Jon is a fantastic tech. Ive used him a couple times when Ive had issues that were over my head. A great value and trusted source of CS knowledge. I own a Commercial Construction business and know that if I have any issues I can call Jon and get it taken care of seamlessly w/o effecting my business.

I looked at posted reviews before choosing Pacific NorthWest Computers. I needed the hard drive in my 4 year old Dell laptop replaced. I told Jon before it flashed a critical hard drive alert, everything had been loading very slowly, as in watching a laundromat dryer. I told him to save the data if possible and he was able to do that and installed a new hard drive. The problem became a lack of compatability with the new OS. He advised me that it would be cheaper for me to buy a new laptop. While disappointed as it held sentimental value I appreciated his honesty and keeping me in the loop as to how things were progressing.Honesty is a rare commodity and Jon is the owner/repair tech so hes hands on from the start. He could have strung me along, then hit me with a bill for something that might have lasted only a couple of months. He didnt do that. He doesnt make promises he cant keep. There it is again, honesty and integrity, the two reasons why Ill be return customer and why I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Computers.

I honestly cant say enough good things about Pacific Northwest Computers, and Jon in particular. He helped me out when my hard drive crashed and I lost all my work. He went above and beyond to do anything and everything he could for me. Hes responsive, professional, prettiest, and just an all-around good guy. When I was at my most frantic, he made sure to remind me he was going to do everything he could for me.I cant recommend him enough for you, your business, or your family computers.l

Jon rescued data from my failed hard drive that others couldnt revive. He also installed a new hard drive (based on his recommendations, Jon was very knowledgeable of current performance reliability of the major manufacturers), upgraded my operating system, and installed/customized my existing office license. When I went to pick my PC up (which was an incredibly fast turnaround!) he gave me a thorough demo of what I needed to know with the new operating system and answered all my questions. He gave me recommendations for back-up systems and included installation of antivirus/malware software with my new system set-up. Nice! His prices and service cant be beat, I will use Pacific Northwest Computers again in the future without hesitation.

I was just looking into a computer repair shop and they sounded like a good place to go to get my computer repaired. I still need to look further into what there rating is, before I can make a decision about whether I should try them out or not.

After talking to Jon at Pacific NW Computers about my complex computer problems, I felt confident that he could solve them and that proved true. He is very knowledgeable, fast and efficient and reasonably priced. You get your moneys worth! He kept his appointments and showed up on time. I liked that he would come to work on the computer, or if you prefer, he will take it to the shop. I am very happy with the results. PNW Computers offers great service with a sharp staff! All my computer work has been top notch and done on time and within budget. They even recommended specific modifications to my system which provided me a greater range of expansion, less money ion the long run and better performance! I love these guys.

These guys are the best!! First of all, Ive worked in the IT field for over 12 years. At Pacific Northwest Computers, I found integrity, diligence, excellent friendly customer service, and the highly skilled staff needed to run an IT consulting company the way it should be. I requested they perform a soldering job to replace my power jack. As it turns out, I chose the one computer from Asus that is nearly impossible to find a power jack for. The only reason I have a working computer today is because I received tons of help locating an alternative solution which required modifying my power adapter. These guys will do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is satisfied and your issues get resolved. I will recommend them to my family and friends as someone who is competent and can be trusted!

Jon is absolutely AMAZING! My old laptop, for lack of better words, was a paper weight. He did a diagnostic on it.. well.. needless to say, I have a new laptop now. Tried to fix it, told me what would possibly fix it. He was very honest that with how old it was, it wasnt worth it. Once I received my new laptop, I took it to him to install everything I needed. And uninstall everything I didnt need that Toshiba put on it. With his help, now I no longer want to put my fist through the screen! Lol. Highly recommend them! Knows what theyre doing. And in a timely manner verses a large computer repair business.

We called Jon in desperation & on a deadline. He made time to switch over all of the info on our dying computer to a new one. Being not too tech savvy, he is endlessly patient with all of my questions & has provided many helpful options & suggestions.When our business system was experiencing problems & our regular guy was too busy, even though the system was not his area, Jon took care of that too. Hes become our go-to computer guru. Hes also lightning fast, I might add. We feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon him.

Pacific NorthWest Computers, 1104 W. 39th St, Vancouver, WA 98660, recently restored my very sick computer. It had been infected with one of several viruses which froze the screen. Had to force a shutdown and it would not turn back on. Of all computer repair services available, was incredibly blessed to choose PNC. Very professional. Very knowledgable. Jon fixed it promptly and explained exactly what had cause the problem and what hed done to repair it. Later, I called him several times with questions. He was patient, listened, and went out of his way to confirm my questions had been answered. Wonderful place, wonderful service. Great person to fix whatever needs fixing. Thank you PNC.

You guys removed a virus from my computer a while back, and it has been working great ever since!

I moved to Portland from Eugene, and had my computer boxed up... It must of fallen in the move because when I got here, my computer was totally not operable... I had several people look at it, and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. I brought it to PNWC and within 48 hours, Jon had diagnosed the issue- and was working on fixing it. It was a really difficult job, but it got done- and I didnt loose any data! I always recommend PNWC to all my friends and co workers. I didnt get any weird charges, and Jon was very honest with me. Very satisfied customer!

I had a PC custom built by Jon over 5 years ago and its still going strong. The latest task he took on was to replace my Acer Aspire Ones 1GB RAM with 2GB RAM. After seeing the process on YouTube I saw how big a chore it would be, risking the other hardware in my Netbook. I shipped it to PNW Computers and Jon did the job, cleaned it thoroughly, and did a tune-up. It was back in my hands in a week! It was really slow when I sent it to Jon, but its a blazing machine now! Im thrilled! Jon is honest an his charges are the fairest for the excellent quality he provides. He can do alot remotely, as well!
