Dropped off my phone for a screen replacement. They ordered first screen and after a week it came in from their supplier damaged. Second screen was nearly another week and it worked sort of, but had touch issues with certain apps that I was having to work around - rebooting frequently. After 3 weeks the second screen failed completely. Now Ive just ordered a kit online and fixed it myself. A wasted $110 at PhoneStop.

Guys there are dam good at what they do. Went over the holiday weekend with a phone held together with bubble gum and scotch tape not really but my friends there stayed late fixed my phone. Phone looked and worked like it was brand new. Thank you again.

Had an ipad mini 2 that worked perfectly. Nothing was wrong with it other than the screen which was cracked and i wanted it replaced so i came here. Dropped it off and was informed it would be fixed in 2 days. Came to pick it up and everything seemed to be in good shape. When i got home i was taking a closer look at the work done on it and thought the glueing could have been done more nicely. The home button gets stuck every time we press on it because of the glue. Turned it on and noticed right away that a whole bunch of lines were appearing on the screen. LCD was broken. My brother called them up about it and they said i went in for a screen replacement and that’s what i got. He was told by Max if we wanted to come in to get the LCD replaced it would be $120 but i’d have to get the screen replaced again so it’d be $200 altogether. Was hoping for great service from this company since my brother’s been coming here for many of his phone repairs and recommended me to as well, but felt like they could have informed me about the LCD breaking (how can you NOT notice something like this during finished inspection?) and asked if i’d wanted to get it replaced along with my $90 screen they were already fixing so I wouldn’t have to waste time and more money. Also never was given a reciept when i paid for the repair. Only was given one when i dropped the ipad off.

I am very pleased with my experience at Phone Stop!! Huge shoutout to Ivan for his expertise and excellent customer service.The charging port, microphone ports, speaker, and other portions of my cell phone had become clogged up over time with lint, sand, and other small debris. I noticed that my microphone was not picking up sound as clearly/loudly as it once used to. I also noticed that the charging cables were not able to connect as reliably to the charging port and my ability to Fast Charge was diminishing. I did not want to clean out these ports myself and risk damaging my device... and I figured that there had to be a more professional way to get them cleaned up.I called up Phone Stop to see if they might be able to clean out the ports of my phone. I spoke with Ivan who said yes! He told me to bring my phone in and he would clean out the ports and let me know if there were any parts that were damaged and needed replacement.I brought the phone in later that afternoon. Right away, Ivan commented that he could see a lot of debris clogging up the ports. He took my phone into his work area for about 5 minutes and when he came back the ports were cleared up and good as new! He also inspected the ports and determined that there were no damaged components.Ivan cleared the debris out of my clogged up phone ports and completed a brief inspection with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Phone Stop.

Amazing service, fast, friendly, and overall great customer service. definitely recommended, i broke my iphone 8 plus front and back and it was repaired very quickly for so cheap. I asked the man at the front counter what his name was and he said his name was Evan, he was the only one in the store at the time very good job and i was told that he even reapplied new adhesive to try to make the phone water resistant again and i dropped my phone in a puddle on a rainy day when getting out of my car. still functions perfectly and again i definitely recommend this place. thank you! will definitely come back for you services again!

I have been in this store many times. Everything from replacing a screen cover to fixing my daughters cracked screen. They’ve always been friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Took in my iPhone XS Max to get my screen replaced. I was happy with service as they fixed it in an hour as they said. But after using it I noticed the screen looked a bit off. Went into display settings and noticed ‘True Tone’ was no longer available. Thought came to mind that maybe they replaced my screen with an LCD instead of an OLED. Well sure enough I tried some screen tests with all black images which an OLED screen should not omit light from. There is clear light coming from the screen. They replaced the screen with an LCD instead of an OLED.

Went in to get my battery replaced in my iPhone , had cash to pay for the repair , or I had a Samsung of equal value to trade for repair. Gave them the Samsung and my iPhone to start the repair and was told to come back in 20 min . When I came back in after 20 min and got my phone he asked for the receipt back ... that seems a little weird to me . Told me I was free to go , I asked for another receipt he printed out a whole new one even though we both got copies of the first one? When I turned on my phone it was at the same exact percentage and the battery still shows its shot and my percentage is still persistently dropping . I knew bettter than to leave but I kinda wanted to give the employee the benefit of the doubt . Not satisfied with their business whatsoever.

I really recommend this place to get your phone fixed. I literally went there for the first time and fixed the entrance of my iPhone where it charges and the guy took about 5 min and it was good to charge back to normal.

I needed my cell phones power port replaced called one place and they quoted me a high dollar amount and said it was only 50/50 chance it would work. At the phone stop they quoted me a fair price and told me the risk and what I’d get reimbursed if it didn’t work. I left the phone with them and within a matter of an hour they called back and said it was ready to go and is been working ever since, no problems, great service.

Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast! My screen was shattered, and I destroyed the home button when looking and poking around the broken screen before taking it in. It is an iPhone 6s. Near the end of the work day they greeted me, and even repaired everything and replaced my batter within one hour. So much better than I expected. The staff did such a great job we are taking my wife’s phone to them for repair tomorrow.

Just got my phone repaired here before I left on vacation. I was going to repair it myself but the part was 54.99 plus shipping. So I decided to do some price checking to have it done. This was the highest rated repair shop and I only paid 75.00 that’s with tax for a full screen repair! Bonus they were done in an hour! I got my phone back in one piece and they even charged it for me! Thank you!

First we were told 72hrs. After 72hrs and no word we called and they said they would get to it as soon as they could. No timeline. When were received the iPad it looked good as new. Unfortunately the touch screen is so off you can’t even type or close windows. The glass was broken but the touch screen was working fine before they did any work.Scott.UPDATE: Brought my iPad in with my receipt. They gladly looked it over and offered to put a new touch screen on it. They said they would have it done before close today. I received a phone call shortly after and they found that a connection needed soldering. They took care of it, still put on new glass. Easy to work with, grateful they took care of it. My original frustration ended up not being their fault it was a separate unknown issue with the iPad. Glad its good to go. Thank you very much.

This was the first result of a Google search for phone repairs, and so I went. My charging cable kept falling out of the port with the slightest movement, and my phones dash charging did not work any more. Took probably 6 hours for a full charge. Im very happy with the work that was done! The cable fits nice and tight and charges quick! It only took one hour from the time I went in for it to be fixed and I felt like the price was very good. Based on my experience Id highly suggest checking out PhoneStop for repairs. I know Ill be going back if I need anything else.

I went in with a water damaged phone and the guy told me up front the cost of everything. I paid $30 for the diagnostics for them to figure out what was wrong, but all the kid said when I went to pick my phone up was that they couldnt bring it back to life. Not much in the way of a diagnosis, but I guess a dead phone is a dead phone. It was ready for pick-up at the promised time which was a positive.So yeah, Im not sure I got what I paid for, but maybe there was just nothing to tell. Service was neither especially good nor bad. I do think the prices would theoretically be fair if they would have been able to do the repair. So yeah, middle of the road service gets a middle of the road review.

I broke my phone twice (I hit it with my backpack trying to get a bee and shattered the LCD screen and then dropped it accidentally on a rock and shattered all three screens) and they fixed it up very cheap and very fast both times. Im not for sure whats with all the bad reviews lately. I have been bringing my phones in here and my families phones here all the time. I even recommend this place to my friends. I have never had any problems with the staff being rude. I have never had a problem with the screen being fixed and not working afterwords. And even when something stopped working after they fixed it I brought it back and they took care of the issue.
