My Fiancé purposed last week for by birthday. Let me tell ya... He did GOOD! He mentioned to me how helpful the staff were and educated him on picking out the right diamond. I would give 10 stars if I could. They resized my ring in less than a week for $40! Phenomenal service and extremely friendly guys! They even fixed a necklace chain in 2 seconds for free. WOW I cant thank them enough!

Don made a beautiful ring based on our ideas and adding some of his combined with his amazing skill. It is truly one of a kind. How we pictured it and even better.He also resized bracelets that I could no longer wear. Out of the blue, I decided I was going to pop the big question. He did an amazing job on restoring my Wedding ring, I hadnt wore it for at least 10 years due to be allergic to something in it and I havent taken it off since he did his magic to it, then he cleaned it up and fixed the underneath without charging me, I refer him every time Im asked if I know a jeweler. Repaired and resized my grandmothers wedding ring, and did a fantastic job. Charged me what I felt was next to nothing, and was so respectful of the meaning behind my piece of family jewelry. Would recommend getting any meaningful jewelry repaired here.

OMG. Concept to the finished custom piece, working with Rand was a joy. He listened to what I wanted and took the ball and ran with it. The result was simplymagnificent. Rand took a stone out of my deceased mothers ring and created aring that I know my mother would just wowed by. My brother and sister will be seeing it for the first time in 2 weeks and I cant wait for their reaction. No doubt there will be gasps!!!Experiences like this unfortunately are few and far between. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to connect with Rand and then using his incredible skills and visionto create such great results, not to mention at a price that I thought defined value!!
