A Smile and Being Organized Helped So Much in Understanding the Lease Changes that were needed. This place is Truly a nice place and so Caring even to Animals.Caleb is a Fantastic Young Man. ¤ Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, no major annoyances so far 🤞🏻¤ Hallways could be better maintained, but they are vacuumed frequently.¤ There is only one washer and dryer per building, first come first serve, which can be a pain.¤ Its close to a lot of food places and the interstate.¤ Vehicle damage on property is all on you- they are not responsible & no cameras to find the culprit(s)-- Good luck.¤ The office staff is friendly and emailing is the most used communication to keep everyone updated.¤ Parking could be more organized, but its not overflowing.Overall its a decent place to call home.

There Is A Major Rodent Issue In Our Building, Nothing Seems To Be Done About It.

Bed bugs and other bugs since move in. Multiple treatments by pest control and nothing is working. Contacted the office multiple times and get told they will reach out to property manager. Their solution is to spray some more. I threw out all my furniture and beds and bought new and still have problems!! If this isnt fixed Im going to have to hire someone to fight to keep my rent money. My kids are miserable!!! Its ridiculous

The office manager was nice. She seems to go out of her way for the tenants to help them. Friendly atmosphere and good location.

I’m usually very nonchalant but this place has made me bitter since we’ve move here. The closet doors come off the hinges 247. Maintenance is constantly turning the water off without warning. One time i was In the middle of a shower and the water just shut off. When I called the office she said it would be back on very shortly but wasnt turned back on for over an hour. My mom is handicap and had to ask for almost a year for a rail to be put up before one actually got put up. My mom still has blue specks of paint on her car from when they painted the pool. My mom had talked to the prior office manager about the paint on her car and when they went through management changes the new office manager said there was nothing she could do cause it happened months ago. They turned the water off when I was in the shower again today 11/6/19 and when I called the lady in the office hung up on me

In all fairness, I dont live here - living here might be a lovely experience. But I had an appointment with them today in order to POSSIBLY live here. I was called an hour before my appointment and told they had to cancel - no explanation beyond that. Katie asked if I could come back next week and I said no - I have two jobs and I told her I took the day off today specifically for looking at apartments. Also, I currently live in Bowling Green, so its an hour round-trip to get up there. I asked if she could see me Saturday and she flatly informed me that she doesnt work weekends. There wasnt much in the way of an apology, either. What can I say but, Next?

It seems like things are turning around for the better. There is a new person in the office that is very kind and helpful. Many concerns are now being fixed that were getting ignored.

Moved in a little over a year ago.. The first thing i liked was the small complex. Friendly community, love having bbq gathering with the complex and management is friendly..

Since the new management took over its been great. The office staff is super friendly.

Just moved in and can’t wait to move out. Patio is collapsing, counter top still not fixed correctly, inconsiderate people living on property. They blame their unorganized management on the fact that they were just bought by some big company but honestly I don’t buy it. The maintenance staff and property manager are nice and good people but some where in upper management is lacking. Oh and if you need to do laundry in Saturday’s you’ll have to drive to s different property to load your wash card. Only one of the two boilers work in the complex causing us to lack on heat and hot water. This place would get zero stars if I could rate them at zero highly recommend not leasing here. Staff is very un professional.

I toured the apartments and I really liked them. The staff is very friendly and it looks like a great place to live.

Ghet-toe. Get-oh. GHETTO. However you want to say it, this place is disgusting. The entrance to one of the buildings hasn’t had a proper working lock in months and the hallway carpets look and smell like a pay-by-the-hour motel. Management is completely absent at all times except to leave a quick note at your door before they scurry away. A recent note stated that they blocked off a section of the resident lot to install pods and that if your car was parked on either side, it has already been towed and that you will need to retrieve it at your own expense. There was no warning whatsoever, so if your car is gone, you’re out a few hundred bucks due to their negligence. If you’re living in this century, you probably like to pay your rent online. For this absolute luxury of paying your bills, you should be warned that despite having a roommate (if relevant), only one card can be used to pay online. This is a move by the new management, so things here have gone from bad to just absolutely depressing. Despite this being “pet friendly”, it took years of complaints for them to install dog wastebins and bags. Oh, but don’t get too excited because they have not refilled the dog bag dispenser since its inception. Eugh. Speaking of other luxuries, there’s no W/D in your unit but there is one in each building. That’s right! One washer. One dryer. For. An. Entire. Building. Don’t worry about even using the laundry room though, because the people in the office are never there to help you reload the laundry card. You could always use the machine, after all it’s been a few months since someone broke into it. Speaking of crime, you’ll have plenty of entertainment here. Between drunken bro brawl fights at Andrea’s, cars constantly crashing into one another on the main road, the lack of security in the child-sized pool area, and the stabbing next door at Winter Haven, you will never be bored here at Abbey Run. Just to note - I’ve witnessed all of these horrors via visiting my boyfriend. I can only imagine how many more stories I’d have if I ever did live in this dumpster.

I dont reccomend living here. There are some nice advantages of living here but the bad outweigh the good.

Had fles when I moved in but made me sign a paper saying it was inspected for bugs when clearly it wasnt I just picked 15 fles off me
