The owner Tom is great very friendly and professional a lot of car places and mechanics try to over price you and tell you that everything in the world is wrong with your car. Tom was very up front with me about the only 2 minor things I should service for my car soon and he was very reasonable on price! I’m not working right now and I’m a single mom so money is a bit tight but it was definitely in my price range, I definitely 110% recommend him for anyone who needs any car work done! Also when I arrived he checked me in and had my car right in there starting on it within probably a 5 min period from when I arrived very blessed to have ran across this group of people and wonderful business. Thanks again Tom and crew your hard work is very much appreciated it nice to know I have a safe car for me and my child🙏🏽💯👏🏼

Great service! Fare prices too. They offer financing too if the bill is too much at once. They also tell you how you can save money or use delta warranty to get cheaper repairs. They have great customer service here!Try speaking to Tom, he is the man that makes it all happen!

Super friendly mechanics. I had bought tires, mounting, and alignment. Theyre not the cheapest around, but I dont buy products. I buy from the PEOPLE that have the products. These are good people 👍🏻 If they notice something that looks damaged or might need replaced soon, they will let you know. I will be coming back to them if I need anything else done. Recommend these guys 👍🏻 One thing to note, I was quoted less than I paid by about 40 bucks. No big deal in my opinion.

Brandon did a great job on both cars. He’s a qualified alignment tech for sure. Found a problem on a bmw and repaired it, and lined up a Honda. Both cars drive and steer great. Thanks also to Steve and Tom in the front office

Great customer service from a friendly team that was prompt in their work.During the heat wave, my cars AC was failing me. While the dealership and other shops were saying I could be scheduled a few weeks out, the team at Meineke brought me in the same day. They were very accurate in their time estimate and I was comfortably on my way without any fuss.

Tom Gentry is an honorable and honest man. He and his team did and outstanding job. They provide an honest assignment of what the issue is and make recommendations to resolve that specific issue. I took my son’s first car there expecting to replace the breaks and change the oil, after they checked it out the told me the breaks and oil is in good shape. I was shocked by the honesty. I actually went home and brought my truck back for an oil change. As long as Tom is there, this location has a customer for life.

First, I never give high ratings for auto repair shops or review them, until now. These guys deserve it. For the first time, I felt I got great value/service for my money and I didnt feel talked down to or felt they were pushing unnecessary services. Ive had thousands of dollars of work done at this location. I had a full tune up, replaced struts, replaced CV axle shaft, replaced shocks, replace front brake rotors and pads, and front & rear differential service. They beat their competitors estimate by more than 10%, fast turnaround, great service, and offered a loaner car.Tom and Brandon were great, both clearly explained/showed services done afterward. They sent an inspection link via text that clearly explained problem areas with pics and recommended service. They were friendly, professional, patient, and answered ALL my questions. My timing was good and Brandon was able to fix all the repairs in 6 hrs. It drives so much smoother now. Thanx guys, keep up the good work! Hopefully I wont see you for awhile!

I called and made an appointment everything went smoothly on the day. Tom and another had brought up another issue and they were right on it and got the part there quick! Tom was very helpful, kind and knew what he was talking about! Had an issue two days after, I called and he had a tow sent and it wasnt anything big, it was done in about an hour or less! From the GM (Tom), Assistant GM (Steve), and technician (Skylar), everyone was direct and honest. Car had a laundry list of issues and they remedied them with the utmost professionalism. This place has become my car’s doctor.

They were very busy this day and they failed to clean the oil and grease off the door handles and they forgot to reset the check engine light. When these issues were pointed out, they took care of them immediately.Changing my review to 5 stars. Excellent service on follow up visit!

First off, shout out to the manager, Tom. He treated us great.Now got the shop staff... They took good care of me. I took my car there because they did work on my wifes car for several hundred less than every other shop quoted her. When it came time for work on my car, I brought it to them. Great customer service and pricing. Work was done quickly, had my car back the next day.

I have been working with them for about 2 years now and they go above and beyond each time I go in. super helpful and will walk you through whats wrong and the process of getting it taken care of. They have always had my car back to me within the same day no matter the repair that they were doing. They have the best prices on repairs in the area. Im a big fan of Tom, hes very polite and respectful of your time. He also doesnt pressure you or try to up sell you. I live on the other side of town and still bring my car here because the service makes it worth it.

I just needed new break pads and was prepared to get new front and rear break pads but they said I only really needed the front replaced which saved me a few hundred due to my financial/car situation. Skylar, my mechanic, told me that I would eventually need to replace the front break rotars due to some rust and the rear break pads in about 6 months to a year or so. The service I got here was better than ANY car repair facility. As a woman, mechanics have been trying to pull the wool over my eyes, tell me I need something that I dont, or are constantly trying to upsell me on something or over quote a repair... the guys here are AMAZING and they have made me a customer for life! I completely trust Meineke when it comes to my auto repairs. They have worked on my car since moving here a year ago and Tom and his staff are always easy to work with and accommodating. My car always leaves much better than when it arrived and they have always been able to get to the bottom of my issues even when I just say it’s making a weird noise. Would definitely recommend.

I got the estimateb to fix...1600. OK I paid them. Then whoopsie it will cost 3,600 more. Poor diagnosis. No shame in their game, nor mercy. I would avoid them if possible. They did not offer to make it right either.

I have an older car. Meineke has repaired it several times in the past ten years of its 22years of service to me. The service has always been excellent.

They were so nice and wasn’t actually that bad of a price. I had got a used car inspection and he went over the stuff with me and answered all the questions I asked, damn I wish I could remember his name and thank god nothing was to wrong with the car. UPDATE THEY did no check on the oil or anything to see what needed to be changed

My ABS light came on, I decided to try and fix it myself. Changed both my front and rear brakes, changed my ABS sensor, nothing. I finally decided to have the experts take a look and it was the ABS valve. I wasnt happy about the price, but it was the parts not the labor. Tom helped me out and got the part and truck finished in 2 days, I was super happy! Thank you.

My car got out of the shop in worse condition than it came in. I was given the runaround, and when I wrote a detailed email to Meineke about it I never received a reply.

I have been going to this Meineke for years. These guys are straight forward and will tell you what you need to get done now, what can wait, and what is good to go with your car. They even will let you take a look at things with them if you want to. They do a great job and are always friendly and professional.They also have always tried to get me the best deal on what I need done. I am happy to have found a place where I truly feel I wont have to deal with any bs and they will get me back on the road safely. Highly suggest going here.

My AC was smelling BAD!! They were able to clean everything out and deodorize it. It smells good again! It didn’t take long to do.

They went above and beyond my expectations when they provided a thorough and detailed report including photos of what was good, what was recommended in the near future, and what needed immediate attention and why. Tom, the store manager, took the time to go through each section/photos with me explaining what each thing they found was and what it indicated. It was abundantly clear that he was coming from a place of genuine caring to ensure that I was well-informed and aware of the risks associated with the vehicle. I cannot thank him enough. An oil change in time out in a timely fashion less than an hour:Prices are reasonable Very reasonable with an inspection service which found that both my engine and air filter need changed right away (pictures to provide evidence). Super happy and will return for service.

This was my first time using Meineke. Tom, the store manager, was wonderful on the phone. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything other than the brake job I went in for. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, a good experience. Ill be using this store for oil changes from now on, too. They charge less than the oil change places and, again, no pressure to repair, replace, or flush anything unnecessary.

Hello, I would like to warn anyone that if you’re going now during this current Covid time, even if you are masked you will not be able to sit and wait for your car. My husband was told we needed a valve replaced and it will be a few hours. So he had to go out in the rain and walk to the target to get some shelter. He is you and in good health so, hey, he is fine. But what if he was 70? What if I had gone with my two toddlers because I had no one to watch them? Being kicked out in the rain for safety sake. Come on. People are running around in Walmart right now, touching on all the same stuff and it is fine. Why can’t my husband stay to himself in the office. I don’t get what these masks do if you can’t stay in any indoor space with someone without contracting the virus. Poor, poor care for their customers in this sense. Please be aware and go on a sunny, warm day.

We went with this Meineke location after calling or visiting six other locations. It was the best experience at an auto mechanic Ive had in 30yrs of car ownership in three different countries.The manager (Tom?) was extremely helpful in dealing with our Honda Element AC issue while visiting on a road trip from AZ. He worked hard before we even agreed to give them the job to make sure that he could get the parts and labour we might need in a timely fashion before we had to leave in three days. He kept us fully informed and consulted with us at every possible point, and worked with us to get a good price on both labour and parts.The technician was also knowledgeable about our vehicle and helpful in estimating what we might need done.We were in and out in the same day, which was a relief after our experiences trying to get other garages to take on the work.I would definitely recommend this location and staff to anyone looking for a top notch customer experience at an auto mechanic.

I came in for an unexplained dead battery and got a free diagnostic. They called my warranty company and spoke to them for me, hassle free. Superb customer service!! I was in and out in 30 minutes with a brand new battery.

The man in the phone when I called to get a price comparison quote was quite short and pretty rude actually, he insisted that I come in to have it looked at but when I get there he is even more on edge than over the phone and he is griping amd complaining because he doesnt normally work here, get this; he was the Tegional Manager so he didnt have the right info or something.... then sort of scolded me for using the fix a flat stuff in my tires because apparently I just created even more labor for them to have to clean the stuff off before they replaced the tires.

I mean like they are awesome. Every time you come here you get a free estimate on your car. Which means they legit look for everything. My brakes weren’t working and it wasn’t my pads and I was like so helpless and they fixed them and accurately told me everything that was wrong, instead of trying to get more money out of a young woman who knows nothing about cars. They made it very cheap and they called before, after, and in the middle. I didn’t ever have to call them! They were on time. They fixed what they said they would. No surprises which is just such RELIEF. My car is running GREAT now! And I wish I could top but I’m So broke! You guys are awesome may god bless

I went in for what I thought was a CV axle issue, but turned out to be a cracked engine mount. Dropped off my car the night before and the next afternoon it was done. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. They provide upfront pricing and at an affordable rate. Also get my AC recharged! My car is running smooth once again.

Great customer service from receptionist and quick service while waiting. The only negative comment is they do not vacuum the car floors or provide a reminder sticker for the next oil change. Most other places do.

I have used Meineke Centers for years now. Across multiple states and cities, they remain consistently wonderful. This particular shop was by far the most helpful. Ryan at the front desk was informative, patient with my questions and very professional. He took the time and care to make sure I got what I needed done, and what could wait to be done. The mechanics there are efficient and skilled. Ive never felt they were pushing me into anything unnecessary. They allowed me to make informed decisions. Not to mention, Meineke always has great prices. I couldnt recommend it more!

My tire was leaking due to a metal piece while I was traveling to Camas. I found this shop from google map then made a call for advice.They are friendly, professional gave suggestions. My tire has been fixed less than 2 hours (Pls note that there are a long line of waiting list) They treat my case as priority because I had to check out from hotel by noon.Thanks for their excellent work that we be home safely. : )

We had another company strip our oil pan. Meineke realized how expensive that was going to be to fix and worked to give us the best deal. It was still spendy, but we felt like they took great care of us and fixed it very quickly. They had the part rushed in and did the job the next morning.

I strongly suggest going here for your repairs. Customer service is top notch. Ryan was super nice and communicated different options and prices. Fixed what seemed like a major problem in one day.
