I brought my laptop to your office with what I described to you as a possible setting issue. From your chair you said it sounds like malware and would have to keep it. Since you didnt bother to get out of your chair to look at it and didnt offer an estimated date or time I could expect it back I left. Excellent work on my Macbook Air. Mike fixed several broken keys of my MacBook Air, whereas I was told by another business I needed to replace the whole computer. Mike gave me a refund check of $40 when he didnt have to replace the whole keyboard like we thought originally needed to be done. He didnt have to do that, and I wouldnt have ever known.
