Was a touch spendy but it is mac so was expected. He took in my computer last minute and fixed what was wrong. Cant say that I have any complaints as the problem was resolved in a day. Most places said they couldnt even get me in for a week or more. Highly recommended.

Larry was VERY easy to work with. Responded quickly, was adding ram to my 21.5 inch imac, which requires some technical skill to take the screen off and computer apart. Dropped it off and picked it up same day, computer is running much better and the process was seamless. Highly recommend!

My dc jack wasnt working properly and I called for a quote to replace. They guy was friendly and told me he had the part in stock, gave me a good price, and also told me when he was busy and when I should bring it in so I wouldnt have to be without my computer as long. After he had looked at it, he called to tell me he didnt need to replace the part, he found a blockage and was able to just clean it and he didnt charge me unnecessarily! I appreciate the honest service!

MacOnly is the best place to go for Apple repairs. It’s pretty inexpensive with fast turnarounds. I’ve done 3 repairs here and all of them turned out great.

Larry is Awesome!!! Replaced the hard drive on my Mac and showed me how to recover my information (lucky for me I had done a backup the night before it died). He is through and very fair priced. I would recommend him to anyone who has a Mac and needs his help.

Larry said hed have it done Wednesday, then couldnt have it done until the following Monday. When I reminded him I had an online class, he told me to just come pick it up which I was happy to do. When I picked it up, he was just finishing repairing it! He hadnt called to say that he actually could repair it and would that be all right, he just went ahead and did it. When I protested that this wasnt what we had just agreed upon, he became belligerent and accusatory. I felt forced to pay over 200.00 for work I didnt authorize. When it was done, the wifi connectivity was less than it was before I brought it in. He gave it another try, couldnt improve it, and gave up. A nightmare. Not what I consider professional by a long shot.

Did a thorough job, and while I couldnt afford the repair, a second opinion gave the same estimate. Once I save up, will be back for one of the refurbished ones they had available. The prices and quality were much better than I found on Craigslist. I feel this place is fair and ethical.
