These guys are the BEST computer repair guys in the whole city. My laptop was particularly trouble some. After having to work on my laptop for hours and hours I assumed my bill would be several hundred dollars. To my delight it was only around 80.00. And my computer was completely fixed and restored to factory speeds and all my data restored. Please tell your friends. I have since brought my other lap top to be repaired. With the same AWESOME service.

Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and focused on what you actually need. No sales pitches. I often need just one special cable or other piece of hardware thats less than $5, and ordering online or driving to Wilsonville just doesnt make sense. Theyll special order anything I need, test it for defects at no extra charge, and make sure that Im getting the most out of my hardware. My father and I have been regular customers for over to a decade I think, its the best local option for computer parts.

Prices are only slightly higher than online. They always have what I need! The man working is always nice and fun to chat with. They open at 8am! What more could I ask for? I love to support local businesses.

I hate to do this since the owner is a nice guy, but I brought in my computer in the past because it turned off during gaming. Computer Mart reseated my heat sink and gave me the proper screws for the heat sink. When I picked up my computer it wouldnt boot up and flicker on and off which it didnt do before I turned it in. Computer Mart told me it was either the CPU processor or motherboard causing the issue and it wasnt the power supply (PSU) or GFX card which they claimed they tested . I went ahead and exchanged the both , as well had another tech rebuild my computer which lead to still having the same issue (not booting up). I come to find out it was the power supply that was bad which was the main reason for the shut offs during gaming , as well the not booting up issue. Im giving 2 stars because they did give me the proper screws for my heat sink and properly seated the heat sink for me ,but still I wasnt happy about the diagnoses which gave me a lot of hassle and work exchanging parts that were already good when it was just bad PSU all along.

Very honest and reliable people here. I took in a PC that had fire damage and they blew it out and cleaned it up for me at a price of $7.50. I am seriously considering them for a new custom PC rather than buying from a manufacture. I am sure they offer warranties for a custom pc as well.

Best deals in town, fast friendly service, 5% discount when you pay in cash...knowledgable and friendly...they have made a life long customer out of me after fixing 2 of my computers for a fair and reasonable price....they spent a week doing a lot of hard work recovering data from my hardrive, reinstalled windows 7 and made my computer run like new for only $85.00...Simply the best!

I installed new ram in my desktop and the monitor would not come on. I tried everything I could think of with no luck. When I called, he suggested a few items and I asked if I brought Tower in how much to tell me if it is fixable....nothing! Really, nothing? Yep! So I did and after checking several items hooking up his own equipment, bypassing this and that and still no luck we thot the motherboard was fried. Wait for it.... he tried one more thing and whala, it worked. Switched the ram around so it would work together, installed a new video card I brought in, tested everything, installed a registry cleaner and malware eliminator, downloaded new drivers from Nvidia for video card and installed them. When all said and done (about 1.5 hours later) I asked him how much I owed him and he says to me....$20! WHAT? I gave him the $30 bucks I had in my pocket and felt bad for not having more. Jim definitely went above and beyond as a business owner, obviously loves what he does and certainly takes care of his customers. In the future if I have ANY computer problems, Jim will be my first and last call. Dont even think about going to the big box stores until you have spoken to him first!!

I entered the store on foot and exchanged cash for the good I requested, which was the experience I expected.

I went in their once to buy some memory or see if they could order it it was a hundred dollars more than frys, another time I went in to see if they had any DVI cables ya you guessed it nope, I went in a third time to see if they could put windows 7 pro on my laptop, they did for 85.00 but nothing else worked on it afterwords not the blueray or the camera or the bluetooth or the keyboard light the touchpad kinda worked, I had to go to OHSU for a stemcell transplant when i got out and was feeling better i tryed to use f3 recovery and found out they had wiped that out in the process I went back and tryed to have them fix it, they said that I was over the 30 day warranty, they took it in and 2 days later they said it was fixed but still no f3 recovery program the the touchpad and bluetooth still dont work, dont make the same mistake i did.
