to hit the control arm and brake lines and that we would have to be careful until we get new rims. We were a little annoyed since we were told we wouldnt need them so we came in and they showed us exactly what was going on and had already put in wheel spacers to see if that would help. We decided to get rims put on. They had someone from the Portland location drive the new rims to Vancouver with in an hour and they did not charge anything to mount and balance the tires again. They also gave us 4 new tire pressure sensors for very cheap. They had this all done by 3:00 pm that very same day. They went above and beyond to make up for the mix up when they didnt have to do any of that.

Absolutely top notch service! The staff was professional and personable. It felt like I was asking a close friend to help me with my tires. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. They have been doing this longer than anyone in Clark County. It shows. Highly Recommended!

We stopped in because my tire pressure went from 31 to 8 in a matter of minutes on the way home to Seattle. After a series of unfortunate events earlier today I expected more bad news to come my way. Thankfully they got us in very quickly and they patched up my tire in less than 15 minutes after letting me know there was a razor blade in my tire!I wish I had caught the names of the two gentlemen who helped me but they were so kind, efficient and did excellent work. They took great care of us and I’m so grateful we found them during a moment of panic.I highly recommend this shop, just for the customer service alone.

Had a nail in my tire on a sunday and was nervous because walmart was telling me they couldn’t repair it. I was prepared to buy new tires and when I gave this place a chance and they fixed it in 10 minutes and sent me on my 5 hour drive home!great service & fast too!

I recently had work done by a local mechanic Tim Selby. I immediately started having issues with my vehicle and that mechanic refused to look at it nor believe was his fault. I took my vehicle to Richeys to install the front shocks the other mechanic was to do as well as look at why my car was shaking when making sharp turns. They inspected my vehicle for no cost and determined the other mechanic installed a part backwards which was causing my issues with sharp turns. They were prompt, honest, professional, and very affordable. They have earned my familys business for good.

I stopped here because my sensor came on. I was told there was a nail in my brand new tires (bought somewhere else) I took it to a different shop and they checked EVERY tire told me no nail in the tire and some the tires were just not set to right standard rating. they added more air and sent me on my way I will not be going back to this place

I stopped by Richeys to have them check out what I thought was a dying battery. It was a busy Saturday morning for them, but Harold and Ken kindly made room for me in their busy day. They discovered that the problem was my starter - which died literally on their doorstep. We agreed on the work needed, and I got a ride home, knowing that they were already busy and fully expecting that my repairs wouldnt be completed until Monday.Less than 3 hours later, Harold called to let me know that my car was ready to pick up! They put in a battery thats less than a month old, and the starter installation looks tight and clean. My car starts like a champ again.I couldnt be more pleased with the work done, the kindness and friendliness of all of the staff, and the fact that they went out of their way to get my car taken care of on a busy day. Ill definitely be bringing my business to Richeys again!

My car had a fuel leak on a Sunday. I brought my car to Richeys and Harold was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. The price was good and the communication and service was top-notch. I highly recommend Richeys and will be using them for future automotive service needs!

Awesome experience! I called about an hour before they closed seeing if I can get my flat tire fixed. The employee who answered the phone was totally friendly. He told me to come on in and they’ll help me.When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the employee who answered my call. My flat tire was checked and confirmed it was unsalvageable. He quickly found me a gently used one and mounted that sucker in less than 20 mins! I was out of there in under 30 mins.On top of the great customer service, they also honor military members by providing a discount! I didn’t even ask for one! The price for the tire and service was already amazing, receiving an unrequested discount made it incredible!I had a great experience at Richey’s Point S! I strongly recommend this shop especially Harold Taylor!We had an emergency on our way back from Portland OR to Seattle WA. Engine started making some noise and I wasnt sure we could get home safely. It was Sunday evening and not much repair shops were working in Vancouver. Hopefully Richeys was still open. Although it was 30 min before they close, Harold agreed to take a look without without any questions. They run diagnostics and made everything they can to for me to get home safely and without destroying my engine. Everything worked well and we got home 3 hours later.Guys, you are awesome! Paid them 600 dollars to put the wrong size tires on my car and then they wanted to charge me another 350 to put the correct size on. Dont go here!!!

I will never go to another tire shop!They sold me an amazing tire that lasted a long time, (for 1/4 of the price at les Schwab) and when I got a nail in a different tire (that they did not sell to me) they fixed it for free, in about 10 minutes. They’re always very sweet and knowledgeable, and even checked the pressure in all the tires without me even asking! I’ll always go here for anything they can do, because I know I’ll get great service, they really take the time to teach me things about my car without making me feel dumb. Couldn’t say enough amazing things about them. Always pleasantly surprised with these guys!

I had a rear tire blowout on the freeway last week, and I was able to barely make it to the parking lot where, coincidentally, Point S was located. Ken from Point S saw me in the lot, knocked on the window, and offered to change the tire to my spare for free. My ABS system threw a code, and Richies was very helpful. They gave me prompt service on a weekend day when everyone else was closed up and read the code for free. The issue turned out to be beyond the scope of what they do, and the service manager took time to look up a detailed referral for me. They took a fair amount of time to give me service and didnt charge me - felt like a throwback level of service. Will definitely be back in the future.

Got a great deal on a set of brand new Toyo Versado Noir tires. They didnt have them on hand but were able to get them overnight. Id suggest calling before showing up but I dont enjoy being on the phone lol.. They called me promptly when they came in and were able to get me in as soon as I got there. Excellent service, and a great warranty for under $400. Check the deals on their website, they give quotes for tires that are 100% accurate to what you pay in the store. I didnt even have to show them the quote. Although I did tell him exactly what I looking for, and that I got one off the website.. Anyways, first drive home was great, the tires handled exceptional and Im clearly very happy with their services. Thank you, I will be back for sure.

There was a slow leak in one tire of our 4runner. We took it to Richeys. They immediately drove our SUV into the shop; found a small nail in the tire; took the wheel off the SUV and the tire off the wheel; put a patch on the inside of the wheel and put it back together. I have never seen such quick service at any other tire shop and they did it free! We hadnt bought the leaky tire form them and I was happily surprised. My first choice for tires now.

I just had an unfortunate encounter with the manager of this establishment.I came in with a small complaint about not getting a call back on an inquiry. I was respectful and not agitated. He told me to read his sign on complaints which stated Complaint department 300 miles north of here. He told me he wasnt going to deal with me any further and didnt want my business. This was a $3,000.00 cash purchase. We have purchased tires here for multiple vehicles and take our cars for repairs. I know what good customer service looks like and this wasnt it. I guess it is time to move on and find another place that wants our business.

I went in to buy a new rim for my Camry and they sold me a used one for half the price, balanced, mounted, almost no wait time, and away I went happy as hell. Highly recommend! Friday took my car in to have a tire replaced that had a slow leak. They took a look and let us know 2 other tires were going to he replaced ASAP as well. Got a great deal on a new set of tires! 3 days later ran over a nail was able to tow the car back to the shop this morning and get it repaired. Everyone at the shop is friendly and helpful! I had had great experience with these guys. They are friendly and efficient and were very helpful in resolving my request. I had a full wheel alignment ($70) and 2 new tires ($200)I booked an appointment the day before to have my wheels aligned. I arrived 30 mins before hand to have the tires replaced and everything was done without a fuss and the work was explained to me. I also asked them to run codes for me, which they happily did. They also confirmed my brakes were good (they were recently changed - good to know it was an honest appraisal).I will definitely return and I’d recommend them as a good, friendly place to have your tires changed. I’ll also be happy to return for other work as and when necessary.

Came here to get a couple of replacement tires for the Volvo. We needed them quick since we were leaving town. The tires were hard to find and this place came in within a few bucks of all the online searching I did. That alone is pretty good. These guys came through huge and had the tires orders, shipped, mounted and ready in about 24 hours - awesome. When I came to pick them up, there was a $60 difference in the price quoted and the bill. The boss came in, verified what I was quoted and without the slightest problem adjusted the bill down to the quote. Outstanding. Good customer service is one of the hardest things to find these days and these guys provide it in spades.You guys have earned my business for the rest of my cars - Ill be in there in a couple months for the Jeep. Great job.

These guys are great because they focus on customer service. If you have a flat, bring it in and theyll fix it free of charge - even if they are busy. They are pretty nice and get your car back to you within a day (if you drop it off early) or the very next day. They have earned my loyalty because they have gone above and beyond on several occasions, saving me money on things that would have strained my wallet. I recommend giving these guys a visit (or a call) to see if they can help. They own the car shop to the right of the store - so they can do pretty much everything!

Have to say what awesome people work here. Seems like every time we go here it’s always an emergency for us. But, they always treat us like we’re old friends. Today our brother had to get four tires. When it comes to tires, this is always the first place I checked for anything. They have always been courteous and forthright. they dont wait until its a right now emergency to let me know Im going to need to take care of something. And when I do need something they do whatever they can to make it work for me. They treat my like a lady, but never, never, never, treat me like a dumb girl.

Picked up a huge bolt in tire at offramp a couple blocks away. Just after 3. Couple guys washing their trucks out front. Their hours were to four but they said they had closed up. Couldnt do a flat fix even thoughI was in a pinch. Lucky, Schwabs up the road could. Only shopped at tire factory (now point s) for 25 or so years. Including my family businss, probably 35 sets? Not impressed.

They recommended a tire that was near to our original (they didnt have the original in stock) and took no more than 10 minutes to assess the tire. They were able to patch it up and took it to our car, free of charge. These guys are excellent and they deserve 5 stars

Driving from Portland to Seattle, my boyfriend ran over nail leaving our tire completely flat. Being a Sunday, there wasnt much we could do. We called AAA but they dont actually FIX flats. We called a dozen tire shops, but they were closed or had no availability. I came on here (thanks Yelp!) and found Richeys Tire Repair. I spoke to Chad who told me to come on down and they would help me out. When we got there everyone was VERY friendly which is great when you are in panic mode. Chad helped with the tire, recommend we replace our windshield wipers (it was like a monsoon and they sucked, so we did), and just made the whole day MUCH better. I highly recommend them if you are in the area or just passing through with a flat.

I visited this business for the first time today, on the recommendation of a co-worker. The staff was really helpful, and the service was surprisingly fast. In particular, an employee named Matt was very courteous both over the phone when I called for a quote, and when I arrived about 30 minutes later.

Offered to sell a rim to me for $40 that he was going to scrap. I also needed a tire. I came back and offered him $30 for all four rims, no deal even though he was giving them away or throwing them out on Monday. He also offered to sell me a used tire with 30% tread for $40. So I bought a new rim and tires from Vancouver tires across the street. My son needs 4 new tires for his truck so Im sending him to Vancouver tires as well. I had always gone to Vancouver when we lived here before. I dont know why I went to this place. Wont make that mistake again.

A few weeks ago we purchased a set of tires and had an alignment done on our car at Richeys Tire Factory. This was our first time doing business with this shop and we were pleased with the product and service we received. Today we had a mishap on the road which resulted in a very dented wheel rim. I took it in for them to look at and they swapped out our full size spare rim, repaired the old rim which is now the spare, rebalanced the two tires while I waited at no charge. Matts customer service is second to none, do not hesitate to call these guys, theyre a top-notch outfit.

These guys are great! I came in for a repair and alignment. They fixed my steering column. I came back 2 weeks later with the thought I needed 2 new tires. They told me it was bad tire sensor and nail. Saving me a couple hundred dollars. I will keep coming back!
