In Dec. I had them come and check my ductless unit because it was not heating properly. Repairman David came and checked both the inside and outside unit. He said he patched the outside unit and hoped it would hold until nicer weather. He said someone from the office would call and schedule the repair. No one called. I woke up July21 to find a piece of the inside unit covering on the floor. Repairman David came out again and took pictures of the inside unit and worked on the outside unit. He told me the piece broke because the cover was stressed. I knew it was stressed and has been stressed ever since it was installed. In Dec when I had yearly maintenance done Richard work for 30 minutes or more to get the cover back on and couldnt so he called an installer to come out and do it. This unit is only 2 years old and I have had nothing but problems with it. I feel it was installed incorrectly and needs to taken down and replaced with as new unit that is installed correctly.

I have the maintenance contract with Advanced Air and they found that the compressor on my 12 year old unit is starting to fail which means I needed a new heat pump and coil. They sent their estimator who determined the three best choices for me and gave me suggestions. I chose what works best for me which included financing 48 months at 0%! Free money! But what really made me happy about my choice to go with Advanced Air was the work done by the 3 installers. Absolutely perfect. They pulled the old poorly insulated refrigerant lines and sloppy electrical conduit and did an outstanding, professional job of running new lines in a paintable housing that looks great. They also patched up holes left by the old work which was a big deal to me. All their work looks clean and professional. No regrets going with them.

Rich provided an advanced call before arriving, preformed the preventive maintiance and replaced things as they were. Very satisfied with the service.

Love this company and their employees. They installed our air handler and heat pump in 2014 and its been reliable and efficient. We recently had it maintenanced and they were wonderful to work with and even replaced a capacitor that wasnt up to manufacturers standards and it was under warranty still. On the maintenance plan, the HVAC system works when it’s supposed to when the seasons change, which is wonderful! They send a reminder card letting you know when you’re due for another maintenance, repeatedly since you’ve already paid for it in advance. When I call in over the past 3 years that I’ve been a customer, someone always professionally answers the phone and I get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. I like that when the technician comes I always get the same person and not a new person. I feel more comfortable wandering off to do other things because it’s someone I recognize. Richard is prompt, professional, and will provide answers in an easy to understand way. Also the plan pricing is good, there maybe other places that offer plans that are cheaper but the reviews are spotty and you might get what you pay for. I’m willing to pay more to make sure my HVAC works when it’s supposed to. Overall I’m very pleased with this business... I wish they did chimneys too.

We had a technician from Advanced Air Systems come out to clean and show us how the gas fireplace worked in the home we recently moved into. Turns out it isnt a true gas fireplace, but a wood fireplace outfitted with a gas burning log set. He got it all cleaned up and showed us how to work it. We got our moneys worth and peace of mind that we werent going to blow up our house. 🙂

Advanced Air Systems were able to come out promptly and diagnose my old AC system that was malfunctioning and leaking refrigerant. They provided meaningful information and several options. I decided to upgrade to a new system and they were able to get it installed on short notice during a busy summer heat streak. Installation is clean and professional. AC is ice cold. Would highly recommend and do business with this local company again.

This is the second time I have had Advance Air tune up my HVAC systems. My furnace last winter and my AC last week. They have been excellent both times. When they tuned up the furnace, they recommended igniter and inducer draft assembly repair, but no pressure to do now. Just said it should be done sometime in the fall. Very honest and straightforward to work with.

Although he did not have the parts to fix my equipment on the spot, he said that he would order the parts and scheduled them to be installed the following day.

We just had AIS install a new ductless heat pump and are very happy with the whole process. They were very reasonably priced, and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Also the installers were friendly and our house was as clean when they left as when they got there. I already have recommended them to a neighbor.

When we think we have a problem with our heat pump, Advanced Air shows up quickly and resolvers the issue. In the latest case it was the need to reset the controller by toggling power at the breaker box. They taught something new so we can fix it next time. Great team of technicians!

This company repaired my parents furnace last year when it went on the fritz. They did a good job, but when their furnace went out last night, they called this company again but were told an appointment wasnt available until Monday, almost a week out. This left my mother in tears and my father upset enough to call me. I called the company and spoke with a VERY NICE gal, even though I was super angry and unpleasant. She maintained complete professionalism and really listened when I explained my father is elderly and unhealthy. Being without heat for almost a week is not an option. She told me she would make some calls and see if a technician was available today. She called me back within 10-minutes and told me someone was on their way NOW. Jake came out and was super nice, informative, and easy to deal with. He was super patient and laid everything out for my Mother. Thank you so much for not only dealing with an unhappy customer, but making it such a positive and AWESOME experience. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone.

Richard just finished my maintenance this month. He is very professional and prompt. Advance Air installed my High Efficiency Heat Pump in 2011. They have done a great job. I purchased an extended warranty and well worth the cost for this service. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had Advanced Air Systems come out in the hot weather when our air conditioning unit was not working properly. The office staff worked diligently to get someone out as quickly as possible. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and offered sound advice. He restored our unit to working order. I recommend them highly. We will be using their services again to replace our AC unit.

We hired Advanced Air to replace our undependable AireFlow (Lennox budget) furnace with an Ameristar (American Standard-Trane budget) furnace.After having the furnace’s circuit board fail in 2015, we hired Advanced Air to make the repairs and we began having them make semi-annual HVAC inspections. In the past 5 years, the furnace has had to be repaired four times. All were component failures.During the same 5 years, the air conditioner. (Amana) had two component failures and had leaked most of its obsolete (R22) refrigerant.My wife & I were pleased with how smoothly the removal of the old and the installation of the new equipment went. With the furnace located in the attic, so it was not an easy job :)

The technician David came out and tested the system and found that there was air in it. He had to reschedule to come back and completely evacuate the system and recharge it. It took several hours and he worked into the early evening. But he was good at doing what was needed and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely use them again.

They are clean, respectful and you never have to wonder if youre getting cheated. Weve purchased the yearly maintenance agreement so we know that our furnace and air conditioner will be ready for each season. I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I have been customers of Advanced Air Systems since 2003. For 16 years they kept our antiquated HVAC system functional. When it gave up the ghost in 2019, we had to made a decision about a new heat pump and air handler. Not as minor investment. Because of that, we met with representatives from about 5 major HVAC businesses in Clark County. We did this, not because we were dissatisfied with the service we’d received for 16 years from Advanced Air Systems, but because we wanted to be conscientious in our decision, while being fair to Advanced. In the end, we decided to stay with Advanced Air. Why? 1) They had proven their quality service to us over a long period of time. There was every reason to expect we could rely on them to continue to deliver that service. 2) They carry and install quality, brand name equipment. 3). Every single one of their service technicians is competent and professional. 4). Everyone in the business is great to work with, including managers, business office personnel and field service technicians. So, essentially it comes down to quality equipment and professional service. We have had our new HVAC system for about 9 months now, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay with Advanced Air Systems. They more than earned our trust.

The technician, Richard, was very professional, prompt, and advised us of a part failure on our heat pump. He gave us all of our options and explained in detail the importance of that part and the consequences if it continued to degrade. We are extremely confident in his technical knowledge and proficiency and he was respectful of our home. With technicians like Richard, we give Advanced Air Systems a very high rating and have had a great overall experience with them.

So my neighbor was a customer and Rich was working on his system. As fate would have it my AC died on the hottest day of the year. So I ask Rich if he would have a few minutes to look at it.He was very gracious and checked it out. Found the problem, repaired it and serviced my unit. I am now a very happy customer and signed up for their preventative maintenance plan.

I was so excited to get one of their units. When I called and asked questions I had them answered. I have recommended this company to two of my friends. Had I known the maintenance was going to be so hard I would have never gotten this. Every two weeks I have to drag a ladder in and do what they ask. It wouldnt be bad but it is up next to the ceiling and not easy to do. Not to mention the only cool/warm areas are the living room and kitchen. My room at the end of a rather short hall is just as hot as ever, I still have fans all over. UPDATE: I wrote a note to Advanced Air Systems. They answered within 1/2 hour and sent a Technician right over to help me. He explained the unit to me so I could use it correctly, gave me a few more tips and all is well. What a relief to be helped so quickly and so well.

Overall these folks are great!We have a furnace that they have installed and maintained for almost 20 years. We went back and had them install our airconditiomer that is so much more enjoyable amd efficient than what we had installed years ago. Do not hire Advanced Air Systems to install your ductless heating and air. It has taken almost 10 months to resolve a very straightforward problem with this company: two defective systems that made a clattering/ticking sound. Had Advanced Air, and in particular, Cathy Rutherford, acted professionally, and worked on my behalf, their customer, and my best interest, this problem couldve been solved within a few weeks of getting installed in August of 2018. It has been almost 10 months trying to fix this very irritating and annoying rattling sound emanating from their defective machines.I work 30 minutes out of Vancouver, and the earliest I can be home is by 4:00 pm. But Cathy Rutherford was unwilling to pay overtime for a staff member to come out past five. She told me it would be a burden for her workers to work past 5:00 pm. This confused me because they installed the system on a Saturday.So instead Advanced Air taking care of their customer, I was forced to give up my holidays, which fell on weekdays, to try over and over, with no success, to fix these two units. For almost 10 months!I contacted the Department of Labor, and they STRONGLY does not recommend that you leave keys for any contractor or vendor to come into your house when you were not there. I told Cathy Rutherford in Advance Air, including the owner, I was unwilling to have someone there when I wasnt there. And they still refused to work with my schedule.The bottom line? DO NOT HIRE Advanced Air Systems. Because their Bottom Line (making money) is more important than their customer service and to ensure that we are satisfied with their work and product. They were more than happy to take my $9000, and completely unwilling to work around my schedule just so they wouldn’t have to pay their workers overtime.
