Great . I have a one bedroom the apartments are small but nice. I have a washer and dryer in my closet thats always a plus. Great management staff and overall great place. sometimes there is a little noise but if you let management know they will handle it. I am a college student and its great on my pockets and area.

As for a place to live its ok I guess. Lived there for about 3 years. The price at the time was in my budget but once youre off the lease your price will go up. At the moment Im moving because for a few bucks more I can get more room somewhere else. The people I guess are nice. I usually just kept to myself. Safety..... Well let me tell you about My experience. Literally the first or second month I was there my car battery was stolen. Since then they installed security cameras and have security patrols. Still dont know how well they work. Because few months before December 2015 there was shots fired right outside my apartment, and on November 5 if that year a maintenance for an apartment complex just next door was killed trying to stop a guy from stealing his car. Now personally I grow up around that stuff so Im kinda uses to it I guess, but take heed.

Best apartments Ive stayed in so far besides Maple Creek and Wynhaven. Ive been here going on 3 years.

I liked my experience here. They were nice and fast on repairs.

I lost my job and could no longer stay, so I applied for low income housing and Danielle at Parkside wrote a bad report about my past stay and ruined my way of living any where. She is fake and a liar. Dont rent from here. They raise their rent every year. Not worth $600 for a two bedroom.

Over-all a fair experience, not too expensive or too shabby, but not clear at all on PET POLICIES and Written contracts seem to contradict each other as I have a lease that states one pet but a Verification form that says 2 are permitted. Over all just mixed signals and the manager is very unprofessional

The price is one of the cheapest in the area and more professional than Swan park.

Grate place to live quite friendly staff.. over all safe place to live
