My daughter is going to school down in Starkville. I am her mom and live in IL. she woke up to some issues with her car and after going to another place who couldnt get her car in to look at but found a worn belt, suggested she go to Dip sticks. I called ahead and spoke to Lamar and was told they will give it a look to see if there is anything they could do. well they were super sweet to my daughter and I fee went above and beyond to get her car fixed.

Really nice staff. They always do a thorough check on my tires and all while giving a reasonably priced oil change. Timing is great as well, no complaints.

I very much enjoyed getting my oil changed here. The service guys were nice, respectful, and honest. Compared to other oil changes in Starkville, this one is the best!

These guys are fantastic. Not real sure what the negative reviews are about because these guys go above and beyond to service every customer at the highest level. I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing these guys. You won’t be disappointed!

Im not sure when you folks went, but I had an emergency and needed air in my tires on a Sunday afternoon. I had no change on me, just a credit card. Saw a black SUV at Shell Rapid Lube and decided to stop just to see if they were open, if so, could I get some air. A black guy was there, he said he was the pit tech and wouldnt mind at all if I got air. Man saved my day!! He had me aired up and on my way to Alabama for my emergency. Thank God he was there!!

I hate I have to give a star at all!!! Commercial says fast, friendly, reliable service. A LIE!!!!!!!!!! Whoever these new people are, they have no idea wth they are doing. They take forever!!!!!!!!!!!! The poor guy under the vehicles, waits forever for the guys on top floor to do stuff. I want the old crew back. Until this new manager is gone, I will NOT EVER be back. Then the skinny white guy on top floor has NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ask about the prices first. I generally go to Gateway or Express, and I pay almost half what they charged me for the same brand oil. I also have 2 work trucks serviced monthly. This place will never get another cent of my money.

If could give zero stars I would. These new people are ignorant in every sense of the word. I have never seen such risk hazards in all my life! Slow and incompetent employees in all my years of dealing with Sayle Oil.

Took my four runner in as it was too cold to crawl under it and do my oil change myself so I took my oil and filter in to them had them do it for about 35 bucks well worth not freezing to change my own oil!

These guys changed my oil and told me I had an oil leak. After a friend of mine looked at it, we thought the leak was coming from the plug. So I took it back to get the plug looked at. They said it was no problem. Two weeks later, oil is still leaking, so I take it to Dannys on 182 to have it looked at. Turns out, these Shell guys just didnt tighten my oil filter all the way. How does a place dedicated to changing oil and filters fail so hard? I wont be going back.
