My fiancé and I chose my engagement ring here and Tom was pivotal in our decision to do so. I had absolutely no clue what I was looking for when I went in and he took me through each and every step, making sure I felt confident in my decision and not making me feel silly for asking 10000 questions. My fiancé and I left the store, and knew we had made the decision on where to buy - purely based on Tom.

The manager, Tom, was incredibly patient and helpful. I went to browse with a slight idea of what I wished. He sat with me for two hours to help explain and work out everything. I wasn’t sure quite what price I wished but Tom helped and worked on a personal level to find an amazing diamond and ring that was surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend Morgan’s Jewelers to anyone looking to browse, or simply looking for friendly and affordable service.

My husband and I went in today to see what our options were for a bracelet I received from my husband for Christmas that was to small. Chase was extremely helpful and measured my wrist and let us know what our many options were. He also took links out of my husbands watch that was to big. Today March 7, its been five years since I lost my husband to a motorcycle accident. His wedding band had been tucked away in a drawer. This year I decide it was time to do something special with it. After reading several stellar reviews online about the Vancouver Morgan Jewelers and the manager Tom Dolan, I decided I would show him the ring and see if he had some ideas for it. The reviews were spot on! From the first time I met Tom, I could tell he was passion about customer service. He and his staff did an outstanding job listening to my ideas and making recommendations based on what I hoped to accomplish. I had wanted to reshape the ring into a heart, but because of the small diamonds Tom suggested they recast the gold. Im so grateful I agreed, the recast is stunning! I now have a beautiful heart I can wear daily and say it was the last precious thing my late husband gave me. It took a few days to get the casting just right, but Tom kept me informed on the progress, especially appreciated considering the sensitive and sentimental value of the piece. It was an awesome job! I cant thank you enough!

I went to get an appraisal done on my ring however they dont do appraisals there. The employee did however weighed it out for me and refered me to a place that does appraisals. He was young kind and courteous. Great addition to the Morgan Jewelry team

These people are absolutely amazing! My now husband custom made my engagement ring here, and when we came back to pick out our bands, the staff was so helpful and kind. I came to clean my ring a week before the wedding and when I came to pick it up, the manager that my husband made the ring with came out to look at the ring and say how diligently my husband worked on making sure the ring was just perfect. I will like to share the amazing experience I had while looking for the perfect engagement ring. I live in Phoenix AZ and have gone to several jewelry stores here and in my experience I either didnt find anything that I thought would be the right ring or experienced really pushy sale staff. At the beginnig of March I was visiting my daughter in Vancouver and decided to have my girls help me look. We ended up at the Vancouver Mall and decided to stop by Morgans Jewelers and right away we were greeted by someone and started looking at rings. At the same time Tom joined the nice lady that started helping us and without any pressure started to show us what they had. After looking for a few minutes and Tom getting a feeling of what I was looking for he said you should check this out and pulled a small packge out of the pocket on his jacket and out it came, the perfect stone. It was just the stone. But I knew that was the stone I had been looking for. Right away I expressed my interest on the stone and after finding out I live out of state and was leaving the next day Tom offered to take the ring himself to their jewler on Saturday night and get this stone mounted for me to take back to Phoenix the next day. Then after finding out that the stone was too large for the settings they had available Tom helped me choose the right setting and assured me he would mail it to me in 4 days. He mainained contact with me texting me and keeping me informed on the arrival of my perfect ring. After looking for months I found the perfect diamond in someones pocket ha ha it never gets old :)Tom thank you for all of your help and for making this such an easy an amazing experience.

Took a watch in to get it resized, it was one I had purchased at Macy’s and Macy’s wouldn’t do it for me because I bought it 1.5 years ago and didn’t have the receipt and they stopped selling this one. Morgan Jewelers looked at it, resized it within 5 minutes, and didn’t even charge me! No questions asked, just amazing customer service!!

I received a Michael Kors watch for my birthday and went to Macy’s to have it sized. In true Macy’s fashion, “it could take hours” per the person behind the counter. As I was walking past Morgan Jewelers, I took a chance and asked if they could take the links out for me. The customer service was amazing. They did it with no problem, no hassles and in 15 minutes or less. It was an amazing experience I highly recommend them!

Aside from the location being inside of the Mall, I have received wonderful service here.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. We were promised my ring would be resized and ready to go by my wedding day. We got the call the day before the wedding saying the ring was done and to come get it. Upon arrival several hours later, the employee told us 2 diamonds had fallen out during resizing. We ended up just getting our money back as they said it would take upwards of TWO WEEKS to send it off and fix it. Just so unprofessional and upsetting to deal with. Would not recommend.

Went to the store to pick out wedding bands for our upcoming well. We were assisted by Lisa Boyd, she was wonderful, kind and patient. We originally went to look for our rings before COVID started and the mall was closed and she helped us out. When we came back she immediately remembered who we were and that was nice. We eventually financed our rings through them and she was great with helping us understand the terms and contract. We will be back again for other jewelry needs.

I’ve been going through a rough patch recently and I’m planning to take a vacation where it wouldn’t be optimal to have a battery powered watch. The lady who was helping me, Karen, was very polite and informative on the watches they stock and even introduced me to Solar watches, something I was completely unaware of. She didn’t try to up sell me on anything or push any warranties. I knew vaguely what style I was looking for and she helped me find a perfect watch for what I’ll be using it for. It wasn’t till later when I looked in the mirror and realized my appearance isn’t what you consider normal my hair was a mess and I have gauges but working with her she never showed any disgust or expression of “like can this guy afford this”. You have definitely made a customer for life. A+ customer service and I’ll definitely be back for more in the future

I went to Morgan Jewelers to ask if they could fix my wedding ring (a diamond had fallen and the original store where my ring was purchased would not help). And yes, they did, not an inexpensive replacement but it had to be done. The people working there seemed nice, very good customer service. I recently went back there (last week) with my ring for a check up and cleaning and again I encounter nice people and received great service.

Tom and his staff are absolutely amazing. We will be customers for life. They spent a good amount of time with us picking out our rings for our upcoming wedding. They needed to resize my ring and had it done in 3 days as promised the customer service was fantastic I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Gen today. She helped me pick out a new wedding band for my husband for Valentines Day. She was very professional and helpful. I also had a great experience with Morgan Jewlery a few months ago when they helped me fix my Husbands watch battery. I had gone to several other jewelers that day to try to fix the watch. It is a very high- end watch that needs a special battery. No one else wanted to help me. They took care of it and barely charged me anything for it. I highly recommended them for all your jewelry needs!

She helped us out, gave us good ideas and advice for what looked good, what would work best, and what I personally liked. The prices here are incredible, we looked at the other stores in the mall but nothing quite beat the prices or the options there. She didnt try to make us choose the more expensive she helped us out with the most practical and what would last us longer and even gave us alternative ideas for diamonds. I was very pleased with my service at Morgans Jewelers. I took all my precious stone rings, charms, wedding set and necklaces to be cleaned. Marina, gently collected my jewels and allowed me to share a memory of each piece I had brought with me, as they all had a story.I had also brought a bracelet I recently broke and she offered to have it repaired within days and for a good price. Askes them about repolishing my wedding band and they looked at it and tried buffing it first..and then came back with my ring looking brand new.
