Great apartments with even better staff! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and never makes you feel like you’re a bother. Maintenance team is amazing and truly fixes things! They come immediately after you call for them instead of making you wait weeks like other apartments. Grounds are always maintained and kept looking as nice as possible! They have pest control that comes often to check in and make sure things are good which isn’t something you find often at all. Overall a quality place to live.

I’ve lived at Miracle Manor for 7 years. I cannot say enough about the office staff both Stephanie and Julie are ALWAYS readily available to assist with any questions and or concerns. Chuck who is the Supervisor for maintenance has come to my rescue in time of need on a couple of occasions and always arrives with a steady smile. Miracle Manor is a great place to live.

I just want to say that this property is real nice and kept up with and the staff are all incredibly AMAZING and go above and beyond to help their tenants. I would recommend people to stay here! ❤️

I absolutely love my apartment layout, the location is perfect! Management and maintenance are always helpful and pleasant. Being a pet friendly community is an added bonus.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for around 6 1/2 years now and plan to for many more, goodness willing. I’ve never had any major incidents and the few times I’ve had either a leaking sink or a backed up toilet or bath tub, the issue was always resolved in less than a day. I know other people have issues at many other apartment complexes, but I seem to have gotten lucky here. Hallways are clean, little to no noise, good parking, lines of communication always open, all very nice, all very friendly and neighbors who look out for each other. I really can’t recommend this complex higher.

The office staff is amazing! They were able to point me in the right direction, and find the home i’ve been needing! The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful!

I have happily been living here for a decade because of the way Miracle Manor is run. From the Office Staff to the Maintenance Staff I could not wish for more caring or efficient service to their residents. They try so hard to accommodate our requests and get them done unbelievably quickly. They have kept us informed constantly with any updates during Covid -19 which is comforting.When I had a problem with our door lock they were on it immediately-within minutes!!!!I have been so happy here because Stephanie and her staff really treat the residents like family. I am proud to be living at Miracle Manor!!

This was my college apartment. I moved out in July (2020) after 2 years mainly because my roommate and I no longer wanted to live together. We picked it bc I have a lab and this was one of the few cheap places that allowed bigger dogs. I got my secruity deposit back and if I decide to stay in Toledo Im considering moving back. I go into detail below but this was pretty nice place for me and my needs, I recommend it.Pros:-its enclosed so walking the dog was super nice.-the maintenance guys were really nice and gave my pup treats when we went by-cheap, the bedrooms are a nice size for what youre paying.-the fake kitchen window was nice for a tension rod and hanging pots and pans so that cleared so cupboard space and made the kitchen seem bigger? Kinda.-CLOSETS. omg there were so many closets and I didnt appreciate it enough. A coat closet, 3 closets in the hallway, and (of, course) a closet in each bedroom.-same line of thought: the storage unit was great. That wasnt something we knew about before moving in and it was a great surprise.-the office people were nice but disorganized(?). Information tended to change a bit depending on which person was working when you came in.-location/more so whats located around it: Speedway, dollar tree, huntington bank, miracle mile shopping plaza, auto shops, and the ice cream place down the road has a baklava Sunday thats just really awesome.-stray cats but they dont let you pet them ):Cons:-entering from the roundabout can be hard on lower cars.-i ended up just removing my coat closet door for the last 6ish months I lived there (I even had them come pick it up) because they have those folding doors and it seemed as though pervious people had opened the front door with the door open and it wouldnt stay on the tracks. They came and fixed it a few times, but it was just always difficult.-the catalytic converter was stolen off my car a year in. That sucked a lot but seeing as my friend worked at the speedway (that the complex is behide) when a guy died in the bathroom I wasnt really surprised.-i didnt love that they had to fix the ac before we moved in and left it turned on for the 2 weeks that they fixed it but we werent moved it yet (had to do with apartment availability and when school started).-the washer and drying in my building (B) didnt always work right for one reason or another but honestly walking into another building instead wasnt too complicated.-the bathroom flooded once and twice there was backup in the tub but that was taken care of very quickly and we only had to go to McDonalds for a bathroom run once.-shopping carts liked to hang out.-neighbors were a hit or miss, fighting could be heard from below and my roommat swore she could hear the neighbors TV from her room, but I never heard it.

Miracle Manor is amazing. I read reviews from the past and was worried the experience might not be great. However, there was a new manager appointed this year by the name of Stephanie. Stephanie and the staff are absolutely amazing. They respond quickly and provide solutions almost immediately. They have already began renovating apartments with new carpets and I see new adjustments being made daily. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is always nice and help with anything we need. I recently had a pipe break and they were here to fix it within 15 minutes hours after the office closed so I was pretty impressed. We’ve been here for two years almost and don’t see ourselves moving any time soon

It’s just an ok place but they don’t care about the tenants they just care about the money, we had to listen to numerous arguments from the neighbors and lots of fights on the halls also people smoking weed at the building door having the smoke coming in to the apartment if you had the windows open. I’m not coming back to live here and I’m for sure will not be recommending this apartments to any of my friends

My daughter has lived there since August 2019 and has bugs since day one. They wont evict the people responsible and the maintenance guys walking around with the second rate exterminator are so rude. The building had to boil water for almost a month because there was something wrong with the water in building H. Do not go there to rent an apartment. We will be calling all the local authorities to report them and will be moving.

Moved here last year, things haven’t been perfect but it’s been better than other places I’ve seen people living in, I renewed because I believe this new management is going to turn things around here so I’m pretty excited for its future. My two-bedroom is spacious and houses is perfectly I just wish I was home more to enjoy it lol

Probably could be more pleasant and less judgmental on the phone! Just because people have Sec * dont make them a less than a human!

Ive lived here for almost a year and its safe to say I will be gone as soon as my lease is up. Everything in my apartment is falling apart, the doors off the hinges to my bedroom, the tiles by the bathtub are starting to peel, the tub is clogged, the management is rude, my mailbox and car have been broken into multiple times, the neighbors are rude and loud, and everyone here seems to like to argue at 3 in the morning. So yeah aside from those issues I would recommend everyone to rent a room as long as you own nothing important, can fix things yourself and are deaf this is a great place

Would not recommend to anyone. I had to rent here because I was out of time and options. When I first moved in they gave me a mailbox key that did not work. I had to wait two months just to get a new key even though I kept calling, kept stopping in. You can hear people stomping around and beating and yelling at their kids upstairs. Theyll lie to you about late fees as well. There was a problem with my bank and my account was on hold so I couldnt access my money to pay rent and when I talked to someone in the office she told me it was only 35 dollars for the late fee and you didnt have to pay it right away because itll just be on your account. But when the time came they charged me 75 dollars and told me I had to pay it right then and there. I wouldnt mind to pay that if I was TOLD that from the beginning. Also you cant sublease your apartment apparently. Which makes no sense. So I have to deal with loud annoying kids and loud annoying people for a few more months.

No heat during the freezing weather. I know families there and they are sick with no help from management. The owners need to put them in a hotel until the living conditions are no longer dangerous to their health.

These apartments are AWFUL! When we first moved in the plumbing and electric needed fixed. The plumbing never got figured out so our sink backed up constantly. Our mailbox was broken and we called multiple times and were told it was fixed but no one ever fixed it. So we had to get our mail from the post office the whole time we lived there. The windows are FULL OF MOLD! When I called they told me I was wrong and they never came to clean any of it. Management is unprofessional and rude. They continue to harass us about fees we already paid for because theyre too unorganized. They had a separate lease on file than the copy we got with a different address AND rent! every month is a different problem and I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone!

I currently live here.And let me tell you everything here is carp. Your car will get broken into. The neighbors are loud and rude.The water is always messaging up.My upstiars neighbors have really loud sex all of the time and management does nothing about it. People go through the trash cans and are really loud while doing so. The management is rude. Theres constant drug dealing and fighting. Theres a really bad bug problem here. And the halls smell like weed most of the time. People speed through the parking lot and blare their music. Theres not enough room to park most of the time. If you live under someone expect to constantly hear ever step they take. When you shower expect the water to get really hot and burn your skin. Oh dont forget about the grocery carts that just lay around all over!

I know a few people who reside here. The property has new owners and they seem to be trying to improve the complex. However, I certainly wouldnt refer anyone at this point.

Virtually everyone I know who has lived here has either been robbed, had their car broken into, or had to put up with constant domestic violence, noise, and unsafe living conditions. Even my friends dont feel safe here and cant wait to end their lease and move somewhere better.

I had couple problems in the apartment and they respond me and fixed all that’s after the new management good apartment I live here for almost a year I didn’t got any problems who didn’t fixed yet

My children live here, very roomy apartments. Maintenance is quick

Rent cheap ( for a reason )Depending on your neighbors, can be noisy. I had obnoxious neighbors who would argue and curse at the top of the lungs and nothing done about it. Smoking in apartment and in hallways. Smoke detector that was broke for over a month in my hallway. Took over a two months to fix my leaky kitchen faucet. Before they moved in they spray painted over tub and tiles so after a month it started to peel. No security at all!! Zip, none! My girlfriend and I got sexual harassment notes and letters on our cars more then once and nothing done about it. We were very paranoid from then on. Wouldnt even let us out of our lease early. It seemed like they knew who it was but would not tell us. So my girlfriend feared everyday something was going to happen to her when going early to school/work or returning late from school/work. Heres the kicker. Our apartment is spotless. My girl and I are very clean people. Over 30 days and still no security deposit refund back. Not a single phone call from the office. I had to call them. Just stopped by there to talk to them. 1205pm arrived. Time on door says be back at 1230. I left there at 110pm still no one available in office. Terrible service for a couple that had a terrible time living there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO OVER!

So the complex just switched owners a few months ago. If you have an issue they blame it on the old owners and it still isnt fixed. The office people are RUDE. They will tell you they are going to check on it for you and never follow up. When you call back to see whats going on all you get is attitude and them acting like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Building Q has been without a washer for a month becase some one set it on FIRE more than once and there has not been one security measure put in place. The machine to put money on your laundry card was broke for over two months. When it rains water comes in the windows and when you tell the office about it they ignore you. When it rains for a while the ground floor apartments have so much water comeing it the livingroom carpet is soaked enough you could splash in it if you stomp. This has still not been fixed since they said it was a foundation issue. People break into cars at night daily. The office knows but once again no security measures have been taken. There is dog poop everywhere and when you complain about it nothing gets done. There are people speeding through the parking lot revving there engines all day and night. The heat which is included in rent barely works so you have to have a space heater which drives up your electric bill. The apartments are freezing because The windows have not been sealed properly. When this was pointed out kalliah said that we should go up to home depot and by a window kit. The only thing they have going for them is the maintenance man is nice and the lady who cleans the hallways does a good job since after she leave it no longer smells like pot and cat pee.

Be aware!! i have mice problem in my apt for the second time in a year, i called the office to report this issue they said i have to wait!!! they dont consider mice as an emergency!! yeah u can live with them for a while!!!its been almost 48 hrs since i called..nothing done yet!! so to all who want to move here be careful!!
