Ive been using CME since 2009. It started with a call about a crashed computer. They were therre that day with a temporary computer for us and took the crashed one to their office to repair it. We had it back the next day. Our next issue was a laptop I couldnt get into because of a forgotten password. I called and Danny Tehrani (the owner) was there within the hour. He smiled and said to give him about 10 minutes. He was true to his word and I had my laptop back within that time frame. Ive run into Danny at the grocery store and he always says hi and asks how things are going.Mike Schilpp has fixed computers at my office and at my home. He always gets right to work and takes care of the problem. I even had him come to the office of a previous company I worked for to work with our IT Department in Florida to get our branch up and running. The amount of money that he SAVED us in lost productivity cant be calculated.Ive been working with Luke Skinner for about the last year for any of my computer issues and he is AMAZING!! Im usually in panic mode and he always makes me feel like everything is going to be ok. He too gets right to work and takes care of the issues.Just so you know, Im not getting anything for this review. I just think we hear so many negative things today that when a company and their staff do things the right way, we need to let others know. The bottom line is that CME always takes care of my issues in a timely manner. Theyre extremely professional and dont end the call until they have made sure that Im completely satisfied.
