I purchased two boxes online. Came into the store to grab them after my pick up time. There was a couple in the store saying they hadnt seen someone who works there yet and had been looking for 10 minutes. I went outside and saw a woman by a truck. She came in to tend to the couple, pulled up their order and said their order was way too much and that she will need time to get to it. She was quite rude to them. Then she walked out of the store and didnt interact with me at all. So I picked up the two boxes that I had ordered and tried to call the store. She heard the phone and came back in the store. I asked if I could just grab these two boxes I ordered and she processed my order. The couple in front of me were still stuck waiting on her.

The staff was very helpful today as we were trying to figure out if we could use a trailer on our vehicle.

When I picked up the 26’ Uhaul truck the mileage was wrong on the paperwork. I went back in and let them know and they changed the mileage on my paperwork and told a manager. When I returned the truck I gave them the paperwork to show that the mileage was wrong. They charged my account 3 different times with various amounts that were all wrong, when they should only charged us once for the right amount. I called them 3 times and reminded them the mileage was wrong and what it was that we should have been charged for. They assured me that they had it right and would be no problems. After all the charges I called again and talked to someone who was not there when everything took place. He informed me that there was some confusion on what needed to be the charged amount. I think it is ridiculous that they just decide to charge us 3 times because they did not know what the amount should be. I had customer service mark down my number if there was any questions on my situation. They called and again assured it was right, which it was not. After that they then told me that they canceled the previous charges and charged our account again for the right amount and it would be 2-3 business days before they would come off of my account. Again I feel that it is RIDICULOUS that they are able to just keep charging my account whatever they feel is right multiple times when most were wrong. I will never rent a truck or storage space or anything for that matter from Uhaul because of the HORRIBLE experience that I received from a simple 24 hour rental of a truck.

Got a Uhaul truck here. It was clean and in good shape. The check in and return process were both easy.

Usually pretty busy but great employees who let you know they havnt forgotten about you. I go here for my propane refills would recommend!

Employees are rude and do not help and you stand around waiting forever. They do not answer questions either.

This place, at least 5 years ago WAS top notch! No longer. Poor management; customer-unfriendly. There are plenty of other storage places to use in Toledo Metro....I suggest you go somewhere better.

Great experience, vey good customer service & im big on customer service because I work in it. Read the reviews prior & was apprehensive but thats why you cant trust all reviews. No parking lot problems. I was late & was still about to get the truck I reserved

I pulled up to the propane tank to get a refill. There were two employees outside smoking. I went inside and the store was empty so I went back to my truck. The employees smoking looked right at me and just stood there. I’m all for a smoke break but to just look at me and continue carrying on is unprofessional.

The manager is the best over there and he will do what he can too make you happy!

There was only one guy working there I was there 2 different times during the day-to get propane and waited almost a 1/2 hour the 1st time the 2nd time it was more like 45 minutes. They need to staff this place

Willing to do what it takes to get your rental. The staff is very friendly.

Poor customer service on check in and check. Poor maintenance of the vehicles and will try to charge you for them not doing there job of cleaning the truck and checking the mileage. Check your credit card statement for extra charges from this location.
