This place is amazing, everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They do discounts for msstate students and its extremely affordable. They also give you a free car wash with any oil change, so thats an excellent deal. They also do free fluid top offs and tire pressure checks between oil changes. Check this place out, I have always had a great service here.

Service was ok beside the fact the guy said they cleaned my windshield and and checked wiper blades. He did not and if he had checked them I would have bought wiper blades due to me needing wipers.

These guys were awesome! Got my family right in, took care of us, no pressure to upgrade, but advised us what was what. Manager checked on us and washed windshield. Team work atmosphere. Wish they were everywhere. Thanks guys!

My son went to Take 5 Starkville to change oil the other day. One of Take 5 technicians took the air filter out of the cabin and asked if my son wanted to change it as well. My son said he didnt want to.The issue happened when the technician had taken the filter out of the cabin and disconnected a few cables inside. The cables adjacent to the air filter can easily come loose while replacing the filter, so one should be careful when replacing the air filter. But the technician did not recover the cables back into place when they returned the air filter.Just after then, lights for check engine, Trac Off, 4WD turned on and didnt go off. Take 5 staff had no idea how to deal with it. So my son and I had to bring the car to Carl Hogan Toyota service and they fixed it. The Carl Hogan Toyota officially reported that the issue was caused by the oil change because system was tampered with at oil change.However, Take 5 Starkville ignored the official Toyota report and refused to compensate for our loss. Everyone who knows a bit about the air filter thing would say that one should be careful when taking the filter out of the cabin because it can easily loosen the cables inside. How do they do their business without taking care of such a simple thing?Moreover, the engine had started creating loud noise and vibrating just after cranking up the engine after they changed oil. It lasted about half an hour but nobody at Take 5 had an idea what was happening with my car. They are just not capable.

Oil changed. Spilled when filling. Did not clean or spray down what was spilled onto frame and engine. Added a crush washer gasket on top of rubber insert gasket which should not have been done. May have removed rubber gasket or double gasket but will not know for sure until I change oil next time. Said check trans level. This was not done as system is considered a sealed system. Scan tool needed to check correctly. Said power steering fluid level was ok. Have electric not hydraulic system. When checking air filter hit filter box cover to remove and install instead of correctly disconnecting air duct. Wrote on form that I had oil leak but was never told this.They could not have fix the rear main seal leak but should have been told about it. Do not recommend this Starkville location for having ones oil changed.

I was greeted with a water while I wait which was refreshing and very considerate. My oil change was quick and everyone seemed genuine and eager to help me. I was informed of specials and how to receive coupons and discounts in the future.

I got the oil change here and got serious issue.My ststem was seriously tempered and car started to vibrate violently. Diagnose was cylinder 2 misfring.They took out my air filter and showed me if I want to change it. I believe there was something to to with system got tempered.I got a official call and statement by Toyota that all things was happened at the oil change.I have to spend lot of money to fix it and lot of time.

This place will scuff tf out of your roof and they never get the back clean. You will leave with soap still on our car and it wont be dry. The only good thing is the vacuum most the time..

I was totally surprised when I went to clean my truck up. I haven’t used the car wash much in the last year because of illness. So when I went today there was no machine to clean floor mats, no towels furnished, and no water to wet a paper towel I happen to have with me. My truck tires were not clean. I was very disappointed. I’m trying to cancel my membership, but that feature online doesn’t work either. This is no better than any average car wash. The attendant was playing with puppies so I had to blow the horn when I went to find help in renewing my membership, which I regret renewing. I live in Louisville and drive to Starkville just to use this business. No more. Not worth the trouble. I can get more done, cheaper, at home. Not wasting my gas.

We are in there monthly club. If theres ever a problem, someone is always there to help. Very nice & kind people who take pride keeping there business clean & professional looking.

It used to be great but they got rid of the vertical pads that moved left to right and it no longer cleans my windshield anymore. For $20 I think the windshield should be cleaned perfectly. Pic shows bug splatter on windshield right of the green light.

Worst oil change. Left the old oil in and overfilled the rest. I have had car problems for a month because of it. My spark plugs were covered in oil, and my engine had oil residue covering the front. Will never come here again. I paid $70 to have car problems that eventually costed me even more to get fixed!!

Was disappointed VERY much. Paid 20 bucks and still had bugs and dirt on vehicle. When I told them they said there was NOTHING they could do about it. Will NEVER go back. Dont waste your money.

Let my membership go, workers not friendly, I have too keep going through over and over, then they only spray one side of your vehicle. They need to come up with a better way to help get your cars clean. They used to be a great place. I guess change of management things are different. Just not cleaning my vehicle not happy

Got an oil change because of a promotion that included a car wash here. We were told that the car wash was a “$20 value”. We got to the car wash, and a young man/employee ran over to the machine to stop us from using our coupon and input a $7 car wash instead. Maybe math is hard for y’all...but $7 isn’t $20. And lying to customers isn’t how to run a business.

I took my Jeep through the car wash this morning. One of the employees noticed my vehicle was still soapy and offered to have it sent through the was again. Again, still soapy so offered to send in through for a third time. He watched close inside the car wash tunnel where the soap stayed put. Since it wasn’t coming off, he offered to help wipe it down. He and his co-worker both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Shout out to Austin and Martin- great employees! I didn’t ask for help or anything extra but they made sure my experience was as pleasant as possible. Truly great employees. I will be going back. Thank you both!

I absolutely love this car wash! They have been slowly upgrading and getting better over the years and I’m sure everyone noticed. Of course the prices increased a little, but it’s worth it! The people who work here are very nice and helpful, go ahead and talk to them, you’ll see. If you need to go through the wash again to get some tough dirt off, just tell one of them and they’ll gladly oblige.

Best place in Starkvegas to get a car washed. Would have given 5 stars, but the attendants only prewash one side the majority of the time before entering the mechanical wash. Management needs to address this or hire additional hands! I had to go through twice the last time. Its very busy so be prepared to wait. The gangsta element is beginning to hang out there so management needs to pay attention and shuffle them along, or the customer will be going to the new wash when it opens.

Was a huge fan of this place . I took my car through this afternoon and somehow something caught my bottom skirt behind my tire and ripped it back. They called back and said I had braked and caused the damage . Really really disappointed. Needless to say I pry wont go back .
