Arrived about 10:05 am. Despite the fact that I was first in line, and the ONLY car there when I pulled up, it was 11:50 before they finished an OIL CHANGE. Thats almost 2 hours of my day. That one star is for the price. I cant get that time back.

I do not recommend their auto services. I made an appointment 3 days ago to get 2 tires replaced (already have the new tires). We arrived at my scheduled time and I was unable to get my services at the scheduled time. They told us to hang around until I could get my service done. Absolutely not. If an appointment is scheduled then it should be MY time slot. I work in customer service and I know the professional side of things. And I did not get that at this location off of Hwy 99 in Vancouver WA.

Took a little longer then they said, but they did check my tire pressure and fill my windshield washer for free. Staff was nice.

They are open for services wven tho Google says they arent.

Just had my oil change and 4 new tires installed. I shopped around and they had the best price by far and the customer service over the phone and when I arrived was excellent. Stephanie helped me at first and then Kent helped with the work being done. They kept checking in on me and was done before I knew it and they are a busy tire store. This Walmart is by far the best one I have ever visited.... good job employees

Very nice people we had a blown tire and Costco refused to help and these guys... are very awesome, very skilled. Will definitely recommend. We appreciated their help and they saved our day. Worked overtime for us.

So I came in for an oil change and to have both my left and my right blinker bulbs replaced. your technicians couldnt figure out how to replace my front blinker and still charge me for it.

The gentleman that help me with my oil change and new filter very polite. He also explained to me that I did not need 5 lb more air in my tires like our local news station had suggested what I actually needed was to deflate slightly the back tires to add more with. They gave me a great price & good advice.💋😁✌

Hazel Dell Walmart is the best in the oil change section the guys at the 205 Walmart overcharged me put too much oil in and just dont care about their customers

The mechanic was pretty unprofessional. He had an attitude and did not know what to do. When he asked his coworker for help he was clearly agitated and his coworker was calm and told him to check the book, which he seemed irritated with and then proceeded to wait until the other guy found the answer. Then when the car was done they NEVER let me know and let me waste half a hour sitting there when my car was ready to go.

Convenience is the key here. If you find that your shopping at Walmart for tires alone you will probably be disappointed in the speed at which they can fill your order. The good news is if you come in here with the expectation that they may take a little bit longer and you come with your shopping list, you can kill two birds with one stone. They provide low prices and good services if you dont mind the wait. Oil changes can be hit or miss in terms of the amount of time it takes. If you pull up and theres a long line you may as well just turn around and go to Jiffy Lube. If you pull up and theres an open bay you can be in and out as quick as 15 to 20 minutes.

Every time Ive been there they cant work on the tires. The hole is too close to the side wall it was almost dead center of the tread. The tire is too worn to rotate. Each time the quote me new tires.You will wait forever for anything, just to find out that they cant work on it. Each of these aforementioned problems were fixed at the tire shop just down the street. And they laughed when they heard that a shop wouldnt do the work.I also asked for an oil change. They told me that they were very backed up and it would be an hour and a half, to two hour wait until they could get to it. They had 2 cars in the bays, each for an oil change, and 4 empty bays. 10/10 will never go back.

Bought a battery from Walmart since I saw they do free installments and it was fairly priced.Dropped it off and was told it would be a long wait, which I expected, and they would call me when it was done. However, after I told the guy writing my info numerous times that I needed the battery changed to the one I had in my back seat. Even showed it to him. I waited and finally after little less than 3 hours before they close, another guy notices (the manager) I’m waiting (super nice guy, only reason I’m not giving a lower rating).He asks and it turns out my truck has been ready for a long time now and the previous employee thought I only wanted to get my old battery tested. I just wanted the new battery installed.LONGEST DAY EVER!Props to the nice employee, but booooo to the employee who wrote my info down. Dum arse!

We came in for tires, the crew was helpful - even working after closing to get my truck road ready. No one likes to work late, but I appreciated how the guys didnt show it and remanied friendly. They also installed a replacement battery for free. Its nice to see some people still know what customer service is all about.

Had my oil change and the writer was so polite and helpful, no pressure selling. They finished my oil change before I was done shopping. The whole team was was helpful.

There was a bit of a wait to have someone check me in for an oil change but after that,everything was great. I like that you can check the status of your vehicle using your ticket at any kiosk.

Good place to shop. Can take a while to get through checkout line at peak times, but the store is clean. Had issues with auto service, but they are quick to correct issues.

Ive been changing my own oil for 20 plus years and now decided the amount Im saving isnt worth it. I get all my fluids checked, and other points inspected that I wouldnt normally do and it i schedule a oil change during a special its even better.

Id rate zero stars if possible. Came in to get my oil changed, only one person in front of me. I wander around the store for an hour, finally decide to buy some things. I go to check out, hand in my slip from the tire/lube department. They cashier says I cant pay at the register I need to pay there. I walk over there, the guy at the counter tells me,you cant pay at a register until we are finished servicing your vehicle. So I sit down and wait. As Im sitting there I see all kinds of vehicles being helped and dont see mine anywhere. Almost two hours since I arrived and checked my car in. I get up and ask the guy to check on my vehicle. He comes back saying they couldnt even service it because they didnt have the right bolt/tools. His response, Im sorry, I thought they called you already. Yeah no. They didnt. I wasted two hours for literally no reason. Now I need to take more time out of my busy schedule to go to JiffyLube which actually has the appropriate tools. Walmart needs to sort their communication out or hire different people.

Just a low key place to get oil change. No upselling, i told them what I want, services delivered, done in timely fashion. If you dont want to wait go early. Ive been a couple of times and service was excellent. I got a great deal on tires aswell.

The Walmart Auto Care staff couldnt even put in enough oil into my car. Last oil change Ill get from Walmart. But I guess I shouldnt expect too much. Thanks anyways.

Would have loved to give 5 stars as the service from the mechanics was great. They were friendly and fairly quick on replacing four tires and my windshield wipers. However the experience I had with the cashier was absolute atrocious.The cashier decided to b*tch at me because I failed to provide my ID at the beginning of the transaction for tax exempt which made him have to redo everything. The cashier never asked for my ID and I explained that I had been told by the mechanic team outside to provide proof when I went to pay. The cashier then told me I was supposed to provide it when I handed over my ticket not after - well, Scott,just so you know I dont have a crystal ball to tell me how Walmarts computers run so please clue me in on how I am supposed to know that? He then proceeded to b*tch moan and complain about having to then ring up each thing on my slip because the computer no longer would scan off the main barcode. At one point at the end he decided to apologize for the long wait (it took less then 5 minutes which I only know because he told a coworker he couldnt go do something because he was supposed to be off 3 minutes ago). The wait didnt bother me, his need to chew me out and then complain about every aspect of his job did.I only chose that location because it was convenient for me to swing in to after work and before heading north to check on my horses. Cant say Im inclined to stop back in after this experience which ultimately sucks because bantering with the mechanics about old farm trucks and the smell of hay was delightful and the install was on point.Short version - the mechanics rocked but they need to retrain their checkout staff. Good luck to anyone in the future dealing with that absolute load of nonsense

During my second visit for oil change, they damaged the oil pan (Was taking the same car to the Toyota dealer for 14 years and no problems at all). A copper drain oil gasket is to be replaced every other roil change according to the standards. But these guys here didnt replace the gasket (to save 30 cents), instead kept putting more torque on the bolt (plug) to stop the oil leak, it resulted damaging the oil pan drain hole threads. Now replacing the oil pan costs around $400 plus towing fee. In addition they left black dirty oil on the floor mat as well as the side of the door !

Got oil change better then paying top dollar at the dealership.

Could rate negative if possible, bought four goodyear tires from different walmart, had a flat tire so had to visit here, said to wait for 3 hrs wait for a single flat tire, i agreed, then was called on cell to come back after an hour, then the guy repaired someone elses tire twice, and finally did my tire then, installed the tire.. and today i got that same tire flat again.. would not recommend to anyone.. i doubt that even he fixed my tire.. worst place to be..

Ive heard alot of bad things about Walmart tire and lube, inexperienced workers long wait times ect. In my case none of that was true I came in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced 40 minutes later I was on my way, no more vibration, tires were mounted in the right direction and properly torqued, all for half the price of an average tire shop.

I waited almost three hours to get a nail removed from my tire! My tire pressure sensor kept going off so I went to the dealership and they helped me they also couldn’t see where they had did a patch on my tire. They reset the sender and i haven’t had any trouble since, they are scammers stay away

The staff is polite and helpful and their tires are I expensive.

Dont try to make any appointments. I called in and made an appointment and showed up and they literally said they made a mistake with booking. They told me they could get me in the next day after already wasting my time. My advice for anyone is to avoid going to this walmart for your car.
