After driving the streets with slick tires, I realized I needed new shoes for my jeeps feet. New kevlar wrangler tires, and an alignment, makes it feel like a new vehicle. Thanks guys job well done. Also after I purchased the tires online and scheduled for the following Monday, they got the tires in the same day and had me in and done by 1030 the next morning.

These guys run a very efficient shop! They communicated clearly, completed their work in a timely manner, and were friendly through the entire process. Horrible customer service. They got my key stuck in the ignition and when I asked for them to help they were more than reluctant, stated they would try but might have to charge me! I have owned my car over 2 years and never had this problem until they did my oil change. They also hung up on me when I explained this and said its an old car. No accountability or assistance. I will never go here again

Came to have 4 wheels and tires put on my car. The gentleman changed the price once he saw the car was a Lexus. Stating that he will charge more for this wheel and tire job, than what the person who referred me here, informed me the shop charges. He marked up the price by 200%. Since I wanted to get it done, I took him to proceed. A Hispanic customer shows up after me, looking to change one tire, a $50 job. He proceeds to begin working on the Hispanic gentlemans tire job instead of mine. I ask him, why is he working on someones car who came after me, he then says if I want him to do the job, he will do after this car or I can take my business else where. He then turns to the Hispanic customer and starts speaking in Spanish. I heard the Hispanic customer tell him to finish my job since I came first, he ignores his advice and works on the other car anyway. The job he eventually did on my car was not worth the money or that good of a balancing on the tires. Had to go elsewhere and pay for rework. Avoid this shop, proceed to come to vancouver tire shop at your own peril.

Great people, however quality of work was lacking. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment on a Saturday before moving out of state. I picked up the vehicle and on the way home realized that the truck still pulled to the right, it was to late in the day to take it back and I was leaving the next day. The next day when I got on the road something didnt seem right with the ride. I checked the tire pressure which was at 80 psi, if the would have taken the time to read the tire they would have seen that max pressure for my tires was 55 psi. I do not recommend taking you vehicle there if you plan on traveling out of the area as I can not get another Goodyear facility to cover any work done by another Goodyear facility

Made an appointment for a front end alignment a week in advance. when i showed up they went over all my concerns with me and were very carful with my collector car. I will be back for future work as i work on allot of older cars and always need alignment work done on them!

I’ve gotten a couple sets of tires from them but I also get my preventative maintenance done here. Guess what, I’ve never had a maintenance issue since I’ve been taking my vehicles here so I’m happy. I am on the road for work and so having a reliable piece of transportation is a must have. They save me time and money and hope this review commits someone on the fence to giving them a shot. I bought a set of Goodyear takeoffs off the internet for our new to us family rig that needed tires. I took them to Vancouver Tire to be installed and have my oil changed. The staff was very friendly and I had a great customer experience there. 3 weeks later, I picked up a nail in my tread. I took it back to them and they fixed it free of charge. I was ready to pay because I did not buy these tires from them nor did I purchase any warranty, but they told me not to worry about it. The staff is great and they are Veteran friendly. They earned a customer out of me. If I may make one suggestion to the owners or staff if they read these, please reset the service lights. The staff did reset my oil life after the oil change but not my TPMS light after replacing the faulty sensor. Not a big deal, 2 min YouTube video and I was able to take care of it. I just notice a lot shops miss this and it could help make you stand out more.

This location has very quick, friendly and efficient services. This would be a 5 star review, but neither staff nor customers are required to wear masks. At a recent visit, I was the only one (out of five individuals) wearing a mask consistantly, including the person who drove my car. As a high risk individual, I cannot risk being exposed to covid and therefore cannot go back unless their policy changes.

No one had a mask on??Including customers and employees all over each other. This businesss irresponsible practice is why the current outbreak is not going away soon. I would have left but had an out of town order. Avoid this business for your own safety. Go there if you are a Covid denier.

Staff was great so I will give the 5 stars but I felt like they were overpriced. Told me 500 for 4 new tires plus another 100 for alignment. Went somewhere else and got them for 300 and a 50 dollar alignment.

I have found my auto shop( imagine angelic chorus here). The search is finally over. Integrity, work that stays done because it was done right the first time. I went in today without an appointment. I needed new tires and I thought I needed new front brakes. After checking my brakes they told me they were still good at 93 %. So I added the cost of a brake job to get a better set of tires. They are honest, truthful and I got a great set of tires for a great price!! I highly recommend this shop!

Parts store alternator price $54. Price charged by these crooks $194 to my 75 year old Mother. Replace battery ,alternator and oil change. Total price $519.00. Called Goodyear headquarters. They say this outfit is not affiliated with them. I would deny it too.

I moved to Washington and found VT&A and these guys are the most friendly and honest guys in the business. They handle business in the old school hand shake kind of way. Really bad service, just like every other service involving automotive theyre going to do anything they can to get as much money out of you as possible.

I called Friday and made an appointment to have them look at my brakes on Saturday. They looked at my brakes, went over the estimate, told me their recommendations, and gave me fast, efficient service that day. My brakes work great. The job was done in just a few hours and I really appreciated the honesty and how they took the time to talk to me. I will be going back for other services, they do more than tires....I can see why they are AAA approved. Thanks for the great service!

The guys there are fantastic. Ive been unhappy about being there, because who IS happy when they are having car issues, but Im always happy when I get the call that my car is ready to be picked up. The have put tires on my rig, replaced the transmission in my rig, and the newest thing was an engine. They let you know whats going on, and are more than happy to answer any of your questions. As long as I live in this area, Im going to continue getting my cars taken care of by these guys.

Got my transmission replaced, they were quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions without seeming like they wanted to get one over on me. When I had my moms car (1994 Hyundai Excel), they kept it going until I was able to get a new car (2008 Hyundai Accent)in 2008. they kept that car running great , until I was rear ended in Dec 2010. I got a new car (2011 Hyundai Accent) , but didnt bring it in to have all of my work done here as the dealership said that they would treat be really good, well the dealership (didnt do me any favors) So Im bring my car back in so Bruce and the team can take care of it from now on. They are some of the best guys out there for caring about their customers and Im sorry that I didnt keep with them after I got my car I have now..Bruce & your team ROCK!

They stand by the repairs they complete, and dont try to sell repairs not needed. For those reasons and more, I trust them.

Stopped in on a whim to make sure my truck was ready for a road trip. I knew I needed a coolant flush, and they got me in really quick. What I liked about Vancouver Tire and Auto is that I didnt feel swindled. I didnt feel like a salesman was trying to milk me for all I was worth.For example, every time Ive ever gotten new brakes Ive walked out also buying new rotors. Why? Because they told me I needed them. I know nothing about cars and probably have a huge target sign on my forehead because of it. Every time I bought new rotors I later learned I didnt need them.At Vancouver Tire and Auto, not only did they tell me I didnt need new rotors but they also told me I only needed to replace my back brakes. Two opportunities to take advantage of me, and they didnt. I had just been to the Subaru dealership who told me I NEEDED new front and back brakes AND (of course) new rotors. The team was completely honest and upfront with me by telling me I only needed back brakes. He suggested a few other preventative maintenance items but informed me they werent required, just recommended.I liked that, as a female, I didnt feel taken advantage of. I felt like I was dealing with a family member who was telling me the entire honest truth about what my car needed. Never once did I feel like I was dealing with a salesman.Definitely recommend.

Very impressed the way you folks (Bruce) took care of a recent issue. That is the reason we continue with Vancouver Tire and Auto. I also feel and admit I might of over reacted to work that was done on our Lil truck but notified Bruce and basically he took over from there. We did not have to leave the house as he personally took control. As a result there was no additional cost but what was actually causing the problem was much more then our first invoice. Bruce can explain it. As always your shop is the only place Ill take our two vehicles. Attest and thank you.

Ive gone here for years, but for the last time now. This is what happened:I go in to get new front tires. They put on new front tires. The next morning, I go out to my car and the new tires are completely flat. I call and tell them, and they come out and fill up the tires and take it in. They say, oh, probably was a little corrosion on the wheel, should be ok now.. no problem I think. The car is parked a few days, the next time I drive it, both front tires go completely flat again. I call, they say maybe you hit a nail.. on both front tires???? seriously?? anyway, they take a look and say there may have been a little more corrosion, but should be ok now. A few days go by, and guess what??? I go out to my car in the morning and the tires are flat AGAIN... I call and talk to them.. The guy there ACCUSES ME OF DOING IT MYSELF. I cant believe it. Why would i let the air out of my own tires??????? At this point im pretty upset, i take it to Les Schwab and they take a look. They point out the the Valvestems on the tires are badly leaking air. They fix it for free. In and out in under 30 minutes. Im not going back ever again..

Sent my friend in with her truck loaned her 1200 dollars to get it fixed and they supposedly fixed it yet all the stuff they claim to have fixed or replaced wasnt even fixed or replaced. Still can barely stop rearend still grinds and clicks e brake still can barely be used due to it being so damn tight yet they say the adjusted it. And now when you hit freeway speeds the front end shakes. Took it back in and they were extremely rude and unwilling to help. Treated my friend like she didnt know anything. I for one will be making a call to the business bureau and never returning again as i will be taking it to carls alignment at least that shop is honest and will actually fix the problem.

While I am sure others had positive experiences here, I did not. A competent shop would say when they are in over their head. Simple job- swap the TPMS from one set of wheels to a brand new set and balance them. The tires on the new wheels were also brand new. Oh, and dont forget the alignment. I had to go back twice to get the alignment right...kept pulling. They rebalanced the wheels twice and never did get it right. One tire kept going flat. I suggested it was the TPMS since the wheels and tires were new. They kept saying it was fixed. After 4 times back, I finally went to FIRESTONE on HWY 99. In one hour they had balanced the wheels and found that this place had scarred the new wheel bead on the tire as well and munching up the TPMS gaskets. One hour and another $100....to fix this places incompetence. DO NOT TAKE LOW PROFILE WHEELS OR TIRES HERE....you will waste your time and money.

TLDR: This place botches jobs, doesnt take ownership and acts perturbed when you call them out on blatant muck ups. Take your business elsewhere as they are sloppy to the point of risking bodily harm to yourself.Brought wheels from my 68 Vette in here to get new cooper cobra tires. Price was VERY competitive. I now know why. First, I get the wheels back and they left the beauty trim off so I could clean the wheels. How nice and thoughtful... except they actually did it because they placed wheel weights on the outside of the wheel and the beauty rings couldnt actually go back on at all with the way they had balanced this. Ontop of that one of the wheels leaks down to flat over the course of three days.So I bring it back. Balance it without wheel weights on the exterior of the wheel. There are a multitude of ways to accomplish this. Ive worked with motorcycle tires a plenty. I get the car back, theyd mucked up the fact that the car has staggered wheel (IE: Larger rear wheels than front) so theres two different tire sizes on the front and the back... botched that up. Tried to cover it up with a lie, He only did one tire at a time!. Except no... they friggen didnt and the mechanic owned up to it. Next up, the mechanic didnt wear gloves and was obviously impressed by my car because I got to see everywhere his greasy mitts went to inspect various aspects of my car that had nothing to do with the tires. Lastly when discussing what was done to the leaking tire the employee admitted to removing the sticker that was originally left on the bead... obviously if you leave a sticker overlapping the bead its going to leak there!To top it all off, they botched the re-balance. I cant go over 55 mph without the most insanely dangerous of shaking. I call them, obviously perturbed yet again that theyve managed to screw it up again, and ask for a credit to take this somewhere else or take back to them and watch them to make sure they do the job right. Nothing, dude acts as if Im out of sorts for having an attitude that they botched the job yet again, to the point I COULD GET IN A CAR WRECK.Dont go here. The risk outweighs the reward. If you get a good deal on tires get a further discount for no install and take the tires somewhere else for install.

Have always gone to the big box stores like Les Schwab etc. I bought my Lexus a couple months ago and it came with GoodYear tires on it. One of the tires was damaged after hitting a pot hole. Well, I was hesitant to go anywhere else, but I took a chance and pulled into Vancouver Tire & Auto, since they are a GoodYear Tire shop. I was BLOWN AWAY by the Mom and Pop store service I received. Gordon, the owner, is top notch and the entire team over there went above and beyond to take care of me. Unlike the folks at Schwab, or Discount Tire, these folks did not try to sell me things I did not need. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE who wants a great, honest experience, and doesnt want to be dicked around. Gordon, you have earned my business for life, and I am thankful I came in to your store this week. I cant thank you enough and keep up the amazing customer service. God bless!!

Went in to get an oil change. They tried to tell me my oil pan was cracked and leaking, and it needed to be replaced for 600+ $ This puzzled me because my vehicle never leaked oil. Turns out they just broke my oil plug.
