This place is unbelievable.I came in here 5 years ago looking for an engagement ring for the girl I wanted to marry.I didnt have much money at the time and was trying to build the best ring I could for the money. It was a split between 2 sized diamonds, the bigger one which I couldnt afford. They ended up cutting me a deal on the bigger diamond I could barely swing.They made me a happy man.Now I have a happy wife, a happy 5 year old daughter, and were on our 5 year anniversary celebrating, reminiscing about how it all started. It startedwith these guys, putting the customer above all else.These guys will treat you more than fair.Come through and support them through this rough period.

Awesome store, the Owners remember you by name and give great prices. I went to another LCS to look at selling sterling silver and was quoted $120 less than what Pacific Jewelers offered. I will be a loyal customer and anticipate coming back often.

I stopped in here to sell some unused jewelry and i couldn’t have had a better experience! Both gentlemen were helpful and entertaining. I didn’t really know the value of my items but left feeling like i received a very fair price. I had never been in this shop but I’ll be back! They had so many unique things. They were patient and there was no pressure at all and everything was explained right in front of me. A fantastic experience and i will recommend for sure. Thanks!

We made a purchase yesterday and had agreed to purchase two additional coins at the same price the following day when we could return with the remainder of funds due. We travel a distance and our bank is not local. We made the two hour round trip return to complete the transaction today only to be told he would not honor the commitment he made to sell those coins at that price. We are fully aware that the price fluctuates minute to minute let alone day to day. But when you are told the price would be the same and you ask TWICE to ensure you understand the deal and then find they changed their mind, thats simply dishonest. We wont be returning. TO BE CLEAR, THIS MAN AGREED TO SELL THESE COINS TO US THE FOLLOWING DAY AT THE SAME PRICE. NOTHING WAS FICTICIOUS ABOUT MY STATEMENT. THE ONLY FICTICIOUS STATEMENT WAS HIS PROMISE TO SELL THESE COINS AT THE STATED PRICE. PERIOD. DISHONEST DEALERS ARENT WORTH ANYONES TIME. THERE ARE PLENTY OF HONEST DEALERS OUT THERE WORTH AN EXTRA DRIVE.

I have shopped at Norbert’s various store for decades now. He is knowledgeable, interesting, and definitely his own person. His shop is fun to visit. He has a wide knowledge of jewelry. The rings I now am wearing are from his shop. I get compliments often about the rings.

I was hoping 3rd time would be the charm, but nope...all 3 of my visits were less than satisfactory. I wouldve given 0 stars but 1 is the lowest option. This store is an unorganized mess, probably a fire hazard, and has an incredibly rude, know it all clerk, that can be found lounging out in front of the store smoking cigarettes with transients, or lounging with a dog on a leather sofa in the middle of the store. Most of the items in the store are without price tags, so it makes it very difficult to shop there. You have to ask how much each item costs, which seems to annoy the clerk, then Its like the guy sizes you up, and then gives you a price. I was excited to have a coin/jewelry shop near my new house, but I doubt I will be back. Its a shame too, because the area (absolute goldmine of a location) desperately needs a decent, professional coin/jewelry/bullion shop. This shop has a ton of potential with its location, but a friendly, more inviting clerk and better organization is a must. Sorry for the harsh review, but its all true. Norbert is not only knowledgeable but is of the highest integrity and standards in the jewelry business. There have been three places in my life that I have experienced this sense of honesty and two of them were in NYC: The Gold District on Canal Street and at Tiffany & Co. on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan (New York), NY! Norbert made me feel respected and he has a fountain of knowledge. Bentley tested the jewelry and he, too, was just as professional and, yet, down-to-earth as Norbert! If you dont do anything else, at least speak with them and see for yourself and Pacific Jewelers is resourceful!I am going back because I have some family treasures that need good homes, people or museums that will take care of them respectfully!

I have purchased several times at Pacific Jewlers. I LOVE that they have vintage and new. I got a GORGEOUS Art Nouveau Sapphire ring there. We went back there while shopping for my Engagement ring, and found a wonderful piece by an Artisan.I would definitely recommend them to everyone, and do frequently!

Called and told them all about a ring I.got from my great aunt, with 3 diamonds missing and was looming to sell it for the diamonds. He said we can do that bring it in. i brought it in and he denied me said we cant. Wtf. Liars.
