I am not pleased with the work they have done. I brought in my wedding and engagement rings to be resized. Yes they fit well, they polished and cleaned my rings, but you can see the solder lines, some discoloration and cracks. Its clear they did not use enough material to fully solder the pieces together completely. I paid a good amount to have this work done by professionals and this does not feel like professional grade work. These two rings mean a lot to me and were passed down to me. Now I have to find a better professional to fix the work that they failed to complete.

Not sure what all the hype is about, honestly. Despite the whole mask mandate, the appraisal guy didnt wear one. He was also less than plesant to speak to about appraising an item. Wont be back.

I cant even believe what an awesome job the staff at My Jeweler did! I had a variety of things done to my jewelry: repairs, sizing and even an alteration to A pendent. The service is the best Ive experienced! They have a new loyal customer!

This family owned business is outstanding! I have been taking my rings in for annual “check ups” and am always very pleased with the service. These folks are always courteous and helpful and honest. I am so grateful that My Jeweler exists. I recommend them highly.

My wife and I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Joe and his store, as well as having repairs made to some of my wifes older jewelry. The prices are always very good and the work is excellent.Recently, I brought in a watch for gasket service and battery replacement. It is a nice watch that Im fond of, but some time after getting it back from the store we had a downpour that caused our outside storm drain to clog. I cleared the debris, unaware of submerging my watch. When I returned inside, it had water inside.I occasionally repair old ship clocks and have some familiarity with watches, so I removed the back to discover the gasket had not been replaced, and in fact, was cracked and cemented in place. I stewed about it for some time, and eventually returned to My Jewelers with the entire mess in a baggie.They were very apologetic, and promised to send it to a different watchmaker for repair. I offered to pay, since the watchmaker was apparently at fault and not their store, but they would not hear of it.Long story short, the other watchmaker needed some time to track down parts for this old watch, and it was returned to me in perfect running condition.These are the people you want to do business with. Old school. Honest, responsible, and more than fair both in service and price. Highest recommendation!

Went in to get three rings polished to surprise my wife when she came back from a long trip. The staff was super friendly and polished them in minutes while I waited all at NO COST! I havent purchased jewelry from them before, but next time I need something special they will be first on my list.

I worked with Sonia to have a trombone link bracelet repaired. It was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. The quality of work is excellent. It came back better than I expected. Sonia also spent a good deal of time going over ideas of making a bracelet out of earrings I have. Definitely the shop you want to go to for no sales pressure and excellent work.

Late post as the work I got done was back in March of 2019. But I had brought in my grandfather’s (who passed away 3 years ago) cuff link with the hopes of turning it into a necklace to wear. They were able to smooth the back off & attach a decorative piece that had a hook on it to turn it into something that i could wear! i’m sure it was super simple work for them, but i am in love with it. i wasn’t going to trust a place that had to ship off the cuff link as it is irreplaceable. They did everything in shop & it was done within a few days! i have worn it every day since i got it & have had absolutely no issues. it is sturdy & the only time i take it off is to shower. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Hands down, the best local jeweler with the most experience of anyone in town. Joe and Trudy are the nicest, most honest folk you could ever meet. I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience doing business with them. You want to take your jewelry to someone who you’d trust with you prized possessions, and they are the family that fits the bill when it comes to experience and also a timely turnover. My wife and I have had a few necklaces fixed there, and plan on Joe fitting a larger center stone into her ring in the near future. Their son is also quite knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to about all that’s jewelry.I like the fact that they have some older pieces in their cases, and I always see a few different things each time we stop in for a gander.We will use them as our personal Jewelers as long as they stay in business!!!!

Cool shop. At first it doesnt look like they have a large selection but then you learn that they make a bunch of their own rings from a huge selection of molds and can make molds of just about any ring design you want. The consignment prices are very fair and resizing was done quickly. Happy with the entire experience.

Love this family run business. They always have a gem hiding somewhere. Reminds me of an old hardware store, where if you look hard enough you will find anything. Cant find it? They will make it for you. Pick a mold and a stone, or provide the placer gold, the stone and an idea... They can do it ALL.Most of my girlfriends jewellery I gave her came from here. Not because Im obligated but because I shop around for EVERYTHING of value.6 years ago I took a 15$ piece of jewellery to Joe. This was more sentimental than anything. She picked it up at a gift shop during our first beach trip. Just a basic stainless steel charm necklace of a crab with a large lab created fake pink stone for a body. For our first anniversary I took the pendant to Joe and had him coat it in gold and I got her a nice good chain to go with it. Joe told me straight up before he even accepted the job the gold would wear off over time. Its been 6 years and its still shining bright. She loves it and gets more compliments from that than any expensive piece she has.Fast, reliable, honest all the benefits you usually get from a family run business.

My wife took my wedding band in to have two smaller diamonds added on either side of the center stone . Should have been an east task. Work started on 11/25. My wife picked up ring on 12/2. She noticed a problem with the alignment of the stones but didnt say anything. When I got it I noticed it right away without my glasses on. The work was very poorly done as the alignment wasnt even close. She took the ring back to be repaired and was told the work would be completed on 12/9. On 12/9 my wife called and was told the ring would be ready 12/15 but no later then 12/16. Now I understand with the holidays things can get busy. 12/16 turned into 12/17. On 12/18 I went back in and again was told the ring would be done tomorrow. Thats when I stated that I would be picking up my ring tomorrow. An hour later my wife received a call that the ring was done. When I went back in I asked the jeweler, why as a professional, when you knew that the work that you performed was not your best work was it sent out as done? The jeweler stated, he waited for a reaction to see if my wife noticed that the stones were horribly misaligned and when she said nothing we figured she doesnt notice just let it go. My wife went there on her mothers recommendation that this was a jeweler that had a very good reputation. I understand that mistakes happen and you dont get it right 100% of the time, but as a PROFESSIONAL who cares about their Reputation and has a long time standing in the community should have told my wife, look we are not happy with the way your ring turned out, give us some more time and we will make it right. Its obvious that their Quality of work means nothing to them. If you have a piece that is very special and want the work done right there are better Jewelers who care about their reputations and will not return your jewelry until it is done to their standers of expertise.

We needed my engagement ring appraised in a short time frame and they had it completed within 24 hours. Most jewelers will take at least one week. When I picked it up, the stones were tightened and the ring was polished. Couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you!

Better than any jeweler you will find at the mall or anywhere else. Service is great, their work is excellent and prices are the best. Joe is a true artisan/craftsman, his wife Trudy is very nice and Chads work is impeccable.

I just had disappointing experience. Was told by Joe the owner who is nice he would pay 2000 for my beautiful diamond appraised at 6100. When I went in today his son said he didnt remember anything and they didnt have the money. Very unprofessional and downright rude . They lack integrity . Its sad people can be like that. 🙄

IMO.In my situation, the work they did can not be undone. I am heartbroken.While price is low - quality is as well. Going elsewhere.Sadly, I can not recommend.

Too jewelry there for repais and the lost my big lapas pendant. When i called to speak yo them i mever got a returned call. They stated i never droped it off. I asked for copies of my receipts and it is listed on the recipt. Go else where. The repairs they made on my other items were not done the best either. Poor service and poor job on the repairs.
