My phone broke back in April and took me forever to finally start looking for a place to fix it. I remember someone saying “you’re gonna have to pay at least $150 for this” I’m like hmmm probably not with a little search. Well, I searched up prices on all the sites I can that are local to Vancouver. When I stumbled on “My Broken Phone” it felt right. So I went in, super nice customer service and it was done within 45 minutes.Two weeks later my phone flys out of my hand while working (I use my phone for work) I walk into the shop the next day and my phone was fixed pretty fast. Now here’s the thing… My button got really messed up and I needed a new one so they added it and took of $15 for it. But the button wasn’t properly working yet. So the guy takes the phone back with no back and forth trying to tell it will work. He just takes it and fixes it with a new battery and voila!Really appreciate the work here!The picture I from the second time it broke. Screen was completely black and gone.

You cannot beat their prices. They fixed my phone in just 1.5 hours. The guy who helped me was really dope because they fixed my phone right before close time and I thought that was awesome of him to do!

I called, informed them of my issue (a broken charging port), they told me they had the part and could repair it that day. I dropped off my phone. An hour later, I get a call informing me the guy mistakingly thought I had a different device. They couldn’t fix it that day. No problem. They order the part, it arrives, and I bring my phone in the next day. Cool. They fix it. Cool. However, they broke the damn ribbon for Face ID. Not cool. They can’t repair that. They informed me I’d have to go to Apple for repairs. I had chosen them to intentionally avoid going to Apple. My phone came out just as broken and less functional. Beyond disappointed.

Super easy. Broke the rear camera glass on my Galaxy S10 and luckily no damage to the actual cameras. Only took an hour, cost $40 to fix.

Theyve always done great work for me.

Have had two charging ports on my phone fixed here. They have always been super helpful and friendly.I live in portland but am willing to make the drive to Vancouver because of their customer service and the fact they have the parts in stock for my phone is a huge plus. Most places dont carry LG parts so you have to wait for them to order what is needed.They also have some pop sockets that are free. They stick to my phone case better than any of the ones I have bought! You dont get a cool design but at least they dont fall off!

I went to buy a new cell for my son, James showed me couple of phones then asked me why I was replacing my cell so I rolled him the problem I was having and what AT&T told me, he didn’t think that replacing y cell was going to fix the problem, a Mann came from the back he said hi my name is Mark ( owner) looked at my cell and checked it out had me call it and text. He said to get a SIM card that should fix it. Went to AT& T got new sim card the phone works great. Thank you for not taking advantage of me or any other, thank you for being honest and good people god only know we need more. Thank you again

My girlfriend shattered the screen on her iPhone xr and the touch screen stopped working. Called around to a few shops and they all wanted $150-$200 to fix it. I called my broke. Phone they said it would be $120 so I went in the next morning and they fix it and gave me a sweet deal on a screen protector for my girlfriends and my note 10+! The phone works and looks like new again and the guys were great to talk to! Definitely going here again for my future phone repairs.

I have an obscure Android phone and its battery was nearly dead, but needed a professional to open it up and replace it. The local battery store chain wouldnt touch it, so someone suggested My Broken Phone. When I called, the guy I talked to professed to not have personal experience of doing a battery replacement in my particular phone but was willing to try. Im happy to report that they not only did the replacement very quickly, and at a reasonable price, but there was no cosmetic damage to the back of my phone, which I was ready to accept. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Avoid like the plague! They put a clearly defective new screen on my iPhone, which only had cracked glass. After repair, touchscreen was failing intermittently (unusable) and a red line would occasionally flash on the screen. Called within an hour to let them know, they said bring it right back in. Next morning, I brought it in and asked that they simply put a different screen in since they clearly had a defective part. Wouldnt even consider it unless I did a full factory reset. Nick used the phone and said it was fine, said customers lie all the time. I watched him have to tap 3-4 times on some items. It was working better but the problems are intermittent. What would I gain by lying? Not asking for a refund or a new phone. Phone was not damaged, they just put in a defective screen.In response to your reply -- that is not an accurate portrayal of my conversation with Nick. Do you really think I wouldnt have left my phone so you could address the issue? I will go elsewhere to replace your defective screen -- and pay again since you already have my money. And I wont have to first factory-reset my phone and prove that doesnt fix the problem, or beg the tech to believe the screen is broken. Worth the money not to darken your doorstep again. Your warranty is false advertising.

This is the ONLY place I will take my familys phones. They have replaced charging ports, screens multiple times (I have kids). I have always been treated with respect by friendly knowledgeable employees that give me the good news with the bad. I once went in to have a charging port replaced, the technician suggested I get a new charger first to eliminate the possibility of that being the issue. He was correct and saved me $100.00+.

****URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT URGENT****Greetings everyone! Just wanting to inform you about the “My Broken Phone” Company and Policy. They’ve fixed my phone screen and charged me $100. After 3 months, my phone screen started glitching and going blank dark where I’ve had to push on the screen to make it work and that rarely worked. These people only have 1 month policy to come fix it again and only if it was a problem within the screen(can’t be dropped or will pay again). I’ve came back to thank asking to fix my screen that doesn’t work and bugs of their own fault, but they refused. This is how they make business. They’ll make sure you come back to them to pay again. That’s why it’s only a 1 month policy as well. Rip Offs in one word. I took the time to write this because I was upset when they refused to help with their own bugged screen they placed.I went to “Simple Phone Solutions”. Those people and their product is amazing! They do it for cheaper and make sure everything works correctly. The policy is also 6 months and they can ever extend that. You won’t have to pay extra. When I went to these people, they said that the screen that was placed on had a wire that wasn’t clicking correctly. They even opened the screen in front of me! While those other “My Broken Phone” place refused to even show how they tend to trick people.Please be careful everyone! Don’t let other make business on you! This place rocks! Their staff are knowledgeable AND nice! I have done some ridiculously stupid things to my phone recently and they have been able to fix it both times and in the same day. You can’t beat their prices and their customer service. It’s definitely worth it to make a stop in to see if they can help. I believe that they are miracle workers!

I gave 3 stars... Not because they dont do a good job at a fair price, but because they tell you that they are using original screens in the case of iPhones. But the thing that REALLY bothers me the most is that they ask for your phones password. No one else does! Very creepy! I wont be back and if any info off our phones are compromised.... Ill know who is likely responsible. Again, very creepy.

They replaced the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Absolutely perfect. It works flawlessly, and you could not tell that it was ever even damaged. Unbelievably, they did it in 3 hours -- not days! Total cost, tax included: $240! Versus what I still owed on the phone: a complete bargain! Thank you!!!

I broke the glass on the back part of my phone that sheilds my camera lenses on an LG. Other places would only do work on the front glass of the phone so they referred me to this business. I came in and within an hour they had my phone fixed and ready to go. And on top of it, it only cost me one fifth of what my insurance deductible through my phone company would have been. I needed to replace the display on my Samsung Galaxy S7+. They had it in stock, at a reasonable price, and completed the task in 4 hours. Nice guys, clean and well-organized store!I would definitely do business with them again!

I brought in my sisters phone to replace her screen. Figured Id wait in the shop because it should only be an hour. Well, they pried off the casing and the battery exploded. It took longer than anticipated after that, but they gave me a mountain dew for waiting and didnt charge me for the new battery (it took three or four batteries before one worked). They even let me go to the back to let me see what was left of the old battery. Great people, and would definitely go to them again and recommend you do the same.

Wish zero stars was a option,Came in waited for 2 hours, guy asked for my number and said to come back at 6:45. I called and the guy said they were closed and gave me an attitude, he said he couldnt give my phone back when earlier I had mentioned to him I would pick it up once its done. But other reviews said that they called costumers back to pick up their phones but I never got a call when my phone was ready. Would not come back here because I dont appreciate the attitude I got when I waited for almost 3 hours. This was my first time here and will not come back. If they dont want to lose customers like me then they need to clarify more. The employers made me feel like they do not care about there customers and only care about the money.

I had a problem they were not able to fix, but the guy at the counter dug I to his phone and got me a number for a guy who did the micro-soldering I needed. They have a good selection of stuff, pretty knowledgeable about their business and they payed me a good amount for an old Samsung note 4 that had just been sitting in a drawer. Good place.

My girlfriend got her phone screen fixed here, and after getting it fixed the speaker was broken and we had to take it back. We talked to a man who was nice and ordered the part we needed to fix the speaker. A week went by and the part came in. We went in for a third time only to be told rudely by a bald headed man that it would take two hours to fix the phone. He had a attitude with us when we said we didn’t have much time. No reimbursement for the gas it took us to drive out there or anything. We left the phone there to be fixed and he never apologized or anything for our time being wasted. They fixed the phone that they broke in the first place.. wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

This place is honest in every direction! For example Im in line waiting to pay and the tech is chatting with a customer telling him that his charging port was just dirty and just needed a cleaning! Fixed my phone very quickly

I love this place. Sure smartphones are expensive and the parts to fix them arent going to be cheap, but this place charges a reasonable price and fixes my phone instead of me having to buy a new one! And I dont have a contract renewal up yet, so that would have been a lot more money.They fixed my phone perfectly in less than a day. No issues with the fix at all. But even if they do have any issues (they fixed my wifes phone last year and she had to bring it back in a couple times for them to fix issues that arose when putting the phone back together) they have been very understanding and willing to fix any mistakes until the phone is working exactly how it should be.5 Stars!

With a name that infers they are experienced phone repair guys is VERY misleading, horrible service, overpriced and they broke the power button on my phone and try to saw i did it! Stay away!

DON’T trust them! They say they use the same parts Apple would to replace your screen...they DON’T! They make you sign papers releasing them from ANY liability to more damage to your phone while at their store, even if it from neglect on their part...which is EXACTLY what happened for me! Took in a phone with shattered screen (color working fine) and ya they replaced the screen but in the process they damaged the pins underneath and caused the brightness to diminish to a point you couldn’t even see anything WITH the brightness turned ALL the way up. Took it back in to them when it started fading(within days) and they said they couldn’t do anything and weren’t responsible! I’ve attached photos showing what I’m talking about. My next stop was Apple and they tried fixing the pins/brightness and couldn’t so I ended up having to buy a NEW phone...thanks for wasting my time and MASSIVE amounts of $$$!😡

Called ahead to make sure that they had my battery in stock. Not only did they have it in stock it was also 15% less than their local competition for a factory battery versus the aftermarket one that their competitor carried. Quick accurate and professional service.

Long story short my husband broke his headphone jack off in his phone. I couldnt get the tiny piece out to save my life. I took his phone here and they fixed it within a hour. Best part is they didnt charge me a arm and a leg to fix it. Also very friendly and helpful staff. If I ever have a broken phone or a friend in need of the service I will tell them to go here.

My wife soaked her Iphone, of course she wanted the latest and greatest (and expensive) new phone... took it to the good peeps at My Broken Phone, they replaced the screen in a few hours, saving me hundreds of dollars! OUTSTANDING!

Met one of the owners of the shop upon my first visit. He was extremely helpful and replaced the battery in my iPhone within 5 minutes of being there. Happy, I left the store and threw away the receipt. During that next week my iPhone started to shut off and had problems staying on. After some messing around I figured it was a faulty battery, no big deal, but without the receipt I was a little concerned. I went back to meet with him without the receipt and he was happy to try another battery, and so far so good, the iPhone works perfectly! I broke my iPhone 6s about two weeks after I got it. The screen shattered below home button...no insurance. They fixed the screen quickly in 45 minutes without having to have an appointment. Soon afterwards my screen began locking up when typing and I needed to hit the sleep wake button to reset it about every 30 to 60 characters. I tried everything including factory reset to no avail. I took the phone back and they replaced the screen again and it works perfectly now.

Ive been here a few times for various things and theyre always really really helpful.

I broke my LCD about a year ago, brought it in and they fixed it in 30 minutes with great service. I dropped my phone again 2 months ago and broke my LCD. I brought my phone in again since they did a great job the first time and the guy I talked to was very rude. They had my phone for a day and a half before they had fixed my phone. About a week later, the corner on my screen was raised. I didnt bring it back because they mentioned their warranty was only good for a couple days. My LCD has slowly been going out and completely stopped working. I brought my phone to another phone repair shop and they told me the raising of the screen is because they do not use high quality product.

Pretty bad. Took my iPhone 6 in to have my screen replaced. Replacement didnt work very well. Poor touch sensitivity. Had to swipe 6 times to get the phone to unlock, etc. Took it in to have another replacement. Same thing. Third screen suffered from the same issues, but not as bad.I just gave up at this point and figured I could live with it. It wasnt until later that I realized that the mic was messed up too. No more Siri, Google voice search, or anything else that relied on the mic.Bad experience. Definitely wont be going back.

Worst experience ever! First I was told the price was $115 to fix my phone. Then the price jumped to $195. Even though I just lost my job, I gave these people the benefit of the doubt. But then, the price became $211 when I picked up my phone. I live on a very tight budget and had mentioned this to their staff already, but I guess that doesnt matter to them. Every time you blink, they raise the price. On top of that, the first guy I spoke with told me itd only be 5-6 hours, but then they told me I could not pick up my phone until 5 pm. I dropped off my phone at 9:00 that morning, which is 8 hours not 5, so more lies. How can you trust people who are always changing what they say? When I finally got my phone back, I discovered another problem: they had taken my $25 screen protector! When I called them to ask about it, all that their manager Nick could do was yell at me and immediately tell me there was nothing they could do. I bought this particular glass protector because it offers free replacements as long as I have the old one; however, these guys told me we dont know where that [protector] is. And when I asked what the manager was going to do, he only offered a $5 discount on another one! Why would I pay for a new one when I could get them for free? That manager Nick is the worst manager I have ever met. He rudely interrupted me over and over and when I was trying to explain the situation, he admited he was not listening and interrupted me again to tell me I had to repeat the story. Why would you want to go to a place where their own manager didnt listen when you try to bring up a problem? Does not sound like good service to me. They also changed some of the settings in my phone (like my background) without permission. Can you trust someone who does that? Better review the other 1-star reviews ti get a better picture. Nick was also very accusative and insulted me several times and he was unwilling to help. He is the main reason I will not go back there and I am going to tell that Sprint store that recommended him to remove this places business cards. Dont waste your time going there. Youll only be cheated, lied to, and disrespected.

They werent able to fix the software issue on my google pixle, however that doesnt mean that i had a bad experiance. Id trust them to fix any hardware issue or screen repair.

Had the best price so I went for it. My mistake. My screen now has dead spots and or glitchy spots. My front facing camera is so blurry, pictures with it are useless. And one of the screws next to the lightning jack fell out two days later. Should have ordered a screen off amazon and fixed it myself.

Brought in a functioning tablet with a cracked screen, paid for the replacement part. No call from My Broken Phone. Was handed back a destroyed $300 tablet completely non functional with a filthy, dented screen which no longer responded to touch. They tried to slip it by me without telling me they had ruined the tablet while taking it apart. Avoid this place like the plague that it is!

I was frustrated and a little angrier than I should have been, but they remained calm, listened to me and addressed ALL my concerns on the spot. One star because I couldnt give zero.These guys broke my screen while replacing my charging port.Without asking me for it, they went ahead and replaced the screen as well as added on a few other gimmicky extras.I dont trust their policies, and told them to leave the charging port in, and Id pay for the service as agreed, but I was not planning on purchasing a screen from them and would be taking it elsewhere to complete the service.What was their reaction? To remove the new charging port, reinstall the old, broken, charging port along with the broken screen.Scammers. BIG TIME SCAMMERS. Do not go here.

Fixed my S3 in less than an hour. Very happy. They even knocked a chunk off the price because they put a tiny, light scratch on the screen.

I took my Galaxy S 5 here a couple weeks after I got it. I had broken the digitizer (thats the lcd and touch sensor under the glass) they quoted me a reasonable price I believe it was $220 to replace it. They had it done that afternoon. Upon inspection the two buttons that light up on either side of the home button did not work.I took it back almost immediately and they said they needed to order a different part. Within a few days the part had come in. It was however the incorrect part for a Sprint phone. It still worked but I was operating on only one antenna. They had also put a tempered glass screen protector on for me. They assured me they would get the correct part. A few weeks later I took my phone back in.There was also a problem with the screen. When you pressed in a specific spot it would dim to half brightness. When I came back for my phone the part had been replaced and they gave me a second brand new screen. Not to mention that they ended up replacing that glass screen protector 3 times to do the work.Bottom line is i highly recommend this place. No one can do a perfect job on the first try every time but they absolutely made sure I was 100% satisfied with thier work. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my phone in with broken screen it took three hours to repair. I bought screen protector from them so it wouldn’t break again, had them put it on. Two weeks later my screen cracked again through their screen protector. I called them and they said, they don’t do anything, don’t even offer discount on second repair. $175 flushed down the toilet.

Took in an iPad with a cracked screen, which for ~$110 was replaced with a poorly working screen. No longer hazardous with glass shards, but still not functional.

They advertise that they will repair and HTC One. But, after driving there I discovered that they wont touch them. One star simply because they shouldnt advertise that they will repair an HTC One, when they wont even open it.

This is the absolute worst place to go to. First of all they gave us our phone back with a new broken screen right down the top, when we tried to tell the associate the screen was broken before we left the store he told us the manager was out and he would be back next week. A week later we call, and the “manager” Nick told us he would do nothing because we broke the screen! After a heated conversation I hung up he then harassed me calling me over and over telling us that nothing would happen to him

I wound up taking my phone to My Broken Phone off Chkalov after a huge hassle at PhoneStop off Fourth Plain. These guys on Chkalov quoted the right price ($250 before tax) for a brand new Note 3 Samsung AMOLED screen -straight from the company- that did not void my warranty! I returned a few hours later to just give them extra time. My bezel came out with factory plastic (proving its the brand new LCD) and my volume button was replaced!!.. One million stars for My Broken Phone and ZERO stars for PhoneStop.PhoneStop was awful. Their website says its $199 to fix a Note 3 LCD. When my husband called AND checked it in he told them it was an AT&T phone. Nearly a half an hour later were at the mall and receive a call from them saying that we claimed it was Verizon and said it would be another $40 before tax. Then when I went to go pick it up they said they were going to use a used phone LCD and that it would be another $20 to fix my volume button. I will refer everyone that needs help with their phone to My Broken Phone.

This place sucks. The guy helping me was really rude and kept confusing me with technical jargon. Not to mention the 200 dollar screen I paid for didnt work and they wouldnt replace it! Stay away!

Brought my fully working ipad in to fix cracked screen and went home with a table that wont charge past 3%. Brought it back in and man was extremely rude and told me it was a software issue with Apple. I havent downloaded any new software cause I have no storage space. Water $110 on nothing.

Not to much of a fan but if you have an iPhone Goto the Apple Store they will cost waaaay cheaper than these people and they were yelling at me over the phone telling me I need to reset my phone because of things flashing on my screen, but I also want my money back😡

Quoted me 350 for a replacement screen. 20 bucks on Amazon. Rip off.

Not the best of people to deal with

The Website for this company lies. The website said that if they break the screen on my Galaxy S5 while changing the charging port it would be replaced for free. But when I called them they said if they broke the screen it would cost me an additional 165 dollars for that.

Broke my phone,, trust me go somewhere else
