June 28,2021. Third day of massive heat wave. Expected 116 degrees today. A/C crashed yesterday on Sunday. I was 99% sure it was the capacitor. It was bulging. I called all morning. No emergency repair appointments for at least a week. Some were scheduling out even longer. None of the many HVAC suppliers or repair and installation businesses would sell me a capacitor. All I needed was this one part to get my a/c working. Someone recommended TriTech. I called and the receptionist said 4 other calls were on hold and the gentleman who did parts had 80 people on his call back list. I said all I want to know is if you will sell parts to the general public. She said yes. I said I will be there in 20 minutes. I brought the bad capacitor with me. They matched it up and now my a/c is back up an running. Everyone was super nice. While I was in the lobby waiting, I saw a little bit of the interactions between the employees. They seemed to be super nice to each other too! Even with all the chaos of all the desperate people calling for help they did it with a smile.

They replaced my ancient unit last year. They were quick and gave me a lot of options. They also made sure I knew how to get rebates from the utility company. And since it’s been a year, they called to set up a free maintenance. The tech that came out also showed me where to get the best deals on new filters.

During the 115 degree weather, our AC went out and I needed to replace the capacitor. I couldnt get through on the phone so I went directly to their shop and showed them the busted capacitor. They didnt have the part in stock so I bought one that would make do and also back ordered the correct part. When I finally received the capacitor, it was .5 inches larger than my current. I tried to take it back but they refused and said if they had a tech out to my place, THEY would have made it fit. Lost my business~

My wife and I were having some trouble with our fireplace in our Vancouver house and these guys were a top notch service. They were very professional and courteous of our space. Pretty much all expectations were laid out for us, and the quotes were not too steep. They did miss mentioning how hard cleaning the fan would be, so I ended up calling and asking why it hadn’t been cleaned. Crew, led by Bob, did a great install of a six-head ductless heat pump with wall thermostats in our 1970s vintage house. They accepted and followed my requests for a somewhat non-standard install including a high wall mount for the outdoor unit (we have a bad leaf problem.) The work was well done and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

They were able to quickly schedule an appointment, the tech was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly repair our problem and get our gas fireplace working again. This is the second time weve had them out for repairs and our experience both times was very positive. It is so wonderful to have such great customer service. They informed me of my options were quick to give me an appointment, were on time, did what I wanted, which involved my natural gas line. Jason was wonderful, he made sure everything was back up and running after he was done with my repair.

Great local company to do business with. Their estimator was the most knowledgeable out of the 5 or 6 companies were took bids from. You could tell hed been doing this for a while and knew his product. While they were not the cheapest bid, they were no where near the most expensive. They replaced the heat pump, heat exchanger in the garage and put a couple dampers in the duct work to give us two zones. They added a thermostat upstairs and relocated the down stairs one. The guys were out here for 3 days to complete the job. Were extremely happy with the purchase and the work they did.

Company was very professional and helpful. When they came out to give bid he was very courteous and answered all my question. He even answered questions I did not know to ask. Office support is very responsive to inquiries and getting all permits required. Install team was on time, respectful and helpful. I was not sure where to install the system and they walked thorough everything with me answering all my questions. Jason from Tri Tech Heating installed a natural gas heater for us, using a heater we bought and fittings he had to shop for. None of the fittings I bought matched the heater and gas outlet, so Jason had to go shop for the correct fittings, which he found. He connected the heater easily once he had the correct fittings, and the heater worked perfectly. Jason explained the correct way to operate the heater and ventilate the room. He did a previous job for us in a professional and helpful way as well. We highly recommend him and Tri Tech heating.

Called for a service repair and sadly my system of 15 years was beyond repair. Was put in contact with a installation expert who came that afternoon and did a survey of my situation and went back to shop and e mailed me back several options for a replacement system that fit my budget and would handle my heating and cooling needs. I chose one of the options offered after careful research online over the weekend and let them know my choice of the options available. The installation crew removed my old units and replaced with new equipment over two day period. They were very professional and treated me and my house with respect and cant say enough how they answered any questions and did a A-1 installation. All 3 guys. Josh, John and Matt did a great clean job. Ray my heating expert came by and checked out how I and my wife were doing during the cold snap and with my new unit in place have a nice and efficient warm home.

The technician was going to be early and so he called ahead. He was very pleasant. He seemed efficient and when he didnt have a filter to fit the air handler, he made a commitment to get one to us in the next week or so. He cleaned everything up well. I first worked with Tri Tech Heating in 2016 when they installed a ductless heating system in my condo. They were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Tri Tech did a great job with the installation and the yearly service. When I bought my house in 2019 I called them them and they installed another great ductless heating system in my new house. We had 2 different companies come out and quote to install AC to our current HVAC unit and Tri-Tech was by far the best! They beat their competitors in priceand customer service. The Tri-Tech sales person that came out to provide the quote was very thorough, polite, answered all my questions and was in and out within 40 minutes for the whole procees. One of the other companies took over 2 HOURS and was so pushy trying to get the sale. The office staff did a great job communicating every detail of the process and we were able to get the install done within 2 weeks. I definitely recommend Tri-Tech, they did a top notch job!

Tri-tech was super to work with from start to finish. I already had a gas furnace and wanted the line extended to my hot water heater, clothes dryer and fireplace. The gas company told us our supply pipe was corroded and in danger of failure and needed replacing immediately or they would be shutting off our gas. Technician called ahead and was right on time in the window they scheduled. He was very thorough in diagnosing our HVAC icing up and didnt mind answering a bunch of questions I had regarding our setup, making changes, and best practices. I especially appreciate the if this were my house, this is what I would do vs this advice. Prices were very reasonable and I would call Tri-Tech again without hesitation if I needed them.

We added a gas stove to our kitchen and Tri-Tech add a gas line and connected the stove. They were very responsive in working with me to get the work done in conjunction with the delivery of the new stove. I was very appreciative of their work.

Tom was amazing !After calling around town all day long looking for someone to fix our natural gas pipe and being turned down by every business because they were booked out 1 month+! I called Tri-Tech and they put me in touch with Tom , he didn’t have availability for a while either but said they could do an emergency call and get it taken care of if needed. I informed him my dad was going to look and see if it was a simple fix that he could take care of and that I would I call them back as soon as I knew if we could handle the repair ourselves. He told me I could have my dad call him if he needed assistance or had any questions over the phone , which was so nice to hear that he cared more about helping us then making money off of us. If that wasn’t enough he went out of his way to stop by on his way home from work and check in with us , my dad had a couple questions that he answered quickly for us and it was such a thoughtful gesture! I was extremely stressed as I am having a baby in 3 days and the timing couldn’t of been worse for this to break but he really made it known that he cares about not just the business but the people he is helping. We will use Tri-tech for any and all future services!

Friendly service, always on time, they call yearly to set appointments for heating and air conditioning which is fantastic since I never remember. Very efficient and always take the time to answer all questions.

Worthless technician was unable to troubleshoot problem. Charged me $32 for a .80 cent fuse. Then said my capacitor was bad. Replaced with a $105 plus $99 service fee for a Chinese made unit that was worth $5.00. It wasn’t even the problem. A technician from another company helped me over the phone for FREE, The new capacitor lasted 2 years and they would not replace it for free. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! They are a total ripoff!

We did tons of searching to find the right company taking into account price, options, quality of materials, and overall “feel” of the companies. At the end of the day, Tri-tech Had the best combination of the above and now, as we sit here in our home with brand new AC I couldn’t be happier that we chose them. The install team, the office, and everyone in between were great to work with. The team was on time every day and left the house clean and vacuumed every day as well. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

I called Tri-Tech to inspect a gas fireplace in a home I recently purchased. The technician was incredibly thorough and discovered some key issues with the system that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. His explanations were clear and overall the response from the company was highly ethical.

I am very happy with my heating and cooling system. Tri-Tech is great. Our system performs super and it has been since July of 2016 when they installed it. I have had zero problems but know that if I need anything Tri-Tech is here.

New tankless water heater: Mason and Chris were very knowledgeable and polite. They confirmed my preferences many times during the install. They were on time, or ahead of schedule both days. They proved the inspector wrong by knowing the specs. The priced competitively and were very friendly over the phone (Kim). Best of all, everything works! I will have them back to put in a new furnace and recommend them to others.

Gas lines installed 25 years ago when the house was built were leaking under a concrete pad. An entirely new pathway had to be installed from the meter.Ray came right out, suggested a new pathway, sent a reasonable bid within hours.The following week Joshua and John came out and performed an excellent professional very high quality installation of a new gas pipe pathway. They worked carefully and continually. Tri tec handled all the NW Natural permits and testing. Great 👍 work!

How weird to ask for an estimate, have them come out, and then never contact you with an estimate. I gave them 3 stars. I cant say anything about their work, but their customer service is sorely lacking.

Bleeding the furnace gas line outside a retail plaza without notifying the tenants during operating hours can cause unnecessary alarm. Perhaps a policy of communicating with occupants will avoid a call to the guy in the photo.

Had alert code on Rinnai tankless water heater. Tech appeared the next afternoon at the appointed time in a nifty van full of useful equipment. Explained typical cause of problem, proceeded with maintenance, and resolved problem. Answered all of my how-does-it-work and what-does-it-mean questions with great patience. I recommend!

Tri Tech Zac was our technician he should up on time, was very polite, friendly. He basically checked over our furnace to ensure all was well with our unit mechanically. He subsequently provided recommendations for future possible maintenance/replacement parts in the future. We will see him in next furnace inspection in six months and possible upgraded. Our unit is 26yrs old, so may require a little TLC to keep it running smooth. Highly recommend Tri Tech Heating Inc.

After a whole day without any response from the 1st company I called and within a very short time a technician from Tri-Tech called me and showed up within a little over an hour and fixed my unit. I then signed up for their maintenance program that includes twice a year service and discounted service calls. I am very happy with the service received. Tom did a great job.

I had been gone several months, and came home to furnace running and a hot house (it was set very low). I called Tri-Tech, and they got someone out here within a few days. The tech figured out the problem quickly, and replaced the needed shorted out/worn out parts. I no longer have heat blasting. Price was very reasonable. My system is old, and often that can increase the cost of repairs.

Extremely professional and accommodating. Zach found an unexpected problem and was eager to return to the shop, then return back to my residence to fix what was wrong.
