I got four tires for my yaris from walmart online and came to this auto center on Sunday Jan 10, 2021. First I went to cashier, Kevon, who was polite and helpful (Walmart should keep good people like this). I went shopping when they were installing and balancing my tires. It just took around 30 minutes. I paid total of $51.36 including balancing without warranty. The work was excellent and after balancing, my car runs better, steering and control are awesome.

Low price for oil change. They put mobil 1 5.3quart advanced synthetic oil including filter, only cost 44.54$ (it was walmart rollback price). Regular price is 54$ with tax (castrol engine oil). Also they do basic inspection like other fluid check, tire pressure check, headlights check, wiper blades check etc. Overall impression is good for me. I have added the price list after re-opening.

Super fast and excellent service. I came in not knowing what was wrong with my tire. They looked at it and told me it was needs to be replaced and they replaced it for me for no charge because I had a warranty. Thankyou.

I do not even want to give this place one star. After an oil change at a Wal-mart in Alabama on May 17, 2019, I set out on my four hour trip to Starkville, MS. 2 hours into my trip, the skid plate popped loose under my car and was dragging. I waited 2 hours for help until a family member came and zip-tied the plate as best he could. On May 18, 2019, at 7 a.m. I pulled into the Starkville Wal-Mart Auto Center to have them properly secure my skid plate. They refused, saying that they couldnt touch it. Because I have to make the return trip back home, I asked if they could just lift it up and make sure the zip-ties were secure enough. That answer was no. They told me to go to Gateway that they may be able to help. It is now 7:35 a.m. Im typing this from the parking lot. I have watched three auto center employees stand around outside, goofing off without a care. I am very disappointed.

The pit stop for people that have been barred from entering every NAPA, Autozone, Midas, Mom & pop car shops, Jiffy lube, Pep Boys, Firestone, Xpress, Meineke, AAMCO, and Kwik Kar within a 100mi radius.I asked them to change my oil and they said we cant, theres too much oil in it, we cant empty itI responded well isnt that what an oil change is?He hit me with a yeahSmh the man at the counter was nice tho, he gets a star.

I had to have my tire repaired because it had a nail in it. There weren’t many customers in line so it took roughly 30 minutes, which is much shorter than I have ever waited at other places. The people working were friendly and told me information when I asked.

Im really not sure why the Starkville Walmart has a tire and lube attached to it. I have attempted to do business with them 4 times now all over 6 or 7 years every time a different auto and the same excuses.... excuse 1 we cant change your oil because there is to much oil in your car! Like what?! You guys changed my oil last and put to much in it. Second trip we cant change your tires because we dont do custom rims, next excuse we cant change your oil because your engine is making a clicking noise, then comes today they refused to check fluids and change oil once again because they are to durn lazy to get off that butts and work. Walmart should fire every one at this place or shut it down completely staff rather goof off and dance to music than work like they do in Tupelo

I initially had a new set of tires put on by WalMarts Starkville, MS automotive center in July of 2015. Today, in August of 2016, I went back to have another new set put on. I got a call when they were done saying that only three were put on because they couldnt get a lug off of my passenger side front tire. They also told me that in order to get it off they would have to break it and I would have to have it replaced. The problem with that is that THEY PUT IT ON! Why do I have to take it somewhere else to get it off?! I ended up taking my car to two other places to see if something could be done. Of course nothing could be done. I am now riding around with three brand new tires and one old one, because WalMart couldnt get off the lug that they put on one year ago. My advice is to shell out the extra money and go somewhere (like an ACTUAL mechanic) because WalMart thoroughly screwed me over.

Last time I asked them to put a tire on they wouldnt put it on cause they said it wouldnt fit even tho I know it would. They didnt even check to see if it would. They are lazy! Poor service

Whatever you do, do not take your car here. Awful service and they will 100% mess something up. I honestly dont understand how they are still in business.
